I used to love this bag. I had several before Bagolini changed the design. There is no easy access phone pocket. It says so in the description, but you won't see a picture of it and you won't find it when you get your bag.

I tried one of these redesigned Triple Zipp bags. The strap ends used to be mounted on on the front and one on the back. This meant you could open the bag while wearing and it wouldn't flop open. With the straps both on the back, the bag falls open when you open one of the compartments. I had to return the new design one as unusable. I hope Baggallini returns to the original design of this bag.

I am so happy with this purse. Holds slot and is very comfortable to carry!

...You bring back the older version. I was hoping to purchase another Triple Zip, maybe even two, because I loved the one I bought three years ago. It is the perfect bag. But the strap on one side only is a dealbreaker. I like the feeling of it being balanced and secure when I wear it as a crossbody bag. This defeats the purpose and just isn't an improvement.

I can only amplify what everyone else has said in the One-Star rating. What are they thinking by putting both strap links on the back of this bag??? The bag falls open continuously, and yes--stuff falls out! It's Nuts! The design was perfect when one link was on the front & one on the back. Baggalini, PLEASE RETURN TO THE ORIGINAL DESIGN!!!

I bought this for my wife for our up coming trip, she was really looking forward to this purse. However we never got it.

I had the old model for probably 6 years and loved it. My husband gave me a new one for Christmas and I am sending it back. It is cheaply made with the new changes. The credit card holders barely fits a card into the slot, both hooks for the strap are on the same side, which cause items to fall out and worst of all is the middle compartment only has one zipper and does not open as large as the old model. I am very disappointed to see the quality of this Baggallini purse. I will be looking elsewhere for a new purse.

the design of this bag is stupid. the clips should be on opposite sides of bag (one in front and one in back to keep bag balanced, it used to be this way) total waste of money will end up in garbage

The bag was smaller than I thought it would be. Too small for me.

Please read all the reviews that love your old design. PLEASE BRING IT BACK. I am looking at another Company just because I love the old design so much and won't get the new

I have the old model of this bag and use it every day. I want to get a couple new ones but realize that the strap attaches on the same side of the bag and the outside front pocket is now a zip pocket. These are changes that will not work for me. Please bring the exact old model back!!!!

I cannot believe that my tried and true Triple Zip Bagg has been changed. NONE of the changes are improvements. What's up Baggalini??? The original Triple Zip Bagg was perfection!! Therefore it begs the question, what marketing brainchild or merchandiser, or know-nothing designer decided they could improve on perfection??? This is the best example of, "If it isn't broken, don't fix it." Thankfully, I had ordered an "extra" black and khaki Triple Zip Bagg prior to this item being changed...maybe by the time I need to order new ones you folks will recognize the errors of your ways and bring back the original Triple Zip Bagg!!!

They changed the design but kept the same style number. The new style DOES NOT HAVE THE DOUBLE ZIPPER AT THE TOP THAT ALLOWS YOU TO IOWN FULLY THE MAIN COMPARTMENT AND THE ZIPPER ON THE VERY FRONT, RAHTER THAN THE MAGNETIC CLOSURE BELOW THE NAME. SUCH A SHAME. THE PREVIOUS STULE WAS MORE FUNCTIONAL AND EASIER TO USE. GREAT BAG. NTHE NEWER VERSIONS ISN't good. ROO DIFFICULT TO GET I TO THE. AIN COMPAETMENT AND IT DOESNT LOOK AS NICE WITH A ZIPPER RIGHT ON THE FRONT...THE SNAP CLOSURE WAS MUCH MORE FASHINABLE. PLEASW GO BACK TO THE PREVIOUS VERSION OF THIS BAG. THANK YOU.

It would be nice if you make a bigger version I'm sure it would be the best-selling product you have had, thanks to my friend for the gift is exactly what I was looking for so long, good compartments, good organization, easy access, but it's a wallet not a bag! Very disappointed

Arrived without the strap! So disappointed. This was an exchange for a bag that was too big. now this has to go back, too.

Be aware that this is a tiny bag! I just received mine, thinking it was the same bag I had ordered before (and that is finally wearing out after long service), but it is a miniature version.
