I recieved the boots an they almost look used! Faded, creases, an pieces of lint or like cardboard all over them. Even the fur inside was messy. Contacted the co. They told me they would do two day shipping an exchange them out. It was not two day shipping like told.. Got the second pair an the same thing! They're junk.

The boot did not look or fit the way I thought it would. It kept slipping off my foot even though I went down a size.

We love Uggs but had to return this pair because they did not fit. It seemed odd because in the past the size was always perfect.

I love uggs, I ware it all the time , but I've never had black boots so decided to get one, these boots are very pretty but bybfeet are all black after I ware it barefoot and my socks are dirty if ware socks, hate this boots because of it,

Product good - Customer service terrible.

Loved the look of the boot on the website but unfortunately they don't look that way when you get them. Top of the boot flaps down & will not stay up. If the button was a little higher to help hold the flap up it might help. Otherwise it looks sloppy & too lazy for my taste.

Ordered 2 weeks before Christmas and wife did not have anything to open for holiday. Not happy. Tried to contact company and no answer. Very unhappy

These boots are very cute but not worth the extra money paid to have the bling fall off. I wore these for a total of 1 hour took the boots off and 2 of the crystals had fell off.

Lost the diamonds I only wore them once
