I had originally returned my daughters chestnut pair because after one wash they faded horribly but then when it was time to do the black ones recently they faded as well! I followed all the directions on washing them properly and it still faded

The UGGS were nice, but ran small in size. I hope they will stretch some with wearing

The boots had a noticeable flaw on the toe so I'm surprised the QC of Uggs let these get shipped out. I contacted UGGS and there were no more her size and color and it was a Christmas gift. I suggested a discount and did receive $20 off.

Cwould mot get a correct fit.....very disappointed. Maybe due to high arch.

I don't have a wide foot but the size 8 is very tight where the seam goes over the top of the ankle and my toes go all the way to the end.., no wiggle room. I have a size 8 from last year & had no problem with the fit. Also, my mom got a pair of size 8's as well. Her feet are wider than mine. One boot fits us both perfectly but the other one is tight along that seam over the ankle. There is an inconsistency in the sizing of these boots. I'm hoping since it's sheep skin, like all skin, it will stretch to a comfortable fit??? I'm a bit disappointed, especially since I know my parents spent a lot of money on these boots. BTW my sister is a size 4 & they bought her a size 6 & they fit great. Order up in size.

They are very comfortable and so pretty! But... The left boot is to narrow.

I love uggh-I had numerous pairs and always wear a size 6. I ordered this style, and they are way too small

We had to ship the first pair back b/c it did not fit and we reordered in the next size up but have not received the new boots.

Too expensive

These are super cute, I got them for Christmas from my parents. I love that it feels like I'm wearing slippers all the time even though they are very fashionable and go with everything. My only big problem is that they stain extremely easily. They are stained by snow. And salt. And sun. And life. I wore them for one winter and then I cleaned them today, to try to get rid of the stains, and the dye began to stain my sponge!! I am hoping that they are not too faded after this, but with all that dye gone...yikes. I feel bad that they cost so much for a pair of boots that wear out easily, I thought that a company known for quality would have produced products with good quality but apparently not. I don't think I will shop here again but I will love these adorable boots while they last.

The sizing on the UGG website is incorrect- the sizes are small. I had to check other universal size websites in order to ensure I was ordering the correct size. If I had not done so then the boots would have been a size too small. The one boot is more difficult to put on than the other as well... This is visibly evident as one boot has been knitted more tightly than the other...

I wear these every day since I got them, however when I got them I noticed there was a spot on the top that was cut. Not too happy to pay So much for some boots that have a cut in them. I am not sure if I can do a return after I've worn them.

the product is great, but my experience ordering them was a horrible disaster

I wanted to give these 5 stars, but there is a wrinkle right under my toes in the fleece footbed lining, which is distracting. They are adorable, warm, and I love them other than the quality flaw.

I had always wanted a pair of uggs. I thought these were the cutest style ever. I bought them in black, and they were perfect... For 3 months. After that the sides started to fold over and the material became very un-durable. I got multiple holes in them from small things such as branches. They also rip easily. And the color started to fade into more of an off-black. But these did go with everything and were very soft and comfy.

I was so excited to finally buy these after seeing the kids ones in stores. When I received them they were a completely different color than the ones I'd seen in stores. These are much more purple, especially the fur. I don't love them, but I'll probably keep them anyway.

Great product. Recommend getting your order right, to begin with. Though the exchange process doesn't cost any money, it takes forever for your return to be credited as returned. This is important because they automatically charge your credit card if the item isn't marked received by the 30 day point. Also, they fail to tell you that returns go faster if you call to make the return!

The product is great and I get lots of compliments on the shoes but it get stains from everything and doesn't get clean not even with the ugg clean kit

I was promised next day delivery! Im still waiting for my boots! Very lame to say the least.
