Last pretty good but look bad after a little while

The shoes are very comfortable. However they are a suede like material which make them hard to maintain.

Unfortunately these run small. I did not realize it until it was too late. I wore them for a full day and damaged my large toe which is turning black. There is nothing I can do now but get rid of them. I have always worn a size 10 in the Jungle Mocs but the waterproof model run differently. I would need a 10.5 or maybe an 11. They are waterproof though.

The shoe comes up too high on the instep which makes it uncomfortable.

I bought around March 2023. Problem was that the padding behind the back part of the ankle was not glued or attached properly. So, every time I slide the show in, I have to readjust the padding. Unfortunately, I found the defect while on vacation and was not able to return the shoe. I was surprised because these are usually my go-to travel shoes. They are usually rugged, versatile and comfortable. I am hesitant to purchase again.

This shoe had a mark on the top when I purchased. The hard part is with leather you can polish it out but not with this Nubuck.

I did like the shoe but it was to lose, I would buy it again if it could be thigthen up to fit more snug

This is my second pair. I ordered the same size, but the new pair is smaller - a tighter fit.

Left shoe was defective so my money was promptly refunded and I recycled the shoes. I will buy another pair of Merrel shoes because they were so quick to refund my money.

It's not just the fact that I have worn two of the older versions for ten years, it's not a bias towards them. What makes me unhappy with the newer Merrell shoes, almost to 100% of those I've tried in the last couple of years, is that wherever they are making them, they are sloppy. The heels are not tight and fit to your heel, but they are wide and round like a boat, and they HURT when you walk very far in them. It seems the ones that were most egregious were made in a large country in Asia that fits between Vietnam and Russia. I don't know anyone with the huge heels these shoes would fit. Certainly not mine, anymore.

I have worn these for many years but I recently ordered a new pair and have had an issue with the fit. One shoe fits fine, but the other is really tight. I could go up to the next size but I fear that would be too big. How then can I stretch my Merrells so they feel more comfortable?

I wear this shoe for work and leisure, maybe too often as my only complaint concerns the design of the sole as its failure well before the upper is disappointing . I have two pair that I just can't pitch because the overall shoe is in such good condition.Purchased the Moab Adventure slip on with the more aggressive/heavier sole. Nice shoe, but unfortunately my feet get wet. Make the jungle moc with a better sole or the Moab slip on waterproof - problem solved.Thank you.

After wearing these great-looking, comfortable shoes for a couple months, they showed signs of distress; namely, the "leather" coating was wearing off, revealing a dark, bald surface. Another reviewer commented that Merrell Shoes have gone down in quality. Not Zappos's fault, but I did contact Merrell's customer service number and reported the matter to them. Too bad - I love Merrell mock leather rainproof shoes, but they not long hold up to daily wear.

I have worn Merrell Vapor Gloves and other similar minimal shoes for awhile, but the Nubuck waterproof looked like it might be a good choice for winter. The first time I wore them in adverse weather, however, I nearly slipped and fell in a snowy parking lot. Should have stuck with something minimal, as I seem to do better with them in slick conditions. I am stuck with these now since I wore them outside and can't return them. The shoes are attractive and well made, however, and were shipped quickly.

I've worn Merrell's for years. These do run small and I had to return them as they were to small. The quality of the shoe is good.

I recently ordered online a pair of Waterproof Jungle Mocs. This is the third pair I have purchased, and roughly the 10th pair from the Merrell line. Size 8M has always fit me perfectly. This most recent purchase I decided to order an 8W for the reason that I have often been wearing heavier socks and I thought a bit more width would make for less cramped toes. 8W arrived and I found toe width perfect but overall shoe length increased as well which caused my heal to lift out of the shoe with each step, a No Go! Returning those I ordered my normal 8M size. When these showed up they were the correct length but a struggle to get on by reason of being much narrower than my older existing pair, in fact measurably so by almost 1/4" in the molded lower portion. It seems obvious that something has changed in the sizing with this shoe, (different factory supplying soles?). I am waiting to try a 7.5W, perhaps that size will fit.
