My first Finn Comfort purchase. Absolute love the shoes. The design pattern on the shoes is slightly different that what was pictured; however, I like it even better!

For several months, my right foot had been hurting with every step I took. After doing some research, I suspected that I had plantar fasciitis, although I did not have a professional evaluation. My research suggested that shoes with excellent support and a “rocking” motion might offer some relief. The Ikebukuro meets both criteria, so I decided to invest in a pair. I’ve worn them, exclusively, for nearly three weeks. The foot pain has decreased considerably. Yes, this could be merely coincidence, but I tend to believe that the pain relief is a direct result of the support and balance of the Ikebukuro. What a relief they are!

Love the Finn Comfort Ikebukuro because I love sensible shoes. And they are helpful with plantar fasciitis. This is a very pretty shade of blue but very casual. The black finish can be more dressy. I would love a navy blue in this shoe.

I am often between a 7-1/2 and an 8 because I have hammer toe on each foot. Smallest two toes twist outward. Years ago, the foot doc said it was caused by a loose tendon in the foot and suggested I wear shoes with a roomier forefoot. I appreciate, so much, that Zappos filters, photos, and reviews helps me determine whether a shoe will be a hit or a miss. I first tried this same shoe in 7-1/2, mostly because the 8 was sold out. I bought two 7-1/2 Finns and loved them for walking and casual out and about, but I realized they were just a little tight after a long day. I bought a size 8 in this beautiful navy about 9 months ago and couldn’t be happier. I recently replaced the insole (thank you Zappos for selling the insole replacement) and the shoes feel like new again. I do a power walk every afternoon around town, and couldn’t be more comfortable. These are far super to athletic shoes, and they look kind of hip, too.

The sneaker DID NOT FIT. This is the second time I have ordered the sneaker and the second time it has been returned. Both times the incorrect size was sent to me. Either you have the listing wrong or the person pulling the shoe box off the shelf is reading the size incorrectly.

I wear a women’s 11-12 in closed toe shoes, and this fit perfectly. I have terrible Plantar Fasciitis, and when I tried these on I felt immediate relief. I had to give up my fashionable shoes a while ago, trading it for comfort and the ability to walk pain free. It’s a little easier with this pretty pattern, enough pizazz and current fashion flare to not feel too ugly with orthotic type shoes! When I put them on, they were such a relief that I no longer worried about the cost! Wish they’d make them in a fun patent leather...I’ll probably end up buying a new pair every couple of years, walking pain free is a luxurious thing!

I have never purchased a walking shoe as expensive as Finn Comfort's Ikebukuro in the past but it was worth it in terms of comfort and style. Yes, style. They look great on my feet. Recommend that one order a half size up from your usual size as these tend to run a little small. The arch support felt quite strange at first when I wore the shoes to try them at home. It almost felt like a bit too much support. BAfter a couple minutes, the shoes felt very comfortable and supportive and decided to buy the shoes. Am very glad I did. I have problem feet that are very hard to fit because of bunions and a narrow heel. The shoes helped my feet balance properly so I had virtually no fatigue after wearing them on a long art walk. I love this brand.

I have very bad arthritic feet. I have been buying shoes progressively more expensive to none available. That is until I bought the $$$ shoes. They are worth it. They are so supportive that I experience a great degree from f less pain. I wish I could wear them to bed as my feet don't hurt when I am wearing them. However, I love cute shoes. These are not them. No pain or cute? Guess I'll take the no pain. I bought the red and then reordered the black. FYI - I am 67 years young.

Zappos gives THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE. I love you guys. Heal slips. That's what I get for trying a man's shoe. Arch not high enough for me.

Love these shoes. They are so comfortable. Width and toe span is perfect. It is probably the best pair of shoes that I have ever bought that are so comfortable without dealing of breaking them in. I saw my podiatrist today and he was very impressed with the shoes and he said they look "cool" also. He said after surgery last fall, this is the first time that my ankles and foot were well supported by the shoe as I walked. He will be referring more of his patients to this brand of shoe. Now the question is should I buy another pair? My feet are worth the price.

They are not as goofy-looking as the picture might in dictate. The summer ones with the white toe are a little more goofy-looking. But you cannot find more comfortable shoes for walking in the city or walking in the woods. I have more pairs of these than I would like to admit.

I really love these shoes. They are comfortable as well as funky fashionable. Equally cool on a teen or a granny! One issue is that the red color rubs onto the white shoelaces. I don't know what if anything can be done about it. Anyone have an idea?

Love them. My 4th pair of Ikebukuro and favorite because of color and soft leather. A great stability shoe.

How I wanted to love these Finn Comfort Ikebukuro shoes! While the toe box was roomy the top of the toe box pressed down on my toes, even though I had on a light sock. I tried to go up a half size, but Zappos was out. They also felt a bit heavy on my feet. The shoe itself seems like excellent quality/workmanship. But for that price, they need to be perfect. So back they go.

These are very well made shoes with very good arch support. I did like the feel, but for the price I did not find the arch support and quality that I could also find in a more reasonably priced shoe brand. They are not as stylish as I had hoped. But very well made indeed!

My feet are very sensitive and I did not realize these were going to be super hard and heavy. Like Doc Martins in my old days. I wish they could have worked but I only had them on for five minutes and they hurt. I liked the looks of them and sizing seemed correct!

I've been eying Finn Comfort shoes for years, but these are the first I've tried. The arch support is wonderful. It's very firm but still comfortable for standing. I'm a little worried about the way they slip on my narrow heels, and I'm not thrilled with the way the style looks on me in the sky blue color. I'm thinking about returning but might try a couple of other Finn Comfort styles if they're in stock in my size.

I wanted to like this shoe but did not think my sore feet could break them in. They are very stiff with a hard sole.

Cute after some of the other options and at this price, I want them to be perfect. Feel a little short, trying with light socks, but look cute with my summer stuff. Red goes with everything

Like many other wearers of Finn shoes I have foot issues, specifically the heel/ankle of my right foot. For years I have relied mostly on Vionic and Birkenstock shoes and insoles. Lately I have felt I needed more support around my heel and ankle area. After reading about Finn Comfort shoes thought I would try them. There is no doubt the Ikebukuro shoe is comfortable, supportive and has a roomy toes box. However after 15 minutes of wearing them I knew they were not right for me. The shoe itself comes high up on the foot and the tongue protrudes slightly, which I found uncomfortable after a few minutes of walking. And boy do they squeak on hard floors. I could have sucked up the price with those minor flaws if they weren't so orthopedic-looking. I have fairly thin legs and I looked like a cartoon character wearing them. I could not convince myself I would get my money's worth out of them at this time. Who knows, I may come back to them at a future date and be very thankful for the support and comfort I am certain exists. I did think to buy Finn insoles to try as a better option but unfortunately Zappos did not have my size. I love Zappos customer service for making shopping online so worry free and easy.

I really wanted to love these shoes, even willing to pay the high price. I am very disappointed that they did not work for me. Basically the issue is that there is not enough padding on the forefoot - i have problem feet and need cushioning. Also found that they dug into the side of my ankle. I tried to use my own orthotics but they did not fit properly in the shoe. So sad that i had to send them back.

I returned this shoe. It felt pretty good, had good arch support and a roomyntoe box. But the keather was quite stiff and for $350+ I just couldn’t take the chance that it would soften up. As my mother used to say, it felt like “too much shoe”. I have had other Finn Comfort shoes that took a long time to break in but then were awesome.

I took a chance on these because I usually wear narrow shoes, and even those are usually too wide in the heels. These were about the same in the heel, a bit too wide. I agree with others: they felt a half size too short. The wide toe box was comfortable. Overall, well made and attractive. Pretty comfortable, could have been better with a better fit. However, wearing 11.5 N, I don’t have a lot of choice in comfortable shoes. I’m not returning them as I worry the next size up may be too wide.

These shoes are not comfortable on my feet. I bought Dr. Scholls' insoles in order to wear them. The height of the shoe is low and has a tendency to press down on my foot. I kept them because they are so dang cute. I wore them on an airplane trip recently and walking in the airport wasn't comfortable.

There were strange wavy lumps inside the shoes, can’t imagine walking in them. Maybe Finn Comfort fans are used to this, but it felt uncomfortable to me. Red color was nice. Had to return them.
