Shoes fit perfectly when put on first time. I wear orthotics and they fit right in. Shoes real comfortable. I can wear all day.

These are wonderful shoes and fit properly but I am used to a little more room in the toe. I have a very narrow foot, so I have a hard time finding shoes that fit. I ordinarily wear athletic shoes that have a mesh toe so that may be the difference. I have to wear a thin sock to compensate for the room in the toe making the shoe a bit less usable in the winter.

Runs small. I always fit in the size ordered and these didn't fit. Also sorry to see that New Balance are now made overseas instead of in the USA.

I liked everything about this shoe except the heel rubbed up and down on my foot. I wear a Narrow, but while the shoe itself was narrow enough the heel was not.

Fell in love with these, fresh color, but had to return them because New Balance has not mastered making a narrow width shoe.

I wore these around the house for a couple of hours.they are the most uncomfortable shoes ever. No cushion in the sole. No arch support.

These are a nice looking and comfortable shoe and I really wanted them to work for an upcoming trip to Italy where I needed a good walking shoe after knee surgery but didn't want bright white. Unfortunately they were too short on me in my regular size, 11N. I ordered a second pair in an 11M hoping that would work since there wasn't a longer size, but much to my surprise it was exactly the same width! So for someone with feet width n the normal to wide side these probably wouldn't work. Unfortunately both pair have to go back.

I'm having some problems walking long distances in regular shoes. But I don't want always want to wear my regular sneakers, so...these slightly dressier walking shoes are just perfect. They are really comfortable, and not as clumpy looking as my other sneakers.

I bought the shoe in 11N, and it fits and feels great as is, without any orthotics. The dog and I enjoy our long daily walks around town and on local trails. No problems with plantar fasciitis either.

These are beautiful walking shoes. I am going to Europe and will be on a tour so I was looking a walking shoe that looked better than the average black or white ones.

This is a very pretty shoe. I usually wear an 8 and a half, double wide, but found I needed a size 9 double wide. It runs smaller than the usual new balance shoes. It is almost golden brown in appearance, not grey.

Originally I ordered these in a 6.5 extra wide. The toe box was a little too pointy for my truly EE foot. The size 7 however feels good. And they look great for a sport shoe. If you have a longer foot I'm sure they will be really comfy!

I've always liked New Balance and these are a nice change from the athletic New Balance. Wanted something a little nicer for trip to Europe yet comfy for touring. This shoe was perfect for my mangled foot from lousy bunion surgery. Extremely pleased and would purchase again in different color!

Runs narrow! The 6.5 AA Fit my AAAA foot! Comfortable and stylish too! I will wear these as work shoes since I need all leather shoes.

I've been wearing clunky athletic shoes for so long that I forgot how pleasant it is to wear a classic, light, tennis shoe. These shoes are attractive and fit well. I typically order an 8.5 N (I'm between an 8 and an 8.5) but for New Balance I order a 9 N. These fit perfectly in the 9 N size and are cute, extremely comfortable, casual shoes. I am sensitive to pointed toes. These shoes have enough of a point to provide a streamlined style but not enough to pinch my toes. I have them in three colors and may consider getting them in white in the spring/summer.

WW width was the same as a "D" by the same brand. Very disappointing. I have been trying to purchase shoes since July without success. The service, however, is great! I will continue to try.

Very comfortable. Accomodates orthotic nicely. Really supports my feet. I feel very stable in these. Had to go a half size larger than normal.

This is my first time to purchase a pair of New Balance shoes. I was hesitant at first, but after several people told me to try them I did. I wear double wide shoes and it is hard to find shoes that fit me. These shoes fit perfectly and I will be ordering another color. Thanks Zappos!

Style and comfort. Excellent New Balance quality with leather that is great for walking city pavements without looking too casual. Bought 2 pairs in different colors. Highly recommend for all ages.

A really nice shoe but unfortunately not enough heel cushioning for my painful plantar fasciitis. Half inch more heel would have given me what I needed. Fit was perfect for 10W. Looks great and much nicer than a tennis shoe. I am sorry I had to return.

These are really nice and comfortable shoes I like the fact that they are not just too casual looking the leather trim really at the touch of class. I also feel they provide enough arch support and not rub against my ankles or my heels. They are true to size. I broke my shoes in by walking all around Istanbul up and down hills and never once did I feel uncomfortable.

The New Balance WW980 walking shoes that I purchased for my wife are terrific! She is very happy with the shoes, and I am very happy with the efficient and helpful service I received from a Zappo's employee.

I am recovering from Achilles surgeries. It's been difficult to find comfortable shoes that have good cushioning at the back, plus good support for my high arches. I also had a difficult time finding a walking shoe that wasn't a white or bright colored sports shoe. This is everything I wanted. Extremely comfortable right off the bat. Nice to have the wide option.
