Love these shoes. Yes they're high, so it's not like you're going to go from only wearing flats to wearing these with no problems. But if you're used to wearing heels, you're gonna love these. They're very sturdy, which is a plus for me because I'm tall and plus-sized. I actually saw them go through the X-ray machine and saw that they have a nice strong metal shank. They hold my weight well without the heel bending backwards, as other shoes have done. Compared to other heels of the same height, these are very comfortable. I ordered several heels from Zappos and these are the ones I kept. They do run a little big, as others have said. I usually wear a 9M or 8.5W. I was so happy these came in wide. They're a little big on the heel, but I put some of those liners in it and it helped. I'd say definitely order a half size down, though.

Dang! These really are perfect. I'm a new grad on a tight budget, so I was a little skeptical about the price, since I hadn't heard of this line before. That said, after one wear, I am totally confident in my purchase. They're super comfy, a breeze to walk in (yay platforms!), and a perfect height for interviews and office wear (without sacrificing the cute factor, even as a wide-shoe wearer). The shape is classic. I can see myself wearing these for a long time to come. That said, on a non-shoe related note, I can't say I'm stoked about the sudden price change these have gone through. Since, like I said, I'm on a super tight budget, I was pretty bummed to see that the color I bought had been marked down on the very day they arrived at my house (after they were freshly restocked when I ordered them?!). Eh. Oh well.

These are the perfect work pumps. They are an office-appropriate height and comfortable enough to make it through a 10 hour day and then dinner.

These are stunning pumps! I typically wear an 8½W, and this 8W was almost perfect. They are still a little large, oddly enough. I do not think that I have worn anything smaller than an 8 since the sixth grade, but I am trying to get my hands on a 7½W now to compare the two (the 8 might just need a heel insert). Regardless, the style is amazing. These are great for the office, happy hour, or even a weekend night out. The inner platform makes the heel feel much shorter than it looks. Comfort plus style plus quality equals I am in love with these shoes. Note: I ordered the Clarks Tempt Appeal to compare. Those are also fantastic shoes, if you want something shorter and a smidge wider. I am returning those, but only because I cannot justify keeping them both!

I live in heels. And I absolutely love these shoes. I got them in nude, then the black, I can wear them at work all day and not even think about my feet hurting. I have tried the gamut of heels, from expensive to cheap, and these, hands down, rock my world. I wish they would make in a sassy color. They run a bit large.

These are my new favorite work shoes! I was looking for a comfortable but stylish black pump, and this is it. There is padding on the bottom and on the inside of the shoe, which reduces the impact of walking, and the platform makes the heel look higher but feel more comfy. I am usually a 6.5 or 7, and 6.5 fits perfectly. I have an office job that requires some walking around, and I wear these all day without any discomfort. I also have significant arch pain with most shoes, which I have not experienced with this shoe.

I'm a very standard 5.5, and this shoe runs a half-size large. I have returned it for a 5. Love it and can't wait to get the pair that fits correctly.

I wear an 8.5 and my feet are a little wide. I ordered these in wide and love them. I don't own any other heels this high, but these are walkable, stylish, flattering and comfortable. I highly recommend them!

Awesome platform pump and so comfortable. True to size and width, would order more if they had other colors.

These are lovely shoes, but the normal size 6 doesn't seem to exist. I ordered the 6 (my normal size) and they were way too big -- visible space behind the heel, much too big to bridge with putting anything in. So I returned for the 5.5, but they are so tight I can barely wedge them on. The quality seemed great and I was ready to pay the price but nothing fits!

Fits nicely. Great padding. But really low cut by the toes...I am not big on toe cleavage...and I have really short little toes and still half of them were showing. Maybe I will try a wide and see if the toes sink further into the front.

These are gorgeous looking shoes, and may work for those with narrow feet. The cushioning felt divine, and I was completely disappointed that the shoe ran short and narrow. They cramped my 8½B feet in the worst way. Sadly, I had to send them back. That is something that I hardly ever have to do.

I usually wear a size 10, and since I needed these for only a couple of hours on one night, I ordered 9.5 to make sure they fit snug. They showed up and feel like they are size 10.5 at least, maybe 11. Sending back and will just shop somewhere in person.

Comfortable heel!

I have these in black and taupe. The are perfect for work. Very comfortable for long days at the office.

These are the most comfortable heels I have ever owned. I live in Washington DC and commute into work every day by metro, which requires a TON of walking. Once I get to work, I walk fairly frequently around the building, as well. I can put these shoes on at 6 am and wear them until 6 pm with no problem whatsoever. I will say that it took about a week of wearing to break them in, so give them time! It'll be worth it.

The perfect neutral shoe—which I ultimately returned, simply because I decided 3½ inches is just to high for me (a half-inch shorter and I'd have kept them). Comfortable, beautiful, runs a bit large but not enough to order down.

Very pretty shoe. I tried 5.5 W but it was just a little big in the length. Toe box was fine. Wish they had black 5 W in stock.

This is my third pair of Rockports and I love them. I work in an office and these shoes work great for that environment because they are cute and comfortable.

Like others have said, the show runs big. I ended up with an 8.5 wide when I am normally a 9 medium. They are very comfortable!

Fantastic shoe. A high heel that is comfortable and that I can walk in all day. Get lots of compliments and people asking where I got great pair of pumps. I wear size 5.5. True to fit.

Super comfortable but still run a little large for me - I ordered a 5.5 (my regular size), way too big. I got the 5 and with heel stickies could make it work. Really cute and a lot more comfortable than your average pump!

I have pretty low arches and lots of foot problems overall, but these are terrific pumps, stylish and as comfortable as any high pumps can possibly be. But they do run extremely large. I've run into the size problem with Rockport pumps before, so this time I ordered a half-size smaller. They were still way too big, so I returned them for a pair that was full size smaller than my normal size. I'm consistently a size 10 with every single other pair of shoes I own and with these, a size 9 fits perfectly. So definitely size down a full size or you're going to be walking out of them. The shoes are too long, but they are true to width. Once you get the size right, they're awesome.
