I received the chukka boots the day before they were scheduled to arrive (!!!). The quality, comfort and style of the product exceeded all expectations. The shoes are durable and diverse, instantly becoming my favorite footwear.

A very nice chukka. Made in India. Very comfortable and appear to be fairly well made. Soft leather lining. Felt about a half size long at the most. Crepe sole should be pretty durable and adds to the comfort. These can be for dress or casual.

Really outstanding, I have wide feet and these fit quite well. only took a couple hours to really break in and they just keep getting more comfortable.
The sole is soft and the leather is beautiful and thick. Great color. These are the most comfortable dress shoes I’ve ever owned I believe.

Fantastic customer service. Easy exchange for a new size. I forget the gentleman's name who helped me over the weekend but he made things very easy and was very nice to talk to. Boots fit much better than before, they're nice leather so need to be broken in. Definitely true to size, normally Chukka boots require you to downsize due to the larger toe but the width is comfortably snug around the foot keeping them in place. Love the boots.

This is one of the best shoes that I have bought from J&M. Great style, best with jeans. This Chukka is well designed and is very comfortable, so much so that I bought a second pair to keep from wearing one pair too much. I bought the brown and grey pairs.

I was looking for a new pair of every day shoes, and had some very specific attributes in mind. The perfect shoe would be: - not a sneaker, but not an old man shoe - versatile enough to wear with everything from nice chinos to jeans - casual, but in a slightly upscale way - a little rugged in appearance, while still being refined, and un-clunky - stylish (in a classic way), without calling attention to itself - lightweight, and comfortable enough to wear around town all day - a high-quality item that will last me at least a few years After many hours of searching, I finally found the Copeland Chukka, and I have to say that it meets every one of my criteria. Taking them out of the box, the quality of the materials and the workmanship was obvious. Putting them on for the first time, they fit like a glove, without being at all constricting. And the icing on the cake is that the color (tan oiled full grain) is perfect, and they look _great_. Bottom line: I love them. I'm tempted to buy another pair. The one thing that made me hesitant at first to order them is the fact that almost all of the pictures of the shoe on the web make the tan oiled full grain look like it has a greenish cast. To my delight, that turns out not to be the case. They're definitely a dark tan, with a slightly reddish cast, not green at all. It's a beautiful leather.
