I ordered these after getting another pair of Seven to 7 pumps in a different color (the Rich Taupe Patent). My first pair fit perfectly, but the second pair in the SAME size and width (in Taupe Patent) were HUGE--I literally stepped out of the shoes when I tried to walk. No explanation for the difference in sizing, but unfortunately, these will have to go back.

I am desperate to find nice looking work shoes that I can stand in all day and having the option of a wide width is great. I was so hoping that these would work out but the 7W fit great in the toe box but my heels slipped out. I ordered the 6.5W and now the toe box is too short. Ugh - so frustrating! I am so grateful for the amazing Zappos return policy. Back to the drawing board....

They pressed in slightly just below the ankle...just didn't fit my foot.

These look nice and are a fairly low heel. However, they run very large both length and width so I had to return them.

I love the style, comfort, and color (nude patent0 of the shoes. Sizing just isn't right for me. I am apparently in between sizes because I slip out of the 8W at the heel, and yet the 7.5W are a bit too small/tight....

I wanted these shoes to work so bad since I would be organizing a conference literally from 7 to 7 for two days in a row. Unfortunately, the shoes are too long. I am a size 5 and there was no size smaller for me to go. And I love the hidden platform and it felt so comfy. If only they would stay on when I walked!

These are lovely shoes! They were packaged well with toe protected with tissue. I order 2 sizes, 10 1/2 and 11, thanks to Zappos' wonderful return policy. I am typically a size 11, (wow!) and fortunately for Zappos, they carry my size! The 10 1/2 is still a little too large , slips off the back, so I will try to put in a little pad for the heel and hopefully that will work cuz I would like to keep them!

Really comfortable but too big

Good basic everyday wear to work shoe. I own these in both black and in taupe and they're my perfect go to for the office. I can wear them all day at work and still be comfortable. They are classic, timeless and just the right polish needed for a career outfit. They don't go out of style every other season. They're not going to win any award for fashion forward foot ware, but they are just what I need for the office or a dinner out after. Rockport Rocks!

Ordered down a size based on reviews; returning. Too small. Normally a 7.5; the 7 in these was a bit toe-crushing.

I ordered this shoe in a 5 wide. My foot slid down into the toe leaving an extra 1/2 inch behind my heel. Nice looking shoe but had to return it.

Pretty and cushiony but ran too big. I'm a 7 and it slipped off my foot. I do have narrow feet, however, I can usually wear a medium with.

Thanks to Zappos beyond awesome service, I think I have tried on every size I can in this shoe, except the 9M, which I just ordered from them. The toe is forgiving, the heel just the right height, and although the leather could be softer, I think the 9M will work out. These do seem to run long and wide.

BEAUTIFUL pump! Perfect except it didn't fit. I have a wide forefoot and narrow heel. Ordered both 9.5 D, and 9D. the 9 almost worked, but was still too big, and my foot slid down in shoe and cramped my toes. So sad they didn't work.

I needed a comfortable but dressy plain black pump for concerts (musician and conductor) and these work really well. I’m on my feet at concerts for two hours straight and these were as comfortable as I ever expect heels to be. They run just a little big so I bought gel inserts for the heels which worked fine. They also seem to be pretty durable because I caught one of the heels in a hole in the floor and despite ripping the shoe off my foot it didn’t damage the heel at all. Hopefully they will be a little more comfortable as they break in.

I usually like Rockports for their support and their wider widths. As as much as I wanted to love this shoe I didn't think the wider width was really wider. It may have been because of the hidden platform in the ball of the foot area, it made the sides a little stiffer. and it was too big. Which was really surprising for an 8.5. I have been eyeing this style for a long time and finally decided to try it, sorry to have to send it back. Color and material were true to photo.

Finally! Found a pair of pumps that I can wear for work or on a dressy occasion without killing my feet. I have very wide feet, and I refuse to cram them into shoes that squish my toes too much. I tried 3 sizes of the Bella Vita Wow, which was a really pretty shoe, but just not comfortable enough. They hurt, actually. These are built up in the front, so the heel is actually lower than it looks. The soles are cushiony (for heels), and stable. The cracks of my toes show, which is why I gave them 4 stars. I don't love that. I wish they were a little pointier in the toe, thus the 4 stars for style. But, I can't be too picky about my shoes, so if you're tough to fit like me, and looking for a nice heel, these are worth a try.

Really pretty, high quality pumps. They were too narrow for me and I also wasn't crazy about the amount of toe cleavage.

I ordered 1/2 size smaller and they were still too long. My heel was easily slipping out of them. not super comfortable to stand in either!

Almost perfect, however the heel is slipping so that means they have to go back. It seems the older 75MM plain pump was the most consistent fit.

I searched and searched for a new pair of nude pumps (Zappos can attest to this, since I ordered and returned many pairs in the process). After finding none in my desired price range (under $100), I decided to give these a shot. I cringed when I put them on - not from pain, but from realizing they were PERFECT, even though I'd have to pay way more than I like to pay for shoes. But they have definitely been worth it. They are super comfy - although slightly large (I am a true size 10 but through trial and error I ended up going with a 9.5 in these). I took off one star because the taupe color leans a little more toward the brown department than I would've preferred, but with my caramel colored skin it actually works out, approaching more of a nude on me than most of the other shoes I tried on during my search, which were more of a dark beige or a pale washed out color). Another thing I love about these shoes...they're fairly quiet! You don't have the regular annoying click-click-click when you walk on bare floors. All in all, I'd recommend them. I purchased this shoe in multiple sizes since all the reviews indicated to size down. I ordered a 9.5 W and a 9.5 B. The 9.5 W were too tight. The shoes are comfortable but I have to return all three pairs as my heel slips when I walk in them . The patent taupe is a beautiful color. I wish these shoes had worked for me. If you have a bunion, this round toe shoe is great.

Loved these shoes they are just toooooo big - I even sized down and they are still to big - and sold out of the next size down ....otherwise I would own them in every color!

I have a square toe and found this shoe a bit tight. Seems very true to size in length, so I am perplexed by other reviewer's comments about these running large. Order your regular size. I re-ordered a half size up and hope it fits because the shoe is quite lovely.

I have wide width feet, so it's always an adventure to find pumps that fit properly! The heel is a good height and I like the patent shine. These are comfortable and are going to be perfect with my navy dress for upcoming Easter festivities!
