I normally wear a 9-1/2, however I ordered a 9 and they are perfect. I now own 4 pair of Fit-Flop's. They are so comfortable.. and comfort comes first on my feet.. style is so cute too.

These shoes are CUTE and comfy. I have several other pairs of Fitflop brand sandals and highly recommend them to anyone looking for comfort and style together. I get lots of compliments on these shoes everywhere I go!

Another great Clarks product! I now have four pairs of Clarks shoes. All that you read about them is true...no break in time, so comfortable, and looks great on your feet. They are true to size, but sometimes a little small. that's why you should always order from Zappos! They have competitive prices and their delivery/exchange process beats everyone! If you are not completely pleased with the product, you just return it...no hassle, no cost. They are incredible. I am a Prime member of Amazon, but Zappos even beats them!

I love FitFlop sandals. I like the height they give me and I love that they are so comfortable. They are more comfortable than going barefoot. And I love the style of the Cha Cha.

I now have over a dozen pairs of FitFlops from Zappos, and I live in them. They offer superb cushioning and support, and require no breaking-in period. With some other shoes, I experience slight pain on the balls of my feet, but never have that problem with Fitflops. The comfort is especially important to me, since I've had both knees replaced.

I have owned 6 pairs of FitFlops, and have loved every moment in them. Durable, adorable, and comfortable - there's nothing better.

I bought these shoes to take on a cruise. They were so comfortable and stylish looking. I plan to get some more FitFlops in different styles.

My friend introduced me to Fitflops while on vacation in the US. I bought a pair immediately. The next day, I walked 5km without any issues. I love my Fitflops. On return to Canada, I ordered three more pairs. Please deliver to Canada. The duty and fed ex charges were excessive. I have recommended you products to two of my friends. By the summer, I promise, your product will be selling like crazy! I told two friends, they will two friends, and so on. Comfortable to wear anywhere. Sexy, toning, amazing! Go girls. I own about 6 pair FitFlops, love them all. This shoe is just so cute - I couldn't resist it. As with my other fitflops- it fit my feet perfectly and is very comfy. I usually need a wide width - so I would say that they run a little wide Just enough height to give you a little longer leg look- like jewelry for the feet. Fun to wear.

Very comfortable and can be use sporty and a little dressy for summer wear, bought them for a cruse.

These are cute but that strap is too wide. I felt old and frumpy when I wore them. I “retired” them after only a few wears.

These are beautiful but way too wide for me. Has anybody else found these to be unusually wide?

I have the same shoe in another color from a couple of years ago- this one runs way too wide. I have to return.

I only have one other pair of FitFlops which I find very comfortable. This pair is very large, I had trouble keeping them on my feet. They would be perfect for someone with very thick feet (not a high arch).

I love Fitflops! I have been wearing them for 5 years since having plantar faciatis. I credit Fitflops for my recovery and recommend them to everyone. This particular style just fit a little too big. It would be wonderful if they came in widths.

I'm a heavy-set stage performer with bad feet. I needed a comfortable yet nice looking sandal that would a) go with the dress and b) keep me comfortable while I stand on stage dancing in place while I sing. The bronze cha-cha looked like they might do and when they arrived, the look of them actually exceeded my expectations. In the photo the sole of the shoe looks tan but I'm happy to say the sole is a bronze color just like the straps. They go perfectly with the dress and provide plenty of cushion for what I plan to do in them. I have wide feet that hang off ever so slightly on the side. The sole is pliable enough that I'm willing to work with it but if you've got wide feet you may want to save yourself some trouble. I owned a pair of Fitflops some years ago that I loved and I remember them being slightly wider that these. I ordered the Novy also and it was also more narrow than I remember.

I love these sandals but had to return them. I have wicked plantar facaitis and thought these would be great. They look beautiful and feel nice but they are so wide they fly off my feet. I had to return them. I really wanted them to work but no go. I have an average width foot and have never had to buy narrow or wide shoes, always 7.5 regular but these are too voluminous. Bummer.

I wanted slip-ons that were comfortable but did not scream, "She is old and given up on being stylish." My arches are high and these are very comfortable. Every time I wear them I get lots of compliments. I am a happy girl.

These are very cute and colorful shoes. I have 3 pairs of FitFlops and these are not as comfortable as the others I have purchased. The foot bed is hard, not as form fitting as similar style FitFlops. They are going back, sad to say.

I have many pairs of FitFlops (sandals, boots, clogs), and usually, I get a size smaller than I would when buying other shoes. With this pair, however, the size I usually get was too small, so I got my "normal" size, and the sandals feel a little big. I really wish I could have bought a 1/2 size. That said, I love my Cha Chas and have gotten many compliments on them. They're too cute to do without!

I love these shoes! Very comfortable, and very cute! My only complaint is that one of the strings of beads came off within the first couple days of wearing them. Otherwise, great!
