I wear a 7 regular width and got the 7. Length and width are perfect. For some reason, on the first wear, the left inside strap gave me the most painful TINY blister. I took a break from them and, when healed, wore them again with a bandage. Since then have worn them without and they seem ok, but I'm trying to limit walking length/distance/etc. when wearing them.

Ordered my normal size 10 and anxiously opened the box. Way too small. My heel was hanging off the back and due to thong position my foot did not extend to the front. Sending back.

I loved this shoe…but it was way too big…and I wear an 11! Exchanged for a 10!

I could tell by the size of the box as I lifted it out of the Zappos container, that this shoe was going to be way too small. The box, the packaging, the shoe and, of course, the fit, were too small. I am a size 9.5 and can wear either size 10 or size 9 in Fitflops. I have quite a collection of this brand. I've noticed the sizing has been off in recent years. Usually the shoe runs a size larger than marked. This Cha-Cha in size 9 felt more like what a size 7.5 would feel on my feet. The shoe was too short and the thong was in the wrong position for me. I definitely could not have comfortably worn this sandal. The shoe felt true to width. I would have reordered in a size 10 but I wasn't loving the style or the color. The bronze in the Cha-Cha is more of a light golden shade than the deep metallic brownish-bronze of my "vintage" Fitflops. Sending back. Try try again.. Thanks Zappos.

I have bought many, many pairs of FitFlops as they are the most comfortable summer sandal to wear with my arthritic big toe. However, this style is the first that I can say are uncomfortable and unwearable. The beads and middle thong dig into my toes and chafe. But I think the biggest disappointment is that the color (hot pink) rubs off from the toe strap and makes my toes pink! It would seem important to stabilize the coloring in such a way as to not let that happen. Unfortunately, I kept them in my closet too long before wearing and cannot return them, but obviously I won't be using them very often.

I have to say this particular shoe it pink - not silver. It's a lovely champagne pink, but not at all the color I was expecting. If I had ordered a size smaller I could tell they would have been really comfy, but I'm a pretty solid 8 and these felt huge. (so go smaller if you're on a border size). The detail work on the 'chandelier' (is what my 12 year old called it) is very nice and not tacky. I wanted to love them, but just didn't. I would totally give this brand another shot though. They seem to make fun, comfortable shoes.

Fit Flops have changed the support of the footbed of their wobble board sandals. The footbed had very little cushion, is stiffer than it used to be, and no longer cradles my foot the way last year's sandal did. It has virtually no arch support. It felt wider than marked because it was too flat. These will go back. Too bad, because I would have ordered many different colors.

I was so excited to receive my order of these flip flops in Nimbus Silver. I've been wearing FitFlops for a long time and have consistently worn a 9. In fact, I checked the size of another pair before ordering these. The Cha Chas seem to run just slightly smaller than true to size. I'm sending them back, but I know the 10's will be too big. Bummer.

I loved this sandal- especially the beads! But it's like the strap goes up too high. So it feels really big and I even had a hard time walking in them and keeping them on my feet. So back they go disappointed.

This shoe is cute but the color is not really silver. It's more like a pale pink with silver glitter over it. Not at all like the picture and it had to go back. The fringe is good looking though.

The toe posts in these are very sharp and cut into my toes. (I've tried 3 different pairs now hoping to get a pair that would be comfortable but am returning all of them. Please go back to the original manufacturer, these are cheap compared to what I've bought in the past.

First time trying this brand and was terribly disappointed. Ordered in my normal size and found two major issues. The material between the toes is extremely stiff and the straps are gigantic so all the pressure to keep them on is between the toes. No go for me. May try a different style that has a softer material between toes and will order down and see if that helps any. The sole of the shoe is, however, comfortable but I'd never be able to wear this pair even into the other room!

I have other FitFlops I love and have worn for years - but the thong part that goes between toes on FitFlop Cha Cha is horribly designed! It rubs and actually hurts to walk. The finishing on it is so "sharp edged" that if I kept walking it would rub the place between my toes raw. So disappointed because they are so cute! I don't understand how this could have passed any quality control in design. FitFlop folks: Fix this, please!

Cute shoe but the leather strap irritates the instep of my feet. Not so with the red ones as the leather on that one is soft.

Beautiful shoe. I wished these fit. I wear a size 11 narrow. These were just too wide. There was no way I was going to be able to wear them. Again, a beautiful shoe. Just not for my narrow feet.

A really pretty fit flop sandal. The silver is not silver like the picture unless they sent me the wrong sandal but it's more like a beige with sparkle. The beads are white silver but the rest of the sandal is not. I could have overlooked it but the fit was not true to fit flop sizing. I have two fit flop sandals size 7 and both are very true to size and super comfortable but this design is slightly different, a rounded strap around the ankle so it is very loose on top. It does not hold your foot securely. The foot bed and width were fine. I am very disappointed as I desperately needed them for a dressy affair. Fit flop let me down. I wish they came in half sizes.

My first pair of fit flops were a sling style. After being diagnosed with plantar fasciitis, they were the next best thing after tennis shoes on my feet. This style of fit flop is the opposite. Extremely uncomfortable and loose fitting. The arch support is fine, the problem is with the straps holding your foot and the strap in between your toes. That strap is unbearable!
