Too small

Bought online.. was upset that can not make returns or exchanges in store

I just received these today and I am returning them!!! They are the fake. The UGG tag does not say Australia (it just says UGG with an R next to the top right of the name), the front toes have dents from the tight stitching, the material feels cheap and not thick like the real uggs,there is no hologram tag on the inside of the boot. I am very disappointed in Zappos for selling this knock off. This is my first time buying from Zappos, I will never buy from them again!!!

I thought I was purchasing an adult shoe size 7 when the shoe came I called customer service she said nope you bought children shoe size , no exact words toddlers, She did not help me how I can rectify or get woman size I wouldn't of mind to pay more, your customer service should have saved that sale.

When I got my boots the fur looked different than other people's boots at my school. The fur looks fake and cheap. This is very disappointing since I paid a lot for these boots and most of your products are made very well.

Really cute boot, fits well. I am size 7 normally but ordered the 6 and fit close to perfect.. very warm and comfy. Arrived damaged due to very poor packaging. Cleaner kit ordered was placed inside the box with the boot. The corner of kit box took a chunk of the suede out of the middle of one of the boots. Looks awful and waiting for replacement still.......See delivery comments, awful!

This is the second time I have received damaged merchandise from UGG. The boots appear to have been worn and areas of the boot are faded. They look as if they have gotten wet.

Sizing is not true to size; my granddaughter wears an 8 in all of her shoes so we ordered an 8. They are way too big and returning them has not been a smooth process. As it turns out she likely will need a 7, so your sizing is not good. Customer Service for exchange of a product that does not fit is the worst I have ever experienced with any company and I do a lot of on-line purchases. I personally will never purchase your product again; I can't speak for my granddaughter but she certainly won't get the funds from me to do it. I have zero tolerance for poor customer service and your company's is the worst I have ever experienced.

Company bad

This was by far the worst experience I have had ordering anything online. I received the boots with a tear in the left boot and therefore sent them back for an exchange. I did not hear anything back for almost two weeks and then it turns out that they processed this as a return and not an exchange. When I spoke with an agent, I was informed that I would have to pay full price if I wanted the boots even though I purchased them while they were on sale. I am very disappointed as this was suppose to be a Christmas gift. I will NOT purchase UGGS ever again in any capacity.

Loved the style and color- very cute! One boot was great, but the boot for the other foot was not. The liner was defective- it was shedding and felt rough, almost like what wool feels like if it's been melted. I had to return them, which is so frustrating because the return is taking FOREVER and now I won't have them to wear for Christmas/New Years in Breckenridge and that's the whole reason I ordered them on Black Friday!!

For the price not worth purchasing expected better quality. First time ordering and viewing this product. Bows look adorable online not so much on the item itself looks like cheap bows super glued on. Overall visual appearance lacks, as for keeping warm, it does what a boot should do.

The amount of money paid for these shoes should last longer than 2 times of wearing them. I even bought the protection kit and put it on before wearing and the boots now look like they have been worn for a year.

One boot had a defect. Never happened before. Very disappointed. Too late for return, had to ship as Christmas present.

Will most likely never buy another pair due to the first pair getting ruined from water and the customer service and delivery of the replacement pair never happening.

DO NOT BUY THESE SHOES THEY ARE A WASTE OF MONEY

I love UGG boots but i ordered these as a gift and they had a big scratch on the side, clearly damaged and sent anyway.

This is the second Bailey Button boots that i buy my daughter in just 2 months. The first pair got a tear in the toe area after just 2 months and the pair that i JUST bought less than 2 weeks ago got a tear in the same place after 1 WEEK!! I will be returning the ones i just bought for a replacement but wish i never threw out the first pair as i don't find it fair that there was a tear after only 2 months! For what they cost, they should last for years. Very disappointed with these.

I love UGGS and I have a couple of pairs, however when mine arrived they were significantly less fluffy than my worn ones. I got a card saying they are made out of UGGpure, definitely a let down for the price.

Bought mens slippers, sized up. Too narrow. Gave to someone else with narrow feet. Still tight.

I love uggs but I am tired of ordering men's shoes just to get my size. I am a tall woman, and my daughter and I wear size 12. NONE of the boots come in this size.

I was really excited to get these for Christmas but when I opened the box I realized there was a 1-2 inch rip in the seam by the heel. I am so beyond disappointed by this and have tried numerous times to get into contact via phone to costumer service and I can not get through. Despite the rip these shoes feel really cheaply made and feel like they could rip again at any time during entry/exit. I love the look of these boots but will definitely be returning.

Save your money. Bought 2 of these shoes for my nieces. One children size and one toddler. The fur feels like cheap plastic and is not at all what I would expect from UGG...very disappointing.
