This shoe is all about comfort. It is the staple of my work and play shoe collection. I have had surgery on my ankles and my feet are always a problem with most shoes. With these, I wear them almost every day. I was worried that they may not be a stylist but I get compliments on them. I have a size 13 foot and I have to wear orthadics. These shoes are the best!

This shoe has served me well for over 3 years, wearing it daily. I have deformed feet and need good support and a good cushioned sole. It delivers and has looked good with slacks and long skirts. It's not high heels glamorous but for the support I have needed, it has been a good option and more attractive than some of the other supportive shoes.

My 92 yr old Mother and I both own this pair of shoes. She uses a walker and needed something sturdy with a good sole/heel. I was going on a vacation in Norway on and off a boat and needed something stable and that I could walk miles in. With only a week's wear prior to my trip, this fit the bill. Very comfortable and solid shoe. It isn't as stylish as I normally prefer, but needed a shoe for something specific and this definitely fit the bill.

These are the only shoes I ever had that were instantly comfortable. They’re great! And - hooray for Aravon for making so many different sizes. My 10 N feet are vey grateful. Thank you!

I am looking for an alternative to athletic shoes for a trip to Europe this fall. These shoes could be a winner. My feet are complicated, and the lacing allows me to adjust the fit. As other reviewers have said, these work great for a wider foot with a narrower heel. Yay! The style will easily work with most pants and jeans. The fit is a tiny bit snug for my toes so I'm going up a half size to try for a more roomy feel.

I love these shoes and there are very few styles I can wear in comfort. I have totally flat feet with an ankle deformity and bad knees. I must wear shoes so I settle and suffer, but with these, that's not necessary-they are super comfortable AND I get compliments on how stylish they look.

This is a comfortable shoe with buttery soft leather. Once I got them on, they were so comfortable. But because my feet are swollen, it is extremely difficult to get shoes on. I had a hard time getting these on, so I must return them. The shoes are not the problem, it's my feet!

I loved the shoe. It was very soft leather, however it was a little wide for me at the arch. Otherwise I would have kept them.

These shoes are soft, supportive, and flexible. The arch is supportive and the shoe is tall across the top of the foot over the arch. The sole is flat and stable for standing and walking. The diagonal stitching across the toes add a feminine touch. I am returning these shoes because they bend in the wrong place across my toes.

I wanted a pair of walking shoes & don't like sneaker. I usually wear a 9-10 W, depending on the style & manufacturer. I tried the 9.5W, but they were tight in the toe box. I exchanged them for a 10 W, & the fit is much better. They're a little loose in the heel so I used heel padding strips, & the fit is perfect. Very comfortable & more stylish than sneakers!

Love this shoe, soft leather. Too wide and too long for my foot, would return for a different size

My first pair of Aarvon shoes. They fit well. I added some arch because there wasn't much. My feet are particular and these fit well. Pictures are true to how the shoe looks. I would recommend these shoes.

I liked this shoe but it was just a bit too short. I am an 11 or about 42.5 in Euro size.

BEAUTIFUL SHOE COMFORTABLE,BUT I HAVE VERY BAD FEET PROBLEMS WERE I CAN WEAR THIS SHOE. IT'S SAD FOR ME BECAUSE I LIKE THIS SHOE.

I am so sad that I have to return these, because they feel so good...everywhere except my little toes. They were obviously designed to be super comfortable, and they are, but I blame my wonky toes for not being able to fit comfortably into anything. For those with normal-shaped toes and wide feet, they would be a fantastic choice.

I wished I could have purchased a slip on but I had no luck with my choices. I decided to try the tie and they were wonderful right from the start. They are dressy enough to wear with slacks. Comfort reigns with me but they are a pretty shoe too. I like them a lot.

Good shoe. The only dress shoe I can find that has a removable insole so I can insert my orthodics. Comfortable.

Just bought my second pair of these shoes. They are really comfortable; I can walk in them all day. They're also good for my double wide foot, high arch, bunions and knee pain. They are not bulky and don't make me feel like I'm wearing old lady shoes. The laces did wear out after a while, but I never had a problem keeping the shoes tied - although I just changed the laces on my first pair so I might start to experience that, but never did with the original laces.

Very comfortable shoe, especially good for someone who needs a straight footbed. My very tolerant normal shoe clerk was able to fill it with a pad so that it fit my long but very thin foot!

Just love these shoes. They work with casual skirts as well as jeans or pants. Very comfy, even after hours on my feet! A little pricey.

Good-looking, tailored shoe with roomy toe box and good leather. Light, not too clunky, uniform-y, or masculine. I have wide feet, high arches, bunions, and hammertoes. Have looked a long time for replacement for BORN oxfords, which lasted almost 10 years through pavement pounding in San Francisco, Israel, and Peru. These Aravons look like they'll fit the bill. This pair is my usual size, 8-W/D, but they run slightly longer. I decided to keep them because 7.5 might be too short. So far they've proven comfortable walking around town. I may wear a thicker sock or just add a thin pad.

Like others here, I purchased these for my elderly Mom. They are really well made, and pretty smart looking too. They just don't fit her gout swollen, arthritic feet. It's a shame, because she liked them.

I really wish I could keep this shoe, but my toe is touching the end. I tried size 13, and they don't go any bigger. They would be perfect for my work, but I can't keep them.

Awesome! After searching for about 6 months I finally found a shoe that is comfy. I am on my feet from 9 to 17 hours a day working at a hotel plus I have bunions. These shoes are soft enough the bunions fit right in & my feet feel much better at the end of the day. I have read reviews about the shoe laces not staying tied: mine have stayed tied so far but I have a spare pair of flat laces on hand just in case. I bought the wide. The size I ordered was true to my foot measurement. Only wish there was more arch support.
