I like this version of the Berk much more than the traditional, as they are light and soft. I own these in blue and red, and I love them; so I decided to buy them in white. BIG MISTAKE — the white is too bright which makes the show look cheap & clunky. I will be exchanging these for a more fun color.

I ordered these in my normal birk size but they seemed big and I couldn’t keep them on the way I wanted to. My foot slipped around a bit. Probably because of the material on these being plastic rather than suede on the footbed. Cute though.

Shipping was fast (love Zappos), color was cute, style was what expected, but the shoe is at least a full size bigger! Even with tightening straps fully the shoe itself was so long and wide. I wear a 6 in running shoe (always size up some in them) and usually a 5-5.5 in regular shoes. The 5-5.5 in this shoe was more like a 7! These are not offered in smaller sizes and not offered in kids style. The shoe had minor support and I would have kept it to replace cheaper flip-flops but too large.

This is a really cute slip on and the color is perfect for summer. The arch support is good but there is no cushioning in the heel, which made it very uncomfortable, especially since I have plantar fasciitis. Unfortunately, I had to return them.

They really need to make these in the regular/wide size! Not sure why it only comes in narrow. I love my other Birks, but these just were just too tight in the toes

the sound when i walk is bothersome!

the plastic on the shoe is not cut properly and is flaking off the edges. bad finishing. will be returning

SO wish these came in the normal/wide width that other Birks do! I would love this shoe but it's too narrow for my feet.

I had to order a smaller size because 41 was the biggest available, I usually wear a 42. They fit ok. I got them for the pool so they will work for that. They are really comfortable as far as in step and cushioning.

i am mystified- I've had a pair of these for about a year, size 39 narrow. i love them, wear them every day. i call them my "birken-crocs" & the only critique i have is that they occasionally make a bit of a ~farting~ sound in the arch area. *ahem* anyway, i ordered a "backup" pair, same size/width and they are TINY! i would expect more consistency from a legacy company like birkenstock. i'm leaving a positive rating because i really do love these shoes, its just annoying that the sizing is so inconsistent.

I loved the color and the style but I can’t say the same thing for the comfort. After walking only 15-20 mins , it started to make my feet hurt and left some scars on my toes.

These said narrow but they are still a little too wide for my foot.

My feet are very narrow and these were way to wide.

Followed the reviews and ordered the narrow instead of my usual medium. Narrow was perfect. Unfortunately the static electricity that the sandals generate doesn't work in a house with pets. It was either make sure the animals don't shed or return the sandals. I opted for returning the shoes.

These are super comfortable. I was very disappointed that the sole ripped at the "strap" join about a week after purchase. The rip has continued to get worse, but they are still wearable. The pink is really bright and pretty (brighter than the image looked on my screen). Overall love them, but they will likely only last for one summer before needing to be replaced.

Not wide enough for wide feet.....even using the last buckle I could not get my foot all the way in. I wonder if all Birkenstocks are the same, or are the expensive one's able to accommodate a wide foot.

I purchased a white pair of these Birkenstock EVA Arizona Essentials, and they were basically Birkenstock shaped styrofoam. They were cute for styrofoam sandals, but everything clung to them. I tried them on and walked around on an area rug and they were covered in rug fibers immediately. I can only imagine how they would look after use outdoors so they went back.

I should know better than to order a 36 advertised as a 5 - 5.5. A 36 is closer to a size 6, which is what size these actually are. If you wear a size 5 shoe, these won't fit you.

These were uncomfortable. I wear a 38 in my Birkenstock slippers, but these were too short and very tight. The sole did not seem to give at all. I like my Oofos much better!

This is my third purchase of these shoes, but first time in black. They feel much harder, like the material is already compressed from wear and not as comfortable as my other pairs.

Tripping and ripping! These fit a little long past the toes, so it's easy for the foam to bend/fold under the sandal while it's still on my foot! This rips the material down through to the sole. Such a bummer - it's been dangerous for me since it trips me and then they rip more! I've only been wearing these for 2 MONTHS! Waste of money. This is the type of wear I would expect from a $12 pair of sandals.

I had purchased the same size in the olive color. This color (metallic grey) feels hard and stiff - unlike the olive version. Too uncomfortable to wear and returning until the colors are restocked this summer.

Flexible and softer sole with not as much arch support as regular Birkenstocks, might not work for you if you have plantar fasciitis. Even though the top is adjustable, the side still rubbed on my small bunion. Going up a size did not help that issue for me. Usually I wear Birkenstock Grenada sandals. Cute shoe if you don’t have the above-mentioned foot issues.
