I LOVE Zappos! This business has, hands down, some of the BEST customer service ever! I love these shoes, too, and I get a pair just about every year, if not more often. They are comfortable, affordable, and vegan--plus, they are easy to slip on and off and look good. So, let me tell you my story. Monday before last, I was bought some hiking boots on this site, which told me they'd arrive in two days. They did not. That was a concern, since I was leaving on retreat that Friday. I contacted Zappos, and the rep gave me a $25 credit for my next pair of shoes, for my trouble. The rep also cancelled my order and sent out a new pair, overnight, and they arrived minutes before I left on Friday. For that inconvenience, I was also given the hiking boots, as a gift. I was so grateful for that. As it turned out, the hiking boots hurt my feet, so when I got back home, yesterday, I contacted Zappos, again, and I was told that what I would have paid for those boots--$65.25--would go toward this pair of Merrell's, which I had been planning to purchase. I really had wanted to do an exchange. When the clerk put them in my cart at her end of the phone, the $25 credit from before was there, too, and this pair of Merrell's cost me nothing. On top of that, the kindly rep told me I could give away the hiking boots as a gift to someone, instead of sending them back! It is rare that a business is ever that generous. I highly recommend this site. And the reps are the kindest people. They always make "small talk" about niceties, too, which is also pleasant. I just got off the phone with the rep, and I had to write a review here, to let you all know my experience. Awesome!

this is the 2nd pair of Encore Breeze I bought from zaps & have been VERY pleased, with the service AND of course the very nice shoe. The inner support works very well. Was looking for Beige as a change from my Black pr., but I guess Aluminum is today's Beige.

This is my third pair of the Encore Breeze and I'm still lovin' this shoe! Excellent arch support, all around comfort and cool for the summer. I've seen several reviews that comment that this is a bit different fit that that of previous Encore models..that hasn't been my experience - I'm finding the Encore Breeze 3 as comfortable as ones I've worn in the past.

I've been wearing this style for years. They are so light and comfortable on my feet, yet give adequate support. I have very wide flat feet that are always sore, but my feet feel great in these shoes with good arch support and wide toe room.

My go to shoes. Comfortable, true to size , go with most pants, lightweight and make me feel good after wearing all day. I have a hard time fitting into shows that have a back and these work perfectly since they are skip ins. The footbed provides perfect support and the right amount of heel height. Purchasing at Zappos is so easy and quick.

This is probably the 10th pair of Merrell clogs that I have purchased. I really like these because the insole comes out and I can put my own orthotic in. I also like them because of how lightweight they are. The only negative thing I can say is that once I wear the sole down, I can no longer wear the shoes (thus the 10 pairs). I have not found anyone who can resole them.

Love my Breeze 2 shoes, so I decided to take a chance on B3. Usual amazing service from Zappo's--fast, accurate delivery. The new shoes felt good from the beginning. I even put on one B2 and one B3 shoe to compare. The B3 covers a bit more of the top of my foot, so it looks a tad longer. However, the fit and comfort and style are almost the same--hard to tell exactly, because my B2 shoes are way past "broken in." This grandma is very satisfied with the purchase and may buy in another color, too.

I hope they never stop making these shoes. I've been wearing them for years in many colors. Can't leave home without them.

I have a lot of foot problems: wide feet, 2-yr ligament swelling, big toe shorter than next one, & reduction in fat pad (I both walk and run too much); needless to say, finding shoes that fit is a problem, even sizing. This shoe addresses all my issues except the walking. I've worn it for a week, but not for an extended walk. Nonetheless it's great both inside and out for comfort, ease, and support. I'm uncertain about cleaning the fabric top which I managed to stain.

I have several pairs of Merrill slides, all a size 8. I ordered these to replace a pair that is worn out. They were at least a 1/2 size too big, so, had to return them. Apparently, the sizing is not consistent in this shoe.

I wear 8.5 or 9, depending on shoe (dress shoes v. sneakers respectively). Had older Merrell style (20+ yrs) in a 9, so went w/ the 9. Because I will wear thicker socks in the winter, went w/ the 9, but 8.5 would also work if your socks are thinner. Like Merrell & this style lots!! Great soles, comfortable, easy getting in & out of. Thanks to Zappo's generous shipping, I traded for the Merrell.

I love these shoes. I can wear them all day and night and have no foot discomfort. They support well with the perfect heel height. I have two pairs and will be getting more. Merrill makes a quality shoe.

Comfortable right out of the box...fit is true to size....I love Merrell shoes, have several styles ...always comfortable ..they're the best!

My wife loves these. Merrell makes the best slip-on shoe.
