This is a lovely, elegant shoe and I hoped it would work for a cocktail party that required nice footwear. I have short, wide feet and one foot is even wider because of a bunion and resultant hammer toes. I ordered these in my usual 8W, but unfortunately, the shoe was both too long and too narrow for my inordinately wide foot--they looked great on one foot but I could not get my bad foot into the shoe. The fabric across the ball/toes meant there is no give or stretch so they were returned. I'm sorry these didn't work because they look great.

Can't wear heals anymore! (Broke ankle last summer.) l like low wedges or heels. I wore these to a wedding, and they met all my needs. Attractive and comfortable. I had them on for almost 8hrs. Lots of walking and dancing. Didn't kick them off once!

Sizing was okay. Felt like open toe may press down on top of my toe and hurt. Mostly because all these shoes are mad w/ this terrible fabric that does not give like leather, etc. Also, the fabric is hard to clean and you can see all the dirt. I love Zappos but I'm disappointed in the finish of most shoes. Especially when I'm paying this much or more.

One foot is larger than the other due to a bunion and a hammer-toe, and with reduced sensitivity in my feet, I feel more secure in shoes with some kind of strap across the top. Rose Petals Boa is an extremely comfortable shoe to wear, but it does look a little clunky. Looks best with a long dress or with pants, although I have worn them with a knee length dress. These shoes are a dream for those with problem feet or anyone who needs to be in heels for many hours. Comfy but not especially stylish.

Very comfortable and sexy shoe. The stretchy black straps have a subtle glitter on them, making them look ever more dressy. I have a narrow heel and ankle and these straps felt great -- my heel was very secure but not too tight. Highly recommend.

I wear an 8N or 8AAA/AAA. Ordered an 8.5N based on reviews and it was too big. Straps were each an inch too long. Might try an 8N, but I think it still might not be narrow enough.

High quality shoe; runs big; usually a 7W and ordered 6.5W. Have real trouble find heels for my wide feet with a bunion. Stylish but not probably appealing to the younger crowd.

These were the perfect dressy shoes for the holiday party. I cannot usually wear higher than a 1" heel due to low back issues and bad feet, but these were just fine for a few hours on my feet at the party. I bought them in the wide width based in other reviewers comments. Good move, they fit my wide toes, narrow heels just fine. The only negative was the composition sole that was a bit slippery. I will have them replaced with non-slip before I wear them again.

Ran a bit long, even though I purchased a half-size smaller than usual, allowing for the open toe. Very comfortable and somewhat dressy. My first time with this particular brand; would definitely purchase others but take into account the length.

Thanks to the extensive reviews on the Zappos site, I was able to narrow down my search to this shoe. I needed a heel that looked dressy enough for presenting and would be fairly comfortable in spite of "hard to please feet." It meet my needs.

I never wear heels and I started a new job where i have the chance to dress up and I got these shoes, LOVE THEM!

The toe box was a bit tight and the straps were so big they barely touched the top of my foot. I ordered an 8 Slim thinking it would fit. The shoes will be returned.

I love the look of the shoe. I ordered 9 wide but it ran and looked narrow. The straps felt very tight and because of that I returned the shoe. I looked to replace it with a 9 1/2 W but they are out the shoe. I liked the fact the heel was under 2”. Oh well....

These were too big. The stretchy straps just lay on my foot!

I ordered this shoe along with 2 sizes of the Walking Cradles Caliente. All were too wide for my feet. I liked this style less than the Caliente as I did not like the open toe or the metallic flecks in the strap. They might be comfortable for someone with fleshier feet, but were too generously cut for me.

I liked the looks of this shoe. The material is very nice for evening attire. It felt true to size, and it is easy to put on. The wrap around straps are very flattering. I normally wear full orthotics in my everyday shoes. For dress shoes, I put in a portable metatarsal pad and arch supports. Unfortunately, the straps in these shoes were not sturdy enough to support my foot and ankle. Its too bad. I really wanted these shoes to work. I returned the shoes

I returned because it was a bit narrow across the toes, which is usually the case for me.

Very nice evening shoe with a perfect heel height, but it had to go back. The straps were too loose on my foot and there is no way to make any adjustment. This shoe is very generous in width so those with wide feet might want to give it a try. I usually wear and bought an 8.5 W; the peep toe actually fit and the forefoot was just slightly wide. I've never tried this brand so I don't know if this is typical for the brand, or wider than usual.

Not what I expected. 7 1/2 was too small, 8 gapped in the back. It also wasn't as dressy as I thought it would be. So going back.

Very comfortable and attractive shoes. I was able to walk the city streets in them without any discomfort from the first wearing. However, by the second time I wore them, the paper thin lining, which feels like it is actually made of paper, began to fray and now after a few weeks is falling apart. It's really a pity because these were incredibly comfortable shoes that could have been 5 star shoes. For a shoe at a fairly high price point the cheap lining was a disappointment.

Didn't like cheap looking elastic criss- cross strap. Toe is squared off, not rounded.

I think these are too expensive for the quality. The materials seem cheap to me. I liked the wide width. My toes were not cramped. The material is soft. The heel height is dressy but comfortable. I would have kept them except for the fact that the insole has two pieces that come together and there is a ridge there which hurts my foot and I'm sure will wear a blister in a short period of time. Why do they make shoes with two piece insoles?

I have super narrow heels (3A) and high arches. I keep maybe 1 out of every 25 pairs of shoes I try. This is by far my most comfortable pair for my new workplace where I'm required to dress to a business standard. I would give them a 5, but I've only warn them for a week and the foot bed under the heel already has worn through the top layer of lining. Zappos sent a replacement, but those are going to have to wait until I can get shoe glue because the foot bed liner of that pair is not adhered. I was hoping these would be perfect, but as it is, I think they are going to be a disappointing, short-lived (but comfortable) pair of shoes that I feel I paid too much for.

Nice looking shoe overall but noticeably different sized ankle strapping. This was my first order through Zappos and paid $15 extra to have it shipped in time for a special event. Very disappointed to have paid the extra shipping and have the shoes be defective!Returning the shoes and hoping Zappos will refund the extra shipping due to defect.
