I received this bag in the rose color - it is actually closer to a flat maroon shade than as shown in the photo. The bag is very well-made, but HUGE! I was on the fence about keeping it, but the bottom of the bag as shown in side view kinda bugged me - very wide, and made me look as if I was carrying carry-on luggage, instead of a shoulder bag. I was hoping the bag would be similar in size to the Kristin hobo, which is no longer available. Too many "cons" for such an expensive bag. Sorry, has to go back...

Bag color matches the photos on the site, but the leather is not shiny like the photos look. The leather was very dull and flat. No shine to it at all. Almost chalky or something. I was disappointed it didn't look more like the picture.

Hardware is cheap. Step drop is just adequate. Leather quality and style are good. Please get it all together, especially at this price point.

This is a lovely bag, the leather is exquisite and it's definitely not a small bag. But I'm returning it because: 1) The handle drop is too short for me. It definitely isn't 11 inches as advertised and with a coat or a sweater it just doesn't ride well on my shoulders. 2) The snap closure doesn't do a good job of staying closed so the bag tends to gape open and be very cumbersome. 3) I don't care for the double handles and they're too thin for me. I'm disappointed to return this bag, but for the price, I want to absolutely love it and I don't.

Too expensive for me. Also I didn't like the zipper separation in the middle of the bag. The leather does look soft though.

Not for me - the compartments do help to keep you organized, but the leather that makes up the "walls" of both long compartments do take space so if you want to put more than a laptop or a tablet or even a simple notebook, it ends up being very bulky.
