I love these shoes. My go to everyday shoe. Solid and well made. I wear them with custom orthotics because I am on my feet all day.

I had a pair of these I had purchased at a store, and wore them out. I was so happy to find exactly the same shoes at Zappos. They are waterproof and fit perfectly, just like my old ones, and as always, Zappos makes it almost effortless to get what you want speedily. Thanks, Zappos!

These shoes are great! They are 100% waterproof and super comfortable. I wear them hiking and working outside (yard, garden, etc.). They keep my feet dry in the morning dew.

The shoe will be perfect for my British Isles cruise but I did need a 1/2 size larger than normal.

I ordered a lot of shoes before i chose this one. I use this for taking the dog on long walks. The support is amazing, and extremely comfortable. I tried salmon, keens but I have a bunion and those other shoes seem to bother me.

This is my second pair of this Ahnu shoe, I love it. It actually is my go to shoe for most everything I do. I have bony feet which can get sore but these Ahnu's have the perfect cushion and protection. I take long walks and have not problem.

Finally... a perfect pair of walking shoes for my problem feet. I have tried insoles and even custom orthotics, but nothing helped with the constant pain I had when walking. When I received these shoes, I put them on right out of the box, and I have worn them every day since without any extra insoles. The amount of cushion on the heel is great. I ordered the gray color, but it is more like a dark denim blue, which I prefer. I will probably order an extra pair or two in different colors.

Great shoe, great color! The style just comes up too high on my ankle for them to be comfortable....

These are very comfortable. The only thing is had to get 1/2 size up because my true size was a bit too short. Now they fit good but have to make sure the laces are really tight or they lift up a little in the back. Color is more indigo then navy.

These shoes are excellent. Took an 8+ mile walk/hike on the first day, and experienced zero problems. They are also much cuter than most hiking sneaks. I've tried many other hiking/walking shoes, and this will be my new go-to brand.

Love these! I purchased them to eventually wear on vacation in Paris. Just got back. These were up to the job of 720 steps up the Eiffel Tower and more steps in the Arc d-Triomphe as well as thousands of steps each day seeing the sights. I have a wide foot, flat feet and wear orthotics. These shoes were plenty deep enough to accommodate my orthotics.

They are really cute! I am confident these shoes will live up to their great reviews - which is why I bought them. I have only worn them once, and am glad I ordered a half size up to accommodate heavier hiking socks. It would have been a 'true fit' to my size 6, but I usually do a half size up in any kind of athletic shoes to avoid potential tightness in the toe area. These will require a few more wears to break in, for me at least, and I'll be sure to pack blister blockers when I take these on my Europe trip, just in case. But after one wear, could tell they are sturdy, waterproof and comfortable shoes.

Love these shoes. I usually wear a 6 and have a slightly wide foot. I tried these and several other shoes and kept these in a 6 1/2 since I wear slightly thicker hiking socks with these. The toe box is wide enough and the heels do not slip. They were comfortable right away. I really wanted a comfortable waterproof shoe for lots of walking for travel and this one is great. I also kept the Merrell Siren Edge for a lighter not as waterproof shoe for warmer weather. These two shoes will meet all my travel needs year round.

Great shoe! I never want to take them off as they make my Metatarsalgia just disappear! These run true to size, so a size 9 was perfect.

Love these shoes. Very comfy and didn't need to be broken it. More stylish then others. I had to order a half size bigger, and they fit my wide feet. They do look wide however, no matter how tight I tie them.

Long lasting. I've had these shoes since Aug and they haven't split or worn down. I even tossed them in the washer machine and came out perfect. They are comfortable. I will be buying these next time I need another pair. Highly recommend. I have a super high arch so I still need a little more support not the shoes fault.

Sturdy, light and comfortable. I've only worn these a couple times so far, but have found them lightweight but pleasingly supportive. Limited exposure to water and none came in AT ALL. I have somewhat wide feel and find the toe box roomy enough. Recommend!

This is, in my north country, opinion an excellent winter walking shoe. It is good grip (on ice) and is waterproof. This is my 2nd pair of Ahnu Sugarpines and I recommend it highly.

If you have wide feet, this will be tight fitting and uncomfy!!!!

I needed waterproof hikers, and these are the best I've tried on. Very comfortable. Not too stiff. They fit my feet perfectly. I have narrow feet and I'm not sure how these would fit someone with wider feet. Even cinched up there's a gap across the tongue where it laces, looking as though they are too narrow for my foot, which they aren't. I would try them for sure!

love these shoes. i originally got an 8 (normal size) but they were a little bug, a 7.5 fit perfect. bought them for my trip to Ireland for a lot of hiking. they kept by feet warm and dry!

Purchased these shoes solely because the minute I put them on they felt like slippers! It gets better, took them to Minnesota & Michigan in the fall where it gets very wet in the mornings. They kept my feet so dry and warm I almost couldn't believe it. They are easy to wipe clean and feel like slippers all day long.

I ordered these based on the huge amount of consistently positive reviews. So, far, these don't disappoint. While I have yet to experience an entire day wearing them, these Sugerpines feel great during my thrice-a-day dog walks! I have the black aubergine color (putting the word "black" in the color name is misleading...these are beautiful plum-colored shoes) and I've gotten multiple compliments on them. They don't look like hiking shoes, but their stability makes me think they'd hold up well on the trails. I was looking for something nicer than a running shoe, yet still casual enough to wear about town with workout clothes while running errands. Comfort was my main issue, as I've recently had pain with osteoarthritis in my big toe, a bunion and some upper-foot pain as well. There is enough room in these to slip in my arch supports, though not everyone with fallen arches will feel the need for the additional support. The shoes come with two sets of laces - the whitish ones as shown in the photo, as well as a pair of plum-colored ones to match the shoe. I prefer the latter, as it allows the shoe less of an athletic-shoe appearance. I'm looking forward to enjoying these for a long time!
