I was looking for a shoe that was casual, great looking and comfortable. This shoe is perfect, I love the color and wear them all the time. The tan color is darker than picture, and now can wear with black or lighter color pants.

I bought these for my husband as winter shoes to pair with jeans (at 36 I think he is too old to wear sloppy athletic shoes with jeans, lol), but they also work with casual pants. He thought the lacing was a bit goofy, but changed it and declared the shoes very, very comfortable. He takes a 11½ in this brand but often wears a 12 or 12½ in other brands, so perhaps Johnston & Murphy runs a bit large? This is the second pair of Johnston & Murphy shoes he owns and it is a great brand.

Great boots! I put them on and actually smiled! They look better in person. They feel wonderful also. Glad that I purchased them.

This pair of boots is like walking on clouds right of the box. The sheepskin interior is super soft and the rubber (almost gel like) bottom has good traction and softness. The full grain leather upper is something new to me so I don't have anything to compare to, but it looks super stylish.

I really like the way this shoe looks with jeans and khakis, great style. Comfort is a bit off. Apparently my foot is wider than normal so these are running a bit tight. Nothing I can't deal with, but hopefully they will wear in a little and stretch.

What can I say, I love them. Super comfortable and a great color. They do not tie up very tight though but that doesn't really bother me.

Great boots with impeccable style and best-in-class support and comfort. The only way to get similar results would be to spend a hundred dollars more on a fancier name. The one caution is that they seem to run a little big so if you normally wear a size 12 it may be smart to buy a size 11, based on my results. Still a tremendous boot from Johnston & Murphy.
