I wanted to love this boot. I have high arches, but even with the zipper entry it was hard to get my foot in the boot.

We love Merrell boots and shoes but this style was an disappointment in comfort and quality. I bought them for my daughter last year, they were stuff and uncomfortable especially at the ankle area. The ankle area looked bulky. And when she wore them at rainy cold day, some water kept getting in there somehow! Not worth it!

I liked these at first, but after a handful of wears across the end of last winter to this, the toe seam seems drafty/leaking. Very unhappy Zappos won't take them back. They are comfortable, but a bit loose and not supportive.

We are Merrell fans. Bought this pair for my mature 8 year old daughter and it was a bit of disappointment this time! They don't seem to be waterproof at all. Whenever she wears them in rain or snow, she feels wet at the insole of the boots...maybe just my pair! Love Zappos though! Will always shop at Zappos!

I have been wearing these boots outdoors for about one month now. While the boots are attractive and comfortable (not much arch support, though), I am really disappointed with the grip on the bottom of the boots. I live in Minnesota and spend a lot of time outdoors with snow, ice, slush, hills, trails, and frozen lakes. The grips are insufficient for what I need in the winter weather of Minnesota. I am slipping and sliding in these boots while I walk my dog outside. I will be going back to the L.L. Bean boots that I have had for seven years now.

I was very disappointed when i received these boots. The left boot was tight (hard for me to get on my foot), but the length was perfect. The right boot was loose, but my toe touched the inside of the boot (Weird). I sent them back and purchased two pair for the price of one. The two pair I purchased were ARIAT and Columbia brands. I love them both! I Love Zappos, their free shipping and return policies are wonderful!
