I purchased this boot last year and found the boot uncomfortable to wear - they have a very hard sole and stiff upper boot - I was unable to add a photo - shows as an error

These boots run small and narrow. My usual size 9.5M was far to small. Returned for exchange to 10W. Awaiting results from Rockport.

Ordered 10.5 W. If I didn't know any better I'd say I was sent a size 11 narrow with a 10.5 W tag sown in. The insole felt like concrete. But they at least looked nice.

Boot has nice styling but ran extremely narrow. The man-made materials are of low quality, cracking and peeling after just one use. Would not recommend.

Returned them already. Still waiting for refund. They are uncomfortable, poor construction, and just doesn't feel like what I'm used to from Rockport.... sorry

I returned these shoes after one wearing. The materials were way to stiff to be comfortable for any extended walking.

Beware, these are made to look like they have a welted sole, but they do not. I thought I was buying a durable and repairable pair of boots because I couldn't tell by the pictures that the stitching around the sole is fake and purely decorative. If the sole splits from the shoe or otherwise wears out (which it eventually will), that's end-of-life for your boots. These cannot be repaired.

Beware, they designed the boot to look like it has a welted sole - it does not. It's just glued-on rubber. I bought these because I thought I was paying for a durable, repairable boot only to find out the stitching around the sole is only decorative. Both shoes coming apart at the seams! They are not rugged the least. They look nice but that's where it ends.

This was my 2nd pair of these shoes. My 1st pair lasted at least 4 years(only worn on weekends in cooler weather). This pair unfortunately didn't even last 6 months worn the same amount of time. The back of the shoe separated from the heel. The customer service was absolutely wonderful and the shoes were replaced because they are warranted up to 1 year from purchase.

One shoe feels fine. The other looks different inside and it hurts my heel. The difference is the good shoe has a orange lining coming up the side of shoe about a inch above the bottom of the main sole. I don't know if the orange part is another liner for comfort. I will have to return them. I like the shoe but I can't wear them. Can you help me with this problem?

30 year Rockport customer here. I received these boots on time and the packaging looked fine. However, the boots are scuffed to the point where it looks like they've been worn for a few days. Also, the right boot squeaks when pressure is applied. 'Squeaks' like air is entering and exiting the sole through a pinhole, which I can't find. It's a shame because the boots fit great and are incredibly comfortable. Returning for a new pair.

Eyelet broke after two days of use, my last pair of Rockports lasted years and took a beating. I was very disappointed that my new pair didn't even last a week, quality seems to have gone down.

Correct size, but instep too tight. Couldn't get boot on.

I ordered the shoes, twice before as size 14 and they fit, however this pair does not. For a size 14 m the are tight and I have to wonder if they are 13 instead.
