Fantastic shoes - I got complimented on my shoes by several women when I wore them to an evening holiday reception. And my feet felt great, even after wearing and walking around in them all night and nursing a heel spur and over pronated feet. Love the black patent!

Pros: beautiful color (bronze) will go with almost everything, can be dressed up or down, sleek style, good orthotic support. Cons: heel kept sliding off until I added heel padding, not leather, stiff - better after breaking it in. Overall: beautiful!

Nice shoe but turned out to be too big. Did not want to go through the trouble of returning. Oh well. Will buy local next time so I can try the shoe on before I buy.

Cute and super comfortable...unless you have a big ol' bunion. Sadly, I had to return them. Excellent arch support, like all the Orthaheel shoes I've had.

I love this pair of shoes. Good support and feels comfortable. Finally Orthaheel has created a shoe that can be worn with dresses. For me, the shoe was a perfect fit...8.5 M.

This is a beautiful shoe, extremely comfortable. I have heel spurs and wearing this shoe is comfortable and does not exacerbate my issue. I got the Bronze and it is gorgeous.

Cute shoe and so comfy. Great arch support. I had a bad case of plantar fasciitis a year ago and still need arch support in my shoes. So hard to find in a flat and this one meets it with fashion and function.

Finally a classy look in a low heel. I have a fused left big toe which limits me to flats and also need the arch that Orthaheel has to offer. I found it a bit tight in the toe so ordered the next size. That worked great. I will buy all shoes from Zappos from now on. The Orthaheel website did not have my size or style. With free shipping both ways and easy returns I will be buying more from Zappos.

These shoes are extremely comfortable EXCEPT the back of the shoe rubs on my heels. I need to wear bandaids on my heals if I plan to do any walking them. The arch support is wonderful. They go with both casual and dress-up outfits. They seem more expensive than they should be but I have foot issues and require good arch support.

Comfortable but the back of the heel is really high and caused hugs blisters the first time I wore them. Very good arch support.

These are really cute shoes and the arch support is really great. I have custom orthotics that I wear on a daily basis but that I can't put into cute flats. These shoes were great in that they have arch support that works well. But, one of my feet could use a higher arch, so they aren't perfect. They are also extremely uncomfortable around the back of my foot. Everytime I've worn them they have given me blisters around the back of my foot and around the side of my feet near my toes. I thought this was due to "new shoe syndrome", but I've worn them for a while now and they still give me problems. The fit is good however, in terms of size. I have wide feet and usually wear a 9, but the 8.5 wide fit great. The size 9 was too big.

I was very excited to try these shoes because I usually have to wear full length orthotics in my so this style of shoe is not option without the built in arch support. I usually get Orthaheels in size 8M but I found that the medium bulged out around my foot so I ordered the wide which was a little better. The sides of the shoe still bulge out a little, showing the blue lining but it was better than wearing sneakers to a formal event so I decided to keep the shoes. Like another reviewer, I also initially thought the arch support hit my foot in the wrong place, but after wearing them for a while, I found them very comfortable. Overall I am glad I kept the shoe but wish they could improve the design of the upper.

So far so good - great arch support as one would expect in any orthaheel product. I was worried that heel might rub as it is cut on the higher side, but so far not happening. A little "clunky" looking but ok.

This is now my dress shoe. It is a cute shoe, can dress up on down. I am over wearing heels. Does rub a little on top by bow.

Like all Orthaheel Shoes, the Olivia is an amazing help to us who suffer from pronation. Great looking flat with a moderate arch support. I would even recommend to those who do not have a flat feet... Love it? The royal blue is true to its color and goes well with jeans or dresses. I also have them in the metallic leopard print, super cute!

Super comfortable! I bought these in Mustard and I love them. Coming back to order them in the Black Patent. Would love if Orthaheel made them in Red. I'm normally a 9 in other brands but have learned that I'm 8.5 in Orthaheels.

The best dressy flat shoe I had ever had. The arch support and the armed heel support make the whole difference.

I need a size 10-1/2. The 11 was way too big but the 10 will probably be too small. I'll try it anyway since I really loved these shoes.

I bought this as a dress shoe option since I usually wear orthotics that won't fit in most dress shoes. I was pleasantly surprised by how cute these were. I thought they were very flattering. However, my foot is average width with a narrow heel. The heel of the 8.5 fit perfectly but the toe box was painfully tight. The 9's slipped right off my feet when I tried to walk in them. For a comfort shoe brand, I found the toes to be pretty narrow. It makes them look cute, but since they hurt after 60 seconds, they're going back. If the width of your foot is consistent, these would probably work. For wide feet, the Sophia shoe is a better bet.

Gives horrible blisters for the first few weeks, like gaping holes on the back of your feet - then it softens up. Moderate arch support, definitely not enough for someone with high arches like myself. I normally wear a 7.5, but this 7.5 is a little big.

The arch support in these are great, and do not bother my plantar fasciitis at all. However, the backs are very high, and have rubbed blisters within the matter of minutes. Also, even though I ordered the wide, the toe box feels narrow, and are not comfortable. I have had a hard time finding attractive flats, that have good arch support, so I will be taking the shoes to a local shoe repair place to see if they can cut them down in the back, and maybe stretch the toe box.

I love my other Orthaheel/Vionic flip flops but these flats fell a little short. Like other reviewers mentioned, the back of the show is higher than other flats which caused a blister on each foot the first time I wore it. I'm still trying to break them in but the backs keep rubbing the back of my feet. Not the most comfortable Vionic show out there... It's so hard to find a flat with orthotic support! I'll have to keep looking...

Not such a fan of this one. The inner sole nice and supportive, and perhaps the problem is that I really needed a 10 1/2 which they don't have, but shoe looks clunky and wasn't super comfy, so it's going back.

Don't you hate it when you find a pair of shoes that seems to be wonderful, but by the end of the first day you are miserable? With plantar fasciitis I was excited to find cute flats with arch support. And these seemed to be it, though the arch support was too far back toward the heel - like others have said, it does not hit your arch correctly. They run large - both long and a wide heel that slips off. The third issue is worse! The heel cup is too tall (and I am 5'/11"!). I had blisters by the end of the day at the top of my ankle and the shoe was slipping off each heel - even with heel pads. How sad. A lot of money down the drain for shoes that I cannot wear now.

I usually wear an 8.5 or 39 in European sizes. These were a little short, and not very wide for a "W". I would hate to see how narrow the normal shoes are. The back comes up quite high and I can tell that will rub on me; tight on the front by the bow. The arch felt great, but not the rest of the shoe.
