It was hard for me to give up my leather mocs when I discovered I had plantar fasciitis. These have a firm insert and high arch, which takes some getting used to. Wish they came in half sizes. The bottom line is my foot pain has gone away and I have cozy indoor slippers.

I wear a 7 1/2 and ordered the size 7. They are too large to wear without socks. Uncomfortable at first as you get used to the arch support.

These slippers are definitely good quality but slightly high priced. The insert in the left foot is exactly what I need but the right foot seems a little out of place, not quite under the arch, I cannot wear them for long periods of time without right arch discomfort I ordered one size down from my normal size and they fit nicely.

I feel these slippers run small, and since Orthaheel doesn't offer 1/2 sizes, a full size up would be too loose. An 8-1/2 would have been perfect!

Love the style and fit...had to return my normal size 9 and get a smaller size 8...the one thing I don't like is they are hot and make my feet sweat when doing housework with them. They will be great on really cold days.

After having planter fascia issues, I had hoped these slippers would help. I found the arch to be too aggressive for me. The arch was so high, it caused me to put more pressure on the outside edge of my feet and actually caused additional foot pain. I know others who love these, they just didn't work for my foot. Perhaps they would be better for someone with extremely high arches to begin with. I'm also a very consistent women's 11 and these fit like an 11.5. Not a big deal if I wear them with socks but would be too big if worn barefoot. Lastly, I wish Vionic would make these look less like old man house shoes. Some of their styles are great but these are really lacking.

I tried these for several months, thinking the extra warm lining would wear in and not be so warm, but these just make my feet sweat, and I am not at all a sweaty person. They are comfortable and have great arch support, but I am tired of sweaty feet (which I haven't had with other slippers), so I am going to donate these and try another brand.

This is a nice slipper but it is a little too long and the width is not wide enough. The 7 would definitely be too short - normally I take a 7 1/2 W shoe, so 8 M does not fit me.

This slipper would have been perfect for keeping my husband asleep (currently 'slipping' on Orthaheel sandals when I get up at 5am) - but its a half size too big and not only uncomfortable due to size, but also makes me look like I have clown feet. If these came in half sizes I would not be returning them. I am a true 7.5 and purchased an 8.

Nice attractive slippers, however, the arch supports are cruel. The are not the comfortable, around the house slipper. I returned.

I love the arch support; however, the slipper "slips" off my heel and makes walking difficult.

I wear a 9 or a 9.5. I got these in a 9 and they fell off my foot! Nice, but runs large. Going to order an 8.5 and see how that does.

While I rather liked the funky appearance of these, there were two main problems that caused me to return them. One, my heels were slipping with every step. Secondly, the arch support -- while high, which I need -- was not a comfortable arch support. It felt odd and uncomfortable, more like a hard cylinder under the arch than a typical rounded support.

I've given these slippers two weeks, felt I needed to get use to them. At first it felt like hard plastic built up in the arches, absolutely no give! So I tried them with socks too and kept putting them on daily for a few hours, now my foot has become use to it and they feel fine, just a little larger than should be by a half size.

Very cute in style and color but the arch support is very uncomfortable -- like a hard lump under my arch.

I was so hopeful for these slippers. I am in my early 40s and have one foot with plantar fasciitis. The slippers seemed to be a god send when I first got them but within a month the width grew and grew until my foot was turning in and I had a different kind of foot pain from the lack of width support. I AM BUMMED! I returned them and got some insoles instead. I think Orthaheel is great and I am not giving up yet. Just know that these slippers stretch width wise eventually especially if you walk inward like me. I also have pretty narrow feet for a size 10.

With a fallen arch on my R foot, I hoped these would be slippers I could wear all of the time while at home. I made it through about 10 minutes before it absolutely killed the bunion on the same foot. If they had had a wide, perhaps that might have helped as I normally wear a 9.5 to a 10 C . However, having watched a program showing how helpful the pronation assistance would make my foot go back to the shorter narrower foot I used to have. It did not. Admittedly my feet are really difficult to comfort. But I did have success with two of this company's sandals. Go figure.

These are very nice looking slippers. They definitely will keep your feet warm. These were not a good fit for me, though. After wearing them around the house for a couple of hours they just become to uncomfortable across the arch of my foot and an inside seem also irritated an area on my right foot. These may work out great for someone with a low arch and narrow feet, but not for me.

I found the arch support to be too much for my feet--aside from that, they were comfortable. I'm sorry these didn't work out for me. I'll have to try a different brand.

The arch support was so good, it hurt. Not comfy at all for these feet. Disappointing because I have plantar fasciitis and live in slippers in the winter. Also, I prefer a sheepskin lining vs man-made. Search is back on.

The arch inside the shoe is soo high that it actually was very painful to wear. I already have a high arch and somehow this shoe/slipper aggravated everything in my foot.

Great arch support; however, not enough room in the toe box. Even if ordering a half size larger, I don't believe it would make up for lack of room in toe box and not to mention it would also "relocate" the arch support further down the footbed.

After my first ever pair of Orthaheel this summer, Tide Sandals, I was totally sold on the brand. The Tides saved me & afforded the most comfortable movement & desperately needed support in a shoe so I could get up & moving. Started cold weather search & want a slipper that ll pass for quick trip to store or pick up kids. Well, strike #2 w these Geneva Slippers (strike# 1 to Gemma slipper). Geneva: much cuter, lower more attractive profile. Out of box looked narrow to me, my foot agreed! Not a size issue, 11 was right for me-just pulling out the insole it looked very narrow. Arch hit way different, & that affected the heel cup stability that I need + arch that Tide provided. Geneva has like no cushy as well. Lastly, lining is def warm-for me the synthetic is sweaty w moving about. Wore around the house for an evening, moving, standing, stairs, etc-while me feet didn t hurt too bad, my only good knee did & had to ice them both. :( Bummer! The Gemma was so bulky&boxy from top of foot to toebox-super orthopedic looking for me-& top of the foot cut off straight across & way back, it bothered me. Fit & support was ok. Unimpressed w inside lining & could tell they would not wear well, especially for the money. :( Totally not giving up on Orthaheel, just gotta keep trying to find what works for me & I'm SO grateful Zappos makes that incredibly easy to do-Zappos rocks!

This is a loose slipper. Returning it because I can tell it will become so loose that I will not be able to wear it. What seems to be consistent with Orthaheel is that fit varies by about a 1/2 size and from a B to a W depending on the style. Knowing that, I now routinely order an 8.5 and a 9 in just about everything. If reviewers say it runs large, I usually don't order the 9. If reviewers say the heel is loose, I usually can't wear the shoe. This slipper is just plain wide & loose in my experience.

I love my Orthaheel flip flops. The soul and support of those is so brilliant. So when I saw Orthaheel Slippers, I thought these would be excellent for winter. Dead wrong. The support isn't remotely foot-shaped. It's like standing on a big, odd lump. I could barely walk (limp) across my living room. I'm happy for free returns with this (expensive) nightmare!
The quality and fabrics, seem nice, though. They get a star for that.
