Cute shoe but just not comfortable. I have the Orthaheel Tide, and two pairs of the Muir Vionic by Orthaheel. So I am accustomed to the arch-support. These shoes have the arch support but they need more cushion in the rest of the footbed. Note on sizing: I tried the 8 and 8.5 because I never know which will fit best. The 8 was better but it did feel like the top of the right heel would probably rub a blister by the end of a full day.

I needed a pair of dressy yet casual flats and was very excited to see this shoe. Very attractive shoe but not comfortable. The back seems to be higher than other shoes and within 30 minutes of walking in it, it had rubbed a blister. Size runs true. I have a couple other Orthaheel products that I am very pleased with. Just don't know what to do about the heel situation. Very disappointed.

What I liked most about these is that the insole comes out so that you can pop your custom orthotics into them if you want. I had to order a half size down than I usually wear.

These shoes are so comfortable! I have a cyst behind my knee so I needed shoes with support that I could wear with dresses, business attire, etc. I can wear these shoes without hurting my knee! In fact, it may actually be helping my knee! I got my regular street shoe size and must put heel grippers in them to keep the heel from slipping. Excellent shoes!

Ever since I was diagnosed with over-pronation, I have been on a constant search for shoes that keep my arches high and supported. Additionally, I refuse to wear orthopedic fuddy-duddy shoes. I am a 20-something female, and despite my pronation, I intend to wear attractive shoes. Period. So my requirements have become 1) attractive, and 2) supportive, and 3), comfortable, of course. I cannot explain how hard it has been to find shoes that fulfill all of those requirements. Orthaheel has been the single brand of shoe that works for me. These shoes fit the bill! I had been buying normal flats and removing the insoles to replace them with my orthotics, yet they all seem to be less supportive than sneakers / thicker shoes that I put orthotics into. When orthaheel came out with flats, I almost died of excitement. I cannot wait to try them all. Not only are these delicate and feminine in appearance, but they are built to support orthotics. I no longer feel my foot rolling loosely around in a flat shoe not meant for orthotics. This shoe I feel as if I am walking in a sturdy sneaker. They do require being broken in. The first orthaheel shoe I bought was a sandal model from a few years ago. It was a thong sandal, and for the first few wears, the toe post made my foot bleed! I was so upset, but I persevered, and after a few days, the post became very soft and no longer hurt my foot. Those sandals became my footwear of choice, regardless of season, for the next two years!!! I fully expect this shoe, as it molds to the shape of my foot and becomes broken in, will be the most comfortable, practical shoe that I own. And it's adorable. Perfect for a fashionista 23-year-old lady, or for any style-or-aged lady, for that matter. I will wear them every day until I run a hole in the bottom. Never taking them off. I have been wearing them with my straight and skinny jeans ( a nice change from my slightly punky sneakers), and I cannot wait for an excuse to wear them with a skirt and tights. They can be dressed up or down. For this reason I totally recommend the black. Multifunctional and adorable.

Great foot bed inserted in the cheapest possible shoe full of incredibly bad design choices. The back of the heel comes up so high that they instantly pinched without taking a single step. The sides buckled and wrinkled away from the foot. It's clear they know how to make the insert, but have no idea how to make the rest of a shoe.

Most comfortable flats I have worn in decades! Great support, great style. I get zillions of compliments on them, top!

Great little go-anywhere shoe. These little flats look good under pants or skirts and are VERY comfortable. I'm sold on Orthaheel after they helped me cure a very entrenched case of plantar faciaitis. Everything i tried seemed to aggravate it until I started using Orthaheels all the time.

I've got two different colors of these shoes and adore them! I was diagnosed with tendonitis after suffering severe leg and back pain, and while I was skeptical that shoes could help the problem at all, these were my ticket to painlessness. They support my high-arched feet, don't hurt my toes, and don't slip off my heel. My only complaint is that after long days of wear (9+ hours on my feet with a maximum of 10 minutes of sitting), the arch support can start to feel painfully stiff, but all it takes is a few minutes off my feet to bring them back to comfort. These shoes are absolutely worth every penny.

This is a great supportive and attractive work shoe. I am on my feet constantly and they feel better when I wear the Orthaheel technology. Be advised that you may need a little time to accommodate to them, just as you would with a new orthotic.

This is the first flat that I have found that has adequate arch support. This is a stylish, comfortable and versatile shoe.

I have fallen arches, and without solid arch support have terrible "shin splints" in my ankles, and inside lower leg if I wear the wrong shoes! Fashionable ballet-type shoes were out of the question, until these! Furthermore, the last is correct for my foot, while most round-toed shoes are too short. I'm thrilled to have comfort combined with style. Bought a second pair, different color!

These shoes are outstanding. It's rare that I find a dressy flat in which I can walk a mile or more without sore heels. These do the trick! Well worth the investment. Now I want them in every color!

Fits so nicely. Looks so pretty on my feet. Just the right height that doesn't throw my posture out of line. Good support at the arches. What more could you want?

Love these shoes! I suffer from plantar fasciitis and needed something with solid arch support and to keep my heels from over pronating and these fit the bill. Comfortable enough to wear all day and no one knows they are orthotics.

I really like these shoes! The arches feel better than the insole arch supports that I had been using. I got Wide width because my foot measures D width. It's a good fit. Interestingly, the Left foot is Perfect, the right foot has a bunyon that rubbed a little at first but I have been breaking them in slowly and now they are better. These are the only dress shoes that I can wear. I hope they make more dress/casual styles in wide width!

I have chronic plantar fasciitis and have looked for a dressy shoe I could wear without wrecking my feet. THIS IS IT! I wore it to a wedding where much walking (and dancing!) was required. So happy with these shoes! Thanks, Orthaheel and thank you, Zappos!

Attractive shoe but the arch support isn't in the right place for my foot.

I have a heel spur and this shoe saved my life. I was unable to wear any shoe and this is dressy enough to wear to a party or work. I love them.

I love Orthaheel shoes. This shoe is no exception. My feet overpronate greatly. I also have problems with my metatarsles. Orthaheels are the only shoes that I find to be comfortable and stylish.

Love these shoes. They work so well for my feet. Bought the same ones in blue for my wedding and then had to get the second pair in black. Great arch support, but not too much. Overall just very comfortable and just such simple style, which I love.

As much as I liked this show, it just didn't work for me. With my high instep, the arch support just hit me in the wrong place. I ordered the wide version, at it was the perfect width. Sorry to say I am returning it.

Have been waiting for some dressy shoes from this company for some time. My plantar fasciitis did not get better until I found their walking shoes. They run true to size and need no breaking in.

The shoes are beautiful. The width is not as wide as I would like but they are true to size. Love the support and the patent leather is very pretty.
