Great boots to dress up jeans.

I was a little hesitant to try this shoe, having been a great fan of J&M's XC4 line. The higher top wasn't really "my style", but my wife talked me into them. I'm very glad she did! These shoes are surprisingly comfortable (after a very brief break in period around the high top), and dress up and down equally well. Even though this is not officially part of the XC4 line, I find them easy to wear all day, and really feel like a quality J&M product!

These are my second pair of shoes from this store in a few months. As soon as my feet land inside them its llike walking in another world. I have never had tailor made shoes but i can only imagine they fit like this.the shoes look great, wear well and i beleiewill last well with the right care.

Comfortable style.

Great for certain outings. Ordered a half size up, but I think I could have gone with my regular size. It fits slightly loose with the half size up, but still comfortable and wearable. My feet are a little wide, and this had plenty of space to accommodate. Needs a little bit of breaking in, but nothing too painful.

I am beyond ecstatic regarding my recent purchase. I wear these out regularly at night when hitting the town. They run a tad big so I ended up getting a 1/2 size smaller than I normally wear (I was also told they would stretch a bit over time). These shoes are SUPER comfortable and fit like a glove. I'm always pumped when I get to wear them since I feel like I'm walking on clouds. I'm not sure if I will wear any other Chukkas going forward!

These boots are made for comfortable and stylish wear. But also will survive my long walks sightseeing around the city! Great pair of boots that will 'last' if protected and cleaned regularly: a good pair of shoe trees will be helpful!

Great for winter wear, but I've not walking in the snow with them. Long time Johnston and Murphy customer.

I purchased this wonderful boot on sale after the holidays at a truly excellent price. The shoe is high quality construction with very good materials. The shoe is very comfortable and needed no beak-in period. I did find that I needed to go down a half size from my usual size. This shoe is very versatile and can be worn for casual as well as more dressy events. I have always been very pleased with Johnston & Murphy shoes, well as all other products I have purchased from them. And the sales person at the J & M store I purchased these Chuka boots from was extremely knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with.

Great shoe on my 3rd pair comfortable. My go to shoe with jeans and a sweater throw a blazer on and instant access Get alot of compliments from young and old .

I normally wear a size 11.5-12 brand dependent. These shoes will slightly stretch as you break them in over your first month. I bought a quite snug size 10 that now fits perfectly. The most comfortable shoe I've ever worn.

These are solid shoes and, surprisingly, even more comfortable than good looking. They are not as heavy as I would expect from a boot. In my first dozen wears or so, the suede has worn very well, not showing signs of much wear and tear. I certainly recommend these shoes to others.

The Chukkas are great to wear with Jeans and Chinos. They are casual, however are very elegant and classy. I love the style.
