I actually bought 2 pairs of this boot style last year, in both black and saddle tan. I have metatarsal arthritis, so any shoe that ties or has straps over my instep gives me a great deal of discomfort. I have also have a narrow foot, plus I require strong arch support. It's not easy for me to find shoes that are comfortable and attractive, so when I do, I tend to buy multiple colors in a particular style. This brown Pandora is a case in point. This is a very attractive boot made of soft pliable leather. It is dressy casual and has a trim appearance. The support is only moderate, so I use a lightweight orthotic on top of the insole. I love the fact that I can wear these all day without impingement on the top of my feet. And they are stylish! I did have one problem last year with the tan boots, in that the sole separated from the shoe. I was upset, but took them to the shoe repair shop and the gentleman there simply glued the sole back on. Very good resolution. And it certainly didn't stop me from buying another color of Pandora boots this year! I can't say enough about Zappos wonderful storehouse of shoes! I know all of us with challenging feet appreciate the cheerful service and enormous selection which Zappos offers. Thank you!

These boots look good! A bit wider than a medium, but will do well with socks! There is arch support, unlike many boots that I've tried before. The color goes with everything...since it's still hot, I haven't worn them for any length of time yet!

I purchased a 7M in black. This shoe is stylish, well made and has a comfortable cushioned foot bed. I usually select a medium width even though I fall between a narrow and a medium...narrows are just too tight for me. I had planned to wear socks with this boot but it is just too tight a fit with socks. So overall...I find this medium on the narrower size than other medium widths I have purchased. Even though it didn't work out for me I still give it 5 stars.

I love Zappos. It's a great place to shop, selling quality items. I bought the Cobb Hill bootie. I just love them. Sizing is true. The boots are very well made. The leather is like butter. I slipped them on and off I went, they are like your favorite well worn boots but new. The interior fabric very soft and makes them easy to wear. I am very happy with the boots and give them 5 stars. Planning on buying another pair.

I think I'm going to LOVE these shoes! I bought them based on other reviews, which noted how comfortable they are. Am taking them on a trip to Europe and expect no blisters! Thanks Zappos for another great product.

First impression - holy cow, they are so lightweight! Surprisingly so. Lightweight and comfortable and supportive, plus just enough touches to make it stand out. I agree with the other review that the gray is closer to brown, but still a great color/addition to any wardrobe.

I have another pair of Cobb Hill boots. They are very comfortable and almost give you a squishy kind of feel that might sound bad but it is actually very comforting to your foot. I have not worn these boots outside yet as I will be breaking them in for a trip to Scotland and Ireland this fall. I am confident that these boots will be exactly what I need. Your feet do not suffer for style in these boots!

These are comfortable and I love that they are flat and I could order a wide. I have neuromas and my feet are a problem now. The insole is removable and my orthotics fit. I'm just not crazy about the style but I'll live with it. It seems that all the "comfort" booties have that slouchy leather look. I don't find it attractive. The upper ankle area is a bit wide so my straight leg jeans get hung up on them which is annoying. Skinny jeans would be okay because they would fit inside. I still recommend this bootie although I will continue my search for a flat, wide, bootie with removable insoles without slouchy leather.

Good little bootie. Comfortable and very warm, required no break in time, and they go with a lot of outfits. Wish they had a bit more arch support, but overall they were a good purchase.

These ankle boots are just what I was looking for. They fit like they were made for me and they're so light I almost forget I have them on. I would recommend these boots for anyone who has trouble finding shoes/boots that feel good.

I absolutely love these little boots. I am very hard to fit and it's almost impossible for me to find a show that's comfy, but this one is. I plan to get another pair.

These are outstanding! I was so pleased with the look and quality that I purchased a second pair in another color(and I am so picky!) I now have a pair in black and stone. I will say that the stone is much more of a gray-brown than a true stone gray. Still great looking. I can tell by the construction of these boots that they will be very long lasting.

So comfortable right out of the box! They look great with jeans or leggings, casual but stylish. Might buy another pair in a different color. Great for travel - easy to slip in and off through airport security, and comfortable for lots and lots of walking but so much cuter than a pair of sneakers.

I absolutely love these shoes! Being part Hawaiian, I have always had difficulty getting, wide enough shoes.

These are the most comfortable boots I have ever owned! Heck, they are comfortable shoes - way too comfy to be boots, which I generally associate with pain and misery! I have a foot that is just on the edge of being wide, depending on the brand & style, so I went with the wide width in these, and they are perfect! When. I first tried them on I thought maybe they would be a little too wide, but they turned out to be perfect for travel and hard tourist walking through the Grand Canyon and the lumpy cobblestones of Oxford, England. More comfy than sneakers, or "walking shoes" I have tried. Plenty of toe space and wiggle room, excellent support and cushioning. I have serious foot, ankle, and back problems, and these boots are as good on my feet as any shoes I have ever owned! Easy on & off, thanks to the zipper, and very hip and stylish looking. Comfy enough to accommodate swelling from long air flights (a big problem for me usually), and I was able to walk all over the place in these. Sometimes I inserted a Dr. Scholls cushioning insole, which were accommodated easily, and sometimes I didn't - either way, they were comfortable. I wish I had an excuse to buy more in other colors - I hope they will still be available next fall!

I bought this boot for riding on my husband's Harley. I wanted a short, lightweight boot for warmer weather riding. I have a AA heel and had never ordered footwear online before. I read the reviews and held my breath. I was happy to find these boots fit me very well. One word of caution - they are not dressy and they don't look expensive. But I wasn't looking for those qualities so I am pleased with the boots.

I loved these booties so much that I bought them in two different colors. I also bought another style of Cobb Hill booties that I enjoyed slightly less (just thought the Pandora was a lot more stylish). I work in an elementary school and have in the past relied on gym shoes to run around the school all day. These Cobb Hill booties were every bit as comfortable and kept my feet comfortable all day. I've had several foot surgeries and never thought I'd be able to wear a cute shoe again. Zappos' customer service has kept me from buying shoes anywhere else. Any problems at all and I've returned the shoes with no problem and received replacement shoes immediately.

I have been searching for a good sturdy, yet attractive boot for a long time. I have finally found it these. They fit my hard to fit feet very well. They are comfortable all day long. I work on a large campus and need to walk outside to meetings frequently so I often keep my boots on all day. These look good enough to do that.

I love these ankle boots. I typically wear a 10 1/2, so when it's not available I buy an 11. In this case I had to return and order a 10, which fits perfectly. These boots are so comfortable that it feels like wearing slippers but with more support.

I really liked the looks of this boot. It looked to be more narrow than I was expecting, so based on other reviews that complained of tightness over bunions, I wore one with a thickish sock and one with a thin sock for about 30 minutes. I had red marks on my beginning bunions even though the boots did not feel uncomfortable. For that reason, I am returning them.

I bought this pair of booties earlier in the winter and then bought another pair in another color. These are the most comfortable pair of shoes I've every owned! They are every bit as comfortable as wearing a good pair of athletic shoes. Do be sure to spray some waterproofing on them before you use them outside to add to their durability.

Like butter! So soft and comfy I wear them as much as possible. They were recommended by a friend and I'm glad I followed up.

These are great boots. The leather is soft and supple, very little break-in time. The soles are not slick, can be worn in wet weather. Very true to size and well worth the price. My feet are wide and these fit perfectly. I definitely recommend them.

I ordered a pair of these boots in December. Enjoyed wearing them because of their comfort and warmth! However, the sole of one of the boots came loose. Called up the friendly, helpful folks at Zappos and the defective boots were exchanged for a new pair within a couple of days! No problems with the new pair so far. Love Zappos service!
