Love this shoe. I have had both big toe joints replaced in the past year due to arthritis and have not been able to wear heels. Also, most dress shoes cut right across the surgery scars and are painful. These fit both my wide feet and do not cut across the surgery scars. I have my nephew's wedding coming up in September and am happy I actually have a good looking dress shoe I can wear!!

These shoes are an absolute dream. I needed shoes for my son's wedding that were low (I'm 5'9") and when I put them on they felt like slippers. For years, ever since I developed bunions and other foot issues, I have been searching for a dressy low heel to wear to events -- and sisters, I go to lots of events. Finally! These fit the bill! I wore these last Saturday night to a cocktail reception, followed by a ball, followed by an after-party, and honestly, I did not even think about my feet all evening! They may not be the snazziest shoes ever, but I didn't feel like a fossil in them.

Got these shoes for an important awards weekend. Wore them straight out of the box and am super pleased. They are just the right height to feel a little dressy but were great to stand around in for a cocktail function or walk through the city. My normally picky feet were happy all evening.

Fantastic shoe! I have a terrible time with shoes, especially dress shoes, with narrow flat feet. This shoe fit perfectly and is really comfortable. The stretchy straps hold it on and are pretty with some sparkle. The toe box is soft and comfortable, and so is the footbed. I could have even done higher heels!

I've had these for a while now...bought them for a wedding and have worn them as special occasion shoes. They are all I ever hoped for in a formal shoe (although they don't necessarily have to be worn for only formal occasions but that's the only time I wear heels). Don't hesitate -- they are comfy on a wide foot and provide a stable and comfortable footing for a five hour wedding. I cam even dance in them. Plus, they are very cute...a wee bit retro but I love that! This was a great purchase.

These are it! I try a lot of shoes in search of ones that don't cause pain. I got them in wide - I have bunions and hammertoes. Even my ugly feet look nice in these shoes. Stylish and comfortable with a reasonable heel height. The elastic has a bit of glistening - nice for real dressy, but not so much they can't be worn for every day. Sure wish they came in other colors!

I have problem feet with bunions and hammer toes and to appease my bunions, I need to wear a Wide even though the heel of my foot is a Medium. To make matters worse, I wear a 5.5 and few shoes come in a Wide. Fortunately, I rarely need to wear dresses, but I needed to find some dress shoes to wear to upcoming weddings and I knew it was going to be difficult to find shoes that looked decent yet wouldn't cripple me. I still can't believe my luck in finding these on the Zappos web site. The front of these shoes is made of a substance that is yielding and the straps are of a stretchy, almost elastic material. Since the shoe didn't come in a 5.5W, I initially ordered in a 6W and figured the steps would help keep my foot in the shoe, which is one of my biggest problems when upsizing. The shoes were a bit wider than I needed and the straps were so generous I couldn't keep the shoes on my feet. I liked them so much, I considered taking them to a shoe repair shop to see if they could "take in" the straps. Instead, I ordered in the 5.5M and to my vast surprise, the part of the shoe you put the front of your foot in was generous enough to accommodate my bunion without it screaming AND the hammer toes (one on each foot) didn't rub. Nothing short of a miracle. The footbed is generously padded, so the shoe is pretty comfortable. I won't kid you that my feet, accustomed to wearing flat shoes - mainly Ecco Yuctans and Birki's - weren't yelling at me by the end of the day, but that was because my feet aren't used to wearing heels. My feet were in MUCH better shape by the end of the wedding/reception than I dared to hope. The last time I sent to a wedding, I could barely walk on the way back to the car and my feet hurt for a few days from the torturous experience. My feet don't hurt at all today. I had also been a little concerned about the stability of my footing because the base of the heel is narrow, as I haven't worn that type of heel in about 30 years, back in the days when I routinely wore 3.5 in heels every day. I didn't have any difficulty at all, even going up and down steps, on grass and across a wooden dance floor. I am VERY happy with these shoes and recommend them to others who have feet issues that they need to accommodate.

I bought these for my 20 something daughter. The look great and are very comfortable. She likes that the straps are elastic to customize the fit.

I was looking for a shoe with comfort for 3 months because my daughter is getting married in June. I purchased these Rose Petal Boa shoes and they are a miracle for people like me with foot problems. I have arthritis and bunion problems and it's very hard to find a shoe of comfort. I hope they come out with more styles and colors, I would buy them all. My feet look normal in these again. Thanks for an end to this search for months looking for a shoe.

I always have such a hard time with a narrow foot. I thought I'd need a buckle or velcro strap, but these shoes are great. Very true to size and not too tight. Very stylish and comfortable - wow. The heel height and design makes the shoe dressy but versatile. I'm looking forward to mixing with my wardrobe.

These are a very comfortable and feminine shoe. With a narrow foot I thought I'd have to have a buckle or strap but these are a perfect fit. Great price for value also.

These are cute shoes. I would prefer to wear boots or running shoes for a party, but since that would not look right, I was happy to find that these are remarkably comfortable for dress shoes.

I bought these shoes to replace a pair I really loved that was very similar to these. They were perfect for dancing and for all day weddings and funerals alike. These are just as good if not better. The fit is excellent b/c of the wide, stretchy bands. The shoe also has just a touch of sparkle on it which is hard to see in the pictures. Overall, a very comfy and nice looking shoe for any dressy occasion.The only thing I would change is perhaps a way to make the heel prettier.

I danced the night away wearing these fabulous shoes! I usually wear between an 8½-9W. I bought both. The 8½ was perfect! I did insert a pad in the front of the shoes for a bit more comfort. I have poor circulation in my feet and that little extra padding helps me. I highly recommend these fabulous comfortable shoes!

Bought these shoes in April 2013 and first wore them on cruise in December 2013. These shoes felt great, had them on all evening, no problems with feet getting tired or hurting, great looking shoe.

These are the most comfortable shoes that I could find. I knew in an instant that they would be the ones - those straps are elastic so they are comfortable and my foot stays in the shoe. The heel is not too high, the shoe part fit my somewhat wide foot comfortably. The details: I ordered about 20 shoes from Zappos until I finally found these ones. I highly recommend them and I am sending a link of these shoes to my friends.

These are cute, I have a pair like them with a closed toe and I wanted an open toed pair. They seem to run long so I will try a size smaller before giving up.

I was looking for a comfortable shoe to do some ballroom dancing in, and this is perfect! I got it in wide, and then had the show repair shop cover the bottom with suede for smoothness. The straps keep the shoe on snugly, and the heel isn't too high. Perfect, perfect dance shoe.

When I bought these shoes in size 12 W black micro, I was looking for a dressy shoe to wear to a charity event in the winter, so I wanted something that could be worn with nylons. I was really interested in a slingback. I usually need the adjustable strap because my foot is wide at the toe and narrow at the heel. These shoes are great because they have elastic straps to keep them in place. The straps don't look grandmotherly or cheap. They have a bit of silver sparkle woven into them. The microgore upper adds a bit of elegance to the shoe, and the two inch heel is not so high that they are uncomfortable. I plan to wear these with a little black dress and black sheer nylons. I was afraid the nylons wouldn't work with the peeptoe, but they look great. I highly recommend this shoe.

These are very comfortable shoes. Especially if you have bunions. The fabric top makes them very easy and comfortable to wear for long periods of time and they look great, too! I bought half a size smaller in a WW (EE) width.
