These shoes fit right from the start. No need the wear them in. Very comfortable, true to size and love that they are water resistant for the pool side.

I initially ordered the European size 39 but returned them for size 40. I typically wear a size 9 sandal but others who have these said they run a bit large. I love that Zappos has free shipping AND free return shipping making the process so much easier. I ordered these to wear to the beach and pool and they are truly waterproof. They'll be perfect for traveling to beach destinations because the weigh practically nothing! I have narrow feet so was so happy to see Zappos had these in a narrow width. I ordered the gray sandals and they are a pretty light shade (lighter than the website picture). Overall I'm very pleased with this purchase.

Too narrow

The fit is large so I ordered a size smaller and they fit just right. I have a narrow foot and the narrow width is perfect!! I'm very happy with this shoe...perfect for my yard and porch and around the house in the summer, and love that they can get wet and I can hose them off when they get dirty. Way more comfortable and more support than flip flops!

Perfect for beach and pool and very comfy!

Been wearing Birkenstocks since 1976. I live that they have a narrow width option and large sizes for women. This model is great in the summer, especially in the yard I'll probably wear Birks to my funeral!

Most loved pair of shoes I own now!

I was skeptical at first before I purchased these but I am so glad I did. I thought they were just for around the house or pool but they are for everywhere in summer. I wear them for running errands, even going to dinner with a pretty dress. They are very comfortable also. This will be my second season for outdoor wear and no signs of breaking down yet. (and they are all I wear inside all year round)

I have been wearing this style for years and just need to replace once in awhile. Getting them in narrow is wonderful!

I have a narrow foot size and it is very hard to find narrow shoe sizes that I like and fit well. The Birkenstock Arizona Eva Essentials narrow width fit perfectly and the adjustable straps enable me to get just the right snug fit. They are great for gardening and pool activities.

So comfortable. Bought for vacation, but I wear them for yard work and errands too. I love the color too!
