I really want to keep these. I'm awful with heels and they aren't comfy enough. If you're used to 2+ inch heels, you might love these. Great pair of shoes!

Cute toe and nice little hidden platform makes the heel height very comfortable. I ordered a half size smaller based on the reviews. I liked these, but the heel was too wide and I walked out of them.

FINALLY a solid taupe shoe. I? only wish it were available in a not patent version.

Love the pump but definitely felt larger in the black than in the taupe patent. Im keeping the taupe but it’s back to the drawing board on black pumps.

These are the most comfortable heels I have ever worn. I have some trouble with my knees and afraid these may torque them-but no-I feel like I could run in them. I have often wondered how Kate Middleton gets around so fluidly in heels. With heels like these, I understand.

I have been searching for a pair of comfortable yet attractive basic heels. These are perfect. Sooo comfortable - like walking on a cloud. I ordered the 9 wide - and there was plenty of width in the toe box, but the heel fit perfectly. They do run half size too big, so I'm sending back the 9's and will order the 8 1/2. I'm thrilled to have a pair of comfortable heels that fit and look great!

Super comfortable shoe. Runs at least 1/2 size big. Ordered for a wedding but not dressy enough. I really wanted to keep them since they are the most comfy pair of heels I have ever worn. Sad to send them back. Well worth the money and a great color.

THANK YOU ZAPPOS!!! I'll start by saying these shoes are amazing. I typically wear a 8 or 8.5 pump. After reading the reviews, I decided to try a 8 (width B) in the rich patent taupe. Unfortunately, the box contained 2 different sized shoes, both labeled 8's. I even measured the shoes and there was a 1/2 size difference. The dilemma was that the smaller shoe fit perfectly, but I didn't know if it was actually an 8 or a 7.5?!?! So Zappos customer service went on a journey with me! They sent me a new pair of size 8's, these were too big. Sent me an exchange of 7.5's these were just right. (I felt like goldie locks) All in all, I have found my perfect work shoes. I can wear these all day and into the night. The bottom are perfectly cushioned. The toe box is wide enough to not cause discomfort, but secure enough that my feet aren't siding around (which typically leads to my heel slipping out the back). Finally, the heel height allows for a feminine yet professional silhouette. I will be ordering these in every color!

Can I just say: I LOVE THESE SHOES!!! The are classic, they are stylish, and they are comfortable. I have never been able to wear a pair of heels all day without my feet killing me. Not only can I wear these all day (uphill, downhill, up stairs, etc..) but I've even worn them at a conference where I was literally on my feel ALL DAY. Cannot say enough about these other than I wish they came in every color under the rainbow. I would wear them every day.

I love these, but am having trouble finding the right size (7.5W, 8W, 8R...). The sizes are ALL Over the place, and its hard to find a pair that is big enough to be comfortable, but small enough that you don't walk out of them! I think I found a winner with the 8R, but the left and right shoe aren't the same size. They SAY they are both 8, but the left feels crazy small, and also when you put the shoes sole to sole, you can see the difference. I am sending them back and ordering another pair, in hopes that the next one works!!

One day, I ended up needing 1.5 miles while wearing these shoes. While I was a bit sore after that trek, I wasn't limping, blistered, or weeping like I expected -- they are a terrific fit, not too steep, and still look elegant. They're my new favorite.

I had decided to give up on heels and go for comfort. These shoes offer both. Beautiful classic style, comfort, support right out of the box. Looking for my next pair already.

I love these pumps. I have the grey and just ordered the burgundy. They are stylish as basic pumps go, extremely comfortable and have the just right heel for all day wear.

Just what I was looking for in a pump.Looks great on and well made. Unfortunately I can't even wear an 81/2 W. Too short and too narrow. I already tried the 9W which was way too long. So I am reluctantly sending them back.

My first pair of real heels for my ugly picky feet and I highly recommend them. I hate heels because they are always so uncomfortable, even for the few minutes that you're trying them on in the store (unless you're trying on the frumpy "orthopedic" heels and those are never attractive). But these are different. I used to have bunions on both of my feet but have had surgery and even now my feet are still not narrow enough to fit into the average regular heel. I bought these in a wide and it works. They do run a full size too small however - I'm ALWAYS a size 7.5 or 8 but for these I had to get a 6.5! Thank goodness for Zappo's free return shipping because once you figure out the sizing, these are beautiful, comfortable, and professional looking heels. They are pricey, but you only have two feet to last you many thousands of hours for the rest of your life so treat them well.

Feels like a tennis shoe, probably the MOST comfortable heel I own & I bought it for work!

I don't usually pay this much for shoes but these are worth the price. I wore them with no hose all day long the first day I wore them and walked all over a convention center with no problem. I read that they run large so I ordered my normal size and a 1/2 size smaller than normal. I kept the smaller size and it was perfect.

The most comfortable heel I've ever worn. Amazing! Some looseness in the heel that I'll fix, but otherwise A1 shoes. No pain at all, and beautifully crafted to boot.

I have never been able to wear pumps before b/c I always feel I am going to trip over. But this is going to be my go to brand from now on and the search is over. They are so stable and so comfortable. The hidden platform is amazing and the way the designer hides it is so graceful. Even though a lot of height is added, the actual slope is only about half. I love the taupe patent color too - looks very natural and not as pinkish as it appears in some monitors and that's exactly what I was hoping for. And yes, this is totally a mock Kate Middleton look but it really, really works with any outfit. I agree with all the comments about the size - I had to go a full size down. I am so happy they have it in wide and I think that's probably what's going on. Technically they are sizing the shoes correctly - I just felt it is b/c to accommodate my wide feet I have always been going a size larger. But since it is not necessary in this case I can actually order my true shoe size. The comfort level is amazing even at the first day of wearing......

Wow! I was impressed by this pair of shoes. I usually don't wear heels, only wearing them maybe 4-5 times a year. Since my feet aren't used to wearing heels and would much rather be in sneakers, I splurged and bought these, figuring I'd be able to use them for several years. There is some padding in the shoes, which made it much more comfortable to wear. I didn't think that the toes pinched at all. I was comfortable wearing them for several hours to a wedding & reception. I did feel that the shoes ran about a half to full size off. My running shoes are all 7.5 and I ended up with these pumps in a size 6.5.

I've been searching for a comfortable pump. I'm a Realtor so I'm on my feel showing houses all day. These shows are wonderful! True to size in my opinion. I wore them several hours the first day and my feet felt just fine. Love them. I'm going to order in other colors immediately!
