i got these boots for christmas and i love them but 2 of my rhinestones fell off, they came with extra rhinestones to glue on but i was wondering if anyone has any suggestions on what to glue the replacement rhinestons on with?

Purchased a boot similar to this style ..only there is a tassel dangling from a pyramid shaped button on the side instead of crystal button.

Product was fine, the shipping was slower than what I paid extra for.

The shoe is nice but the return and exchange service is awful.

I can't rate them as I have returned them. I have another pair of UGGS size 8, which are too large so I ordered these in size 7 and they're too tight. Is there no size 7-1/2? The boots were beautiful and well made and I'm just sorry they didn't fit.

These boots seem to be wearing out in the soles more quickly than my other UGG's. I have only had them a short time.

i just got my uggs for christmas and already the swarovski crystals on the back have started falling off. i would like the company to replace these as they are brand new. i only wore the once around the house after i got them.

Boot is very warm and looks great, very pretty. However, it is only pretty as long as the crystals stay on and they fall off pretty easily. Boots are supposed to come with replacements and have directions for glueing replacements back on them. Mine did not come with them and so far have not been able to get customer service to assist.

To start off it was way overpriced. I had to return them multiple time because the diamond fell off. I would not reccomend these boots.

Quality does not seem the same they feel thinner not as much fur.

My Daughter mentioned how much she loved her Ugg boots. Noticing how worn her current pair were I decided to buy her a pair for her birthday. We she opened them they were a little different then what I ordered, but the real problem was the fit and feel. She feels that they are cut much smaller in length, wider in width and not a comfortable or supportive as her current pair. I would like to return them for a refund.

I usually love Zappos, but this purchase has really turned me off. For such an expensive pair of shoes, I expected them to arrive in tip-top shape. Instead, they were stuffed into a box that clearly wasn't meant for this pair of shoes. Each shoe was covered in white lint and the fur at the top came out in clumps. Very, very disappointing.

These boots are really comfortable. This is my first pair of Bailey Uggs, I own several tall and a sequence black pair. These roll down on their own which I'm not crazy about but so very comfortable. The thing that has upset me the most is the very first day I wore them a crystal fell off the back. Very disappointing! Please note they do come with some extra crystals that you can glue on but I don't feel I should have to do this after just ONE DAY of use!

I bought these for my daughter for Christmas, she wore them once and two of the bling crystals already fell off!! For the price of these boots, they should NOT be falling off after only one wear!!

I have this and dont' wear them too much because of the plain look but, like these alot may have to get a 6th pair....

Everything is great but its not as cute as I thought it would be. The bling is just not working. I paid $40 extra for that bling. Looks tacky. But the product is just like Baily button nothing is wrong but its just ugly. Waste of my money.

My daughter loves Ugg boots but was very disappointed this time around. Had to return the first pair due to how they were packaged in the box. There was a big fold in the upper part of the boot creating a large crease in the fabric. Received a new pair and had to return again. Extremely disappointed. These were actually two different boots that made up the pair. One boot was taller than the other. Also the wool fabric that lines the boots was different. One being soft and the other being very rough and stiff feeling. For the price of these boots there should not be any issues like this.

These boots look great accept the bling buttons come off!!! And UGG will not replace it nor will they even sell you a new one! I now have a beautiful pair of boots that can't be worn because only one of them has the bling button! If you're going to charge a rediculous amount for a pair of boots, replacement parts should at the very least be available for purchase!

I received my uggs after waiting all this time to get them they were my late birthday present and they were fake! No letter r next to the ugg, crystals were placed uneven, there was blue stitching throughout near the sole and the fur when I rubbed it with my hands it came off. I was told by ugg all products are authentic and that I may have received a pair that was manufactured improperly and some how still went out just an error on their part because they do go through many different distributors. Even if that was the case how does a well known shoe store even let that happen. It was a huge inconvenience I had to return them wait for refund and go to an actual local store that carried this brand in order to make sure I received an authentic pair. :(
