I have multiple pairs of Merrill, I love them and all are a size 7. These fall off my feet and are unwearable. So disappointed.

I've had 4 pairs of Merrell Encore Breeze shoes in the past and have loved every pair for their comfort, fit and support. This pair that I purchased are not the same shoe. Merrell changed their styling, the shoes do not fit and they well cheap. I am extremely disappointed that Merrell would change a shoe that everyone loved. The new shoes slip off the back and are cut too high on the top of the shoe. The shoe is also very narrow. Overall the shoe feels like a lesser quality.

I have purchased and returned these clogs a few times. Merrell, bring back Breeze 2. I have worn them year round forever. I'm heartbroken not to be able to purchase them any more. It seems there are others who are in agreement, so Merrell, take note. They feel tight across the front, and my foot slips out of the back. I keep trying, hoping I'll get used to them but just doesn't happen.

I bought this shoe as I am in a job where I am on my feet for 7-8 hours at a time. I knew the Merrell reputation an was excited to wear this shoe. Unfortunately this is the most uncomfortable shoe I have ever owned! The "arch" support hits at just the wrong spot and feels like I'm standing and walking on a stone all day that is poking into my foot! I bought a similar leather Croc shoe at the same time and it is AMAZING. I've never been a Croc girl but I am now! This Merrell is being donated this week!

In my opinion it's very sad what Merrell has done to the Encore shoe of the past. They changed the foot bed to Encore 3 and now I can't wear them at all. It was the only shoe I could wear with my particular foot issues. I have searched everywhere for the Breeze 2 and purchased what I could find; wish I could find more. Looks like less new styles of the encore clog this year and it might be due to their cost cutting people aren't as happy with them. I really miss the old Encore.

I've worn the Breeze 2's and 3's for years. I buy them directly from Merrell. Unfortunately, they are making the top of the shoe come too far down my foot, so my foot hits the top of the shoe hits my foot when I walk. It has made me get tendonitis in my big toes, as my foot can't move like it should! So disappointed! I need these shoes, as it is the only shoe I can wear. They come down about 1/2 inch or more further then they used to, and the company says there have been no changes! Ugg!

This shoe was a major restyle and it is a huge disappointment. It looks the same as the shoes I've been buying for the past several years but the cushioning is changed as well as the sole. It is now extremely hard on my feet and feels as though there is no arch support. I am returning the three pairs I ordered in different colors. What is Merrell doing changing the level of comfort?

you have a new supplier--your shoes run so large and wide--the last 4 pair I purchased have no support and sizing is all messed up--have purchased these for years and never expected such changes--please go
back to your original supplier because my feet now hurt-there has to be a better way--love the colors but have never found a shoe that compares to the old ones in my closet--

Should have returned. Lacks cushioning and just ugly on my feet. Liked the profile view but wide size looks like UFOs from above. Back to Easy Spirit for my sad feet and knees. Let me say though, as always Zappos customer service first class wonderful. Oh, and I do miss the days of wearing spikes.

Very comfortable shoes. Have been wearing this brand for years. Too bad the left one squeaks. Sounds like a duck quacking as I walk - very embarrassing. I can't return because I wore them and threw away the return slip before I realized the noise. I would have given them a 5 rating otherwise.

Like the ventilation capability - but way too snug across the arch - took out the liner (certainly not an arch support by the way-worthless for that) and use my orthotics which does help. Too long for the size - went back and forth a 1/2 size and neither is good. I stuck with one size but wear them only occasionally for short periods of time as the ridged band across arch is HARSH and does not give at all. Nice idea - needs lots of design work.

I have worn this shoe for about 5 years; this was to be my third pair. However, they have changed the sizing so my normal 7.5 is now at least a size too big. So I ordered a 7 - still too big! I recommend trying this on in person as going back and forth to ship it is getting old!

I've bought numerous pairs of Merrell clogs through the years. A 10M used to fit me perfectly in any style. Now a 10M is too short, a 10-1/2M is too tight across the top near the ankle, a 10-1/2W is too wide and an 11 is too big overall. Why doesn't Merrell go back to the sizing they used to use? They have lost me as a customer and I'm sure I'm not the only one.

I wear 8-1/2 to 9 size shoes, medium width. I thought this slip-on would be an easy shoe around the house and for the weekend with jeans. What could be more comfy than a slip-on clog, right? I ordered this in size 9-medium and thought it was snug around the top band on my feet -- but know that heavily-worn shoes tend to stretch out. So I wore the shoe one day and it was awful. I was actually slipping the shoe OFF whenever possible, to give the top of my feet a rest. I never wore them again, but I had developed a horrible cramp in the top of my right foot (never had that before!). I have since returned the shoe, asking for a 9-wide -- since I had worn the shoe a day, I didn't feel like I coud ask for a refund. Definitely not the comfortable, supportive Merrell's that I was used to! :(

I purchased the 7 as i have always done in the past. It slipped off my heel. I then ordered the 6.5 and this too slipped off my heel. Today the 6 arrived....and this too slips off my heels. It is NOT the same as this shoe was in the past. I am very sorry to have to return it. Hopefully, next years version will be back to the great ones I have owned in the past.

Compared to my 4 other Merrell Encore clogs these are very narrow and the opening has been made smaller. They are too narrow and very uncomfortable. In the past they were always comfortable the minute I put them on. I am very disappointed that Merrell has changed a great shoe.
