I love them, but with one foot slightly bigger than the other, one shoe falls off when I walk. Since I don't like stuffing things in my shoes to make them fit, I'm sending them back. I would love a version of the Seven to 7 pump with a thin ankle strap!

Love the shoe, not I just need the wide. heel higher than I thought.

As other reviewers have noted these shoes run big. I ended up going a half size down and they fit perfectly. Good looking and really soft and comfortable under the foot.

The shoes are comfortable. The heel height is a little higher than I like. The taupe color looks nice, but isn't what I'm looking for. I think if the color was right, I would have kept them.

These are a nice quality leather heel that doesn’t feel excessively high. The taupe color appears pink in the photos but is a true nude/taupe and gives that lengthened leg look with my very fair skin. The sizing is very difficult however. I’m a solid/true 10M and rarely vary from this in any shoe. I ended up with a 9W in these. The 9.5 is still too long but I ended up going wide so that the shorter length wasn’t tight in the toe area. I also have the black patent and that seems to fit a little different so there is some trial and error involved with these shoes.

These are very comfortable and cute. I am on my feet all day, and try to mix style but with a little bit more weight towards comfort. I like these but am exchanging for 1/2 size smaller. I'm always a 6.5 and these have huge gap in back, way too big.

These are very pretty pumps. Unfortunately, my foot slipped right out of the heel when I tried them on and so they would be hazardous for me to wear. The toe area did not feel too wide for me, but the heel section did. I have a wide foot, but had ordered and received medium width shoes. I am sorry to have to return them.

The style was great and the shoe was comfortable, but it was a little too big. I sent it back and ordered a size 10 which is quite snug on one foot, but I think Ill keep them for now. I must wear a size between a 10 and a 10.5 in this shoe

I ended up having to try three different sizes to get the correct fit. I normally wear an 8.5 wide and finally the 7.5 wide was a perfect fit. They feel great and look very stylish. I wore them to a family member's wedding. I got some many compliments on them.

Great shoes but I'm a size 9 and am completely coming out of these shoes when walking. Runs about 1/2 size larger than normal.

I usually wear 8 wide or 8.5 wide so I went down to 7.5 wide based on reviews but I should have stuck with my usual size. These were not wide enough in toe box and just barely long enough. They really pinched my toes. They are pretty shoes, and seem sensible if you can find the right size for you. Returning!

The shoes were beautiful..padded interior, rubber sole and even rubber on the heal for a good grip and comfort. They feel super comfortable and it feels like your are walking with just a very short heal, but they are a typical nice 2 1/4 inch heal. Unfortunately, for my small 4 .5 - 5 foot shoe size the size 5 wide was too long. I would have loved to have kept them.

Had high hopes for this shoe, as Rockport usually fits the bill when other shoes don't--but this was not as supportive as I'd hoped. Vamp is cut so that the edge cuts painfully against my bunion (this is a perennial problem for me and the reason I don't own more dress shoes). Fortunately, I found the Rockport Total Motion Kayia sling, which will work for the upcoming occasion. Still looking for a basic pump, though. I'd recommend ordering up 1/2 size and/or trying a wider width. If you can find a size/width combo that works for you, these are a good value.

I ordered 3 different size/width combinations of this shoe. It is a nice color, both the lighter taupe and darker. The sizing is way off! I wear an 8, 8W and they were large. They just didn't work for my feet...the heel slipped on the pair that was the best fit. The padding on the sole is nice, with good cushioning. Pumps have to fit perfectly or not worth it. They would be nice for work or social outings. Dressy with a classic look.

Definitely runs a half-size larger. Had to return my normal size 9M (heels) for the 8.5M. Cute, and comfy otherwise. Nice “nude” color for fair skin tones. Heel height is great for business attire.

The shoe is VERY comfortable. I used Zappo's size comparison and they recommended a 9. Reviews recommended ordering 1/2 to 1 size smaller. I ordered an 8 1/2, returned, an 8, returned, and now the 7 1/2 which fits except that the heal is too wide--probably my issue -- I have a wide foot, narrow heel. Have ordered heel pads which I hope fixes my problem. I had tried the Rockport with a higher heel, which was NOT comfortable for me. This one looks very feminine and the style creates the illusion of the heel being higher than it actually is.

For a pump from Rockport (which does not call pumps to mind), this is not half bad! the toe box could be a little longer, but it's not too short. There is plenty of padding in the footbed, and even some arch support, which is a rarity in pumps. only negative is a tiny gap behind the heel, which makes me think I may need a cushion below the ball of my foot to push my foot all the way back.

I ordered 4 pairs of black pumps from Zappos to find the perfect pair of heels. Though these were comfortable enough, the way they covered my toes was the deciding factor of why I am sending them back. Nice shoe for the price point.

Ordered this classic shoe in taupe for my 16 y.o. daughter to wear as a bridesmaid. Loved the lower heel as she's not used to wearing them. This shoe runs big and is on the narrow side at the toe box. We kept having to order other sizes, but thankfully Zappos is The Best at delivering shoes fast fast fast and taking free returns. So I didn't mind. My daughter normally wears a 6 1/2 M and we finally had to order the 5 1/2 wide to get it to fit right. And it still slips a smidge in the back because of the Wide fit (nothing a heel pad won't fix). I usually wear a 6 1/2M and the 6 Wide fits me ok, but the arch kind of hits me in the wrong place. I don't know if I will keep them for myself, but it's classy and looks great.

Based on reviews, I ordered a half size smaller, buying a 7 instead of 7.5. Those were a bit too snug to be comfortable. I ordered my usual 7.5 and the toe box was comfy, but my heel kept popping out of the shoe. Maybe if I bought heel inserts they would be fine, but I had also ordered Rockport pumps and went with those instead for my narrow heel. I was sad to send these back, they are really pretty shoes.

The shoe is so cute! The size runs very big, going to have to buy something to put in the heels so my shoes don’t come off...
