Very comfortable shoe, can wear it for long periods of time with no discomfort. Heel can come out of the back very easily so it required a heel pad. Otherwise, overall a very nice shoe.

I often need a wide width, so I ordered a 7W based on other reviews, even though my regular size is 7.5. They are gigantic and fall right off my feet. Otherwise they seem like they'd be quite comfy - very cushioned. Hopefully the next size down will work.

Love it -- sexy and comfortable. I am a 10 Narrow typically slightly side on the instep and heel but was able to put non-slip sticky inserts in the heels to make them work.

Disclaimer: I have widish feet in front, with a bony protrusion in the back that makes it difficult to find shoes that do not slip off the back. Made a large purchase of several pumps to find something that would fit. I liked the way these shoes looked, but they slipped off my heels and the right foot pinched the big toe in 8.5 M.

I loved this shoe , but the back of the shoe keeps sliding off my feet. I have tried to put pads in the back , still not fitting correctly. I wore them twice and will go into the shoe pile give a away. I wear a 10w - the 9.5 too tight in the toe. If they come back in beige I will try a 10 med and hope for the best.

The fit seemed off on these. The toe-box was too narrow, and there was a gap at the heel. Too bad, a beautiful pair of shoes!

ordered my usual size and walked right out of them. i am a little hesitant to try the next size smaller, though. may opt for something with a slightly thicker heel instead.

Having difficulty finding shoes to fit nowadays. Whether heels or flats, the heel area tends to be too large.

The toe box is very narrow. Pretty shoes, if your feet are more pointy than mine. I would like to be able to wear a pair of pumps like these, as they seem sturdy with some arch support.

No kidding! Runs large. I usually wear an 8. Ordered a 7.5. Still slipping out the heel. Super cute and guess pretty comfortable if the fit.

I had originally ordered this shoe in a medium width, but my toes felt cramped. Reordered the shoes in a wide width, now I'm slipping out of the shoe. Pretty shoe, just not styled for my foot.

I ordered this shoe in my usual size, and while it is slightly bigger than I expected, I can wear them comfortably with the insoles I have . I have an injured knee and don't usually wear heels, but this shoe is extremely comfortable and has some decent support. Love the color and style. Happy that I am able to wear them for a few upcoming events without too much pain.

I've been searching for a navy pump and this one is lovely, but my toes were smashed so back it goes. Thank you Zappos for your incredibly easy return policy!

They were too big and slip when walking

I ordered both a 6M and a 6W in this shoe. Since both were too long in length, I can't really say much about the comfort or arch support, but it is a very nice looking shoe. Wish it fit me better.

These were perfect in comfort but too long for the size of 9.5 that I normally wear. I am returning them and will order a half size down. These shoes felt awesome for heels! I have been plagued with Fred Flinstone feet (as I call them). I have really wide, thick feet with high arches. I have a really hard time finding dress shoes that I can even comfortable walk in. And, it is hard to find any that look feminine or even cute, which is extremely frustrating.

I wanted to keep these so badly; however I just couldn’t get any of the sizes to fit me. I am typically a size 10 but those were way too big so I ordered a 9 and a 9 1/2 to see which would fit best. They were both too small to be comfortable in the toes. There wasn’t much difference between the 9 to the 9 1/2 . These are a beautiful classic shoe, I hope you can get one to fit you!

Beautiful shoes. I ordered my regular size and walked out of shoes. Too big. Also a 2 1/2 in heel is probably a little too high for me so they had to go back.

This is a nice looking shoe and the heel height is great since I stopped wearing 3 inch plus heels. However, I followed the reviews and bought a half size down but the fit wasn't good. While my toes were butting up agsint the front of the shoe my heels were slipping out of the back. Heel tabs didn't work. Sorry that I have to return these.

I think I love these shoes. I have had them about a week and am walking around the house channeling a 50s housewife and doing housework in them! The footbed is so well cushioned and supportive, thanks to the Addias components. The shoe is heavy and stiff, but it feels good! I have broken my leg and now have a rod and multiple screws in it, and ever since, I have had trouble finding a comfortable heel. This may be the one.

I ordered a size 9 black smooth and I received a size 10 black patent. Unfortunately it was too big.

The balance for these shoes is off. As someone who can run in heels (to catch the train), I was surprised at how unsteady they felt.
