This isn't my first triple zip bag (which I love) but there are three changes I don't care for. l) The locations of the fastenings of the new strap are on the same side of the bag which make it hang off kilter and the compartments can hang open. The old strap was fastened on opposite sides and hung much straighter. 2) The strap is no longer made of the same fabric as the bag and looks a little cheap. 3) I'll have to see how it holds up, but the interior divisions aren't as hefty as they used to be.

If this bag were longer about 12 inches it would be perfect

Very functional for me when I'm taking motorcycle rides across the United States. Very well made and sturdy and just the right size to fit in my tour packs.

I miss the 2 inside round pouches, they were perfect for lipsticks, ear plugs and other round items. I miss the 2 zippers in the larger compartment that we could close from each side towards the top of the bag. All items were properly secured. With only 1 zipper, pencils, etc. fall if the zipper is not completrly closed to the right.

I carry two phones for work purpose and for personal. The Vera Bradley organizer does not work for me so this bag is what I use. Can you please add a wristlet strap and make these in patterns????? Add RFID security and this bag will be a 5 star item. Thank you for making such a durable high quality product that is lightweight!

I really love this bag, but if it was just a little bigger, it would be perfect. I try to just carry my daily essentials in it, but I just need a little more room. My eyeglass case and cell phone seem to take up a lot of the space, not leaving any room for anything else in those compartments.

This is the 3rd Baggalini I've owned. The first 2 were similar to the Wander Bagg and when I literally wore one of them out I decided to try a slightly larger bag. I love all the features about this bag EXCEPT THE CREDIT CARD SLOTS ARE TOO SMALL BY ALMOST 1/2"! Although the bag is named "triple zip", it actually has 5 exterior zippered areas, which give you plenty of places to put everything, including smart phone, checkbook, lipsticks, pens, office badge, cash, car keys, etc. I recently started using a walker and the bag holds everything I need. It's accessible while being out of the way if I wear it as a crossbody bag. The exception is the 6 credit card slots are too small to insert cards horizontally (which is the apparent design), and I don't understand how the flaw of such a basic feature got by QC. I put my cards in vertically, but still can't use the top 2 slots because the cards extend above the zipper.

I love this bag but this year's model is changed. The loops for the shoulder strap to hook onto the bag are now both in the back, rather than one on each side. Balance is off. I don't know why you change a good thing! The bag has good space.

this is a very good bag but i was hoping for a slightly larger version of the everyday bagg. i have 2 everyday baggs that i got maybe 5 years ago and i like the fabric, construction, layout, and proportions of those older bags more than this triple zip. the triple zip is a little clunky due to the way the strap connects to the bag it not being as long and the organizer pocket (change, cards) that the everyday bagg had in the front was a perfect wallet substitute.

Lightweight, thinner strap in width, multi pockets which I found easy to open and get what I need. Glasses case fit nicely in one. Front pocket did not fit my iPhone 6 Plus but putting in back section worked out fine. Worked out well for our Florida vacation.

I have bought this bag in a few neutral colors and LOVE the way it was designed. The ONLY two things I'd do to improve it are: 1.) reinforce the fabric straps that attach the shoulder strap to the bag; these eventually pull away and I don't load the bag so that it's really heavy, either 2.) reinforce the interior credit car slots; eventually, they, too pull away from the fabric.

Got for travel two years ago. Inside zip compartment holds passport secure yet easily accessible. Cameras fits perfectly in front zip while the two full zip compartments hold everything else I needed. The strap is easily adjustable. I find I use it all the time now. Love this bag!

was disappointed when I got it and found it was so small but decided to use it for times when I don't want to drag around a big purse. Perfect for keeping close at a casino or sporting event. This would be perfect at about 2 1/2 times the size for everyday use. So many compartments!

I received this bag as a gift from my husband 2 years ago. I use it everyday. It does hold a lot of stuff and is great for hands free. The only problem I found is the zipper broke after @ 18 months. Teeth came off and then the material start tearing away from the zipper teeth. I'm holding the damaged side together with safety pins. Overall I would buy this bag again hoping that it will last longer.

The only bad thing about the bag is the location of the clips. If you have the bag semi full it tilts. Will not sit straight on your body. If the clips were on the sides it would. The bag itself is nice. Has a lot of room. Many good features. Small fits many items

I've had two of these for some time. Bought a new black one and am very unhappy with the straps being on the same side as opposed to one in back and one in front. Really wish you hadn't changed that. Not comfortable or user friendly for travel. Would have and have recommended this bag in the past.

Had this in gray, love it! Decided to get a new one in black, but didn't realize they took out the center pocket that had a magnate. And they switched the inside wall of where the cards gothey were easier to see when it's on your shoulder, now it's harder to see the credit cards. I loved the center pocket that I always kept my phone inallowing me to pop open the magnate and grab my phone quickly without having to keep it in a zippered pocket. So bummed!

Much smaller than it appears in the ad. Will probably hold my cell phone and credit cards but not much else.
