I love this shoe...my first nude pump and I'm thrilled. I ordered a half size smaller, and a full size smaller to see what would work--I went a full size smaller. Curiously, when I ordered the same shoe in the same size in black, the right shoe was too small! Said it was the same size, but felt way different. I'll return those and order another pair to see if that works, because I really like the shoe and you know, free shipping. Pretty nude color, have worn them every work day since getting them.

This shoe is chic, simple and very well made. Most important - comfort! I am very comfy in these when walking longer distances. Really glad I purchased. I am very picky on styling. Also, I put a heel gripper in the back of the shoe as I have a narrow heel proportional to my size.

I ordered these and the Clarks that are similar and went with the Rockport, they have the Adidas footing and are very comfy. i normally wear a 9 or 9.5 and went with the 9. They slip a little on the heel so I tried the 8.5 but they were too tight in the toes. I ended up getting the non slip cushions for the back of the shoe and now they are great. they definitely do not feel like 3 inches and have a feminine heel.

These shoes are amazingly comfortable!! I walked around all day at work and they felt great. I have a bunion on my right foot, and these shoes did not bother it at all. Well worth the money for the comfort they provide!

These are the most comfortable pumps I own. I wanted the black Crocs but I could not find them. I am very satisfied with this pair.

Nice shoe, very high quality, lots of cushion. Sadly it didn't fit the shape of my foot and my feet slipped out. Couldn't wear anything smaller though.

I bought these shoes to replace the exact same pair I bought two years ago. I wore the old pair at least 3 days a week for two years and they served me well. I love these shoes!

These are, by far, the most comfortable pumps I've ever owned. From the moment I put them on, I was impressed. I ordered a half size down from my usual size, and they fit perfectly!

I have been searching a long time to find a good pump for work. Something with a heel that is not too high and looks great. This shoe fits the bill. I was worried that it might be too narrow in the toe area after wearing for awhile, but it felt ok. I may have to get another pair in a different color.

There are very few shoes these days that come in a wide width. I normally wear a 9 or a 9 1/2 depending on the shoe. I ordered these in a 9 wide but they were too big. I then ordered them and then 8 1/2 wide and they were absolutely perfect. The heel height is jjust right and very comfortable. They also have great support and the rubber sole adds to the comfort.

I love the hidden platform and the rich color. I have a wider foot and didn't want break-in time so ordered the 9 wide but exchanged it for the 9.5 wide. Needed a little more toe box room for a sore toe.

Loved these shoes and so wished that I could keep them; however, my ankles were too weak to walk in them, due to my disability. However, I would recommend these shoes just the same for comfort, style and sizing, They were beautiful in the black patent leather, but would also love them in the "neutral" color, or any of the colors, really! Never thought I would order such expensive shoes, but these are definitely worth it, ladies!

These pumps are gorgeous. I cannot wait to wear them to my brother's wedding. They seem very comfortable when I tried them on. They are soft and firm with support inside, not pinching across the width. I like ordering online because I can read the reviews. So I ordered half a size smaller based on reviews. I should have trusted my own decisions and ordered my regular size. These are going back today for my correct size. I suggest stick with what you know about your shoe size.

These are great shoes that are comfortable for a tall heel. A 7½ is too large and size 7 is too small. That is a bummer!

These are great shoes, but they definitely run one whole size large. The heel runs wide, and I've never had much of a problem in that area, so if it's a problem for you, you may want to keep this in mind.

So far so good! So comfy and relatively stylish too. Love the rich color for fall. Depending on shoe, brand, etc. I am either a 7.5 or 8; ordered the 7.5 in this and it fits great.

Absolutely love Rockports! I can wear these shoes for an entire day. Well worth the price for the level of comfort.

I put these on and didn't want to take them off! They are amazingly comfortable and I'm looking forward to giving them lots of wear.

Most comfortable heels I've ever worn! I'm either a 7.5 or 8 and 7.5 was good. Slight heel slippage but a heel pad fixed it. First day I wore them 6 hours and had only a minor new-shoe blister.

I was looking for a simple pump that would be more comfortable than stylish. Work shoes demand comfort but these pumps did both. They have a roundish toe, cut low enough to add a little more feminine flair. They have a hidden platform, and are very cushiony. I bought the black patent leather and then ordered the nude. Strange that the nude is a tad bit smaller than the black. Still deciding if I will keep those. Otherwise fantastic pump!

Very comfortable, love the shoe, however, I am returning as it ran a little large. Normally a size 8, I will try a 7.5 this time!

Comfortable yet beautiful. I have a lot of difficulty wearing heels. I've had two neuroma surgeries. These shoes are very comfortable and they look great. They run large, I usually wear a 10W and I had to go down to a 9W.

I heeded the advice of others and ordered a half size down and it worked out great. I like the dressy style of this shoe without the toe being too pointy. It's just what I was looking for to wear to a summer wedding.

I have been searching for a pair of basic black pumps in patent leather with a heel height of 2.5 or less and not a pointy toe. Saw the comfortable foot bed description and reviews and ordered black and tan immediately. I normally wear a size 6.5 and sometimes a 6. The size 6 slipped off my heel. Not sure if it is that the heal is cut straight up or if I need a half size smaller. I want these shoes and ordering the 5.5 to try and hoping they fit. I think they will!! I see a 1/4 inch gap at the top of my heel. I agree with the other review that said "Word of warning - the other reviews are not joking when they say these run large. These are enormous shoes. Go down a full size when you order!" I never wear a size 5.5 and I am ordering 2 pairs now.
