I liked the looks of the shoe, but was disappointed when it didn't have enough width through the ball of my foot. My older Keen MJ's were plenty wide, but these weren't. So sad, I'll be returning these.

I had to return these because the strap and part of the top of the shoe were too tight and I could tell were going to need a lot of time breaking in. I wish they were more comfortable as I really liked the style.

I ordered these shoes for work as I'm an early childhood special ed teacher and am walking or on my feet all day. I loved them! They're cute and stylish (a little "teacher-esque" style wise but that works for me!) and very comfortable. My only complaint was that the insoles came unglued and I had to buy other inserts after only three weeks.

I have had a pair of Keens I've worn continuously for years. So I wanted to get more Keens. This pair is great on comfort, however my warning is on the color. I was expecting a dark, grayish/mocha color. That's it looks on all my screens. But it came in a decidedly olive/greenish hue. The fit is great, just be prepared for the possible different color.

Good shoe for casual wear. Would not recommend if you plan on doing a lot of walking in this shoe. Lacks the support for a lot of walking at one time. This shoe felt wider than normal to me, but it still works.

These run wide! I was really hoping that these would work out but I had to return them. They were just too wide for my feet. I never thought that I had especially narrow feet, but I guess they do run on the narrower side of average. In my correct size the width was huge, like I could fit both hands in my shoe with my foot! I went half a size down which was a little better in width but then my toes were bumping up against the front of the shoe. Like everyone said, they are really cute and otherwise felt comfortable. Unless you have narrow feet, I think you will enjoy these shoes.

This is my second pair of this style shoe. The first ones were canvas. I think the canvas ones were a bit more flexible, but love the professional look of the leather on these. :)

I needed a very comfortable every day shoe that could accommodate my slightly wide (mostly due to a bunion) feet. Keens are almost always a great bet. These are pretty cute too...not amazing, but cute.

These felt a little bit small to me. I normally wear an 8.5, and my toe was right at the end of these shoes. My other Keen shoes an 8.5 was perfect. I got these MJ flats because I thought the arch support would be similar to my other Keens, but these only offered moderate arch support. If I could get away with that for any length of time, I'd say these were super comfortable, but I know that I need more support; I could feel my ankles rolling inward and so this wouldn't work for me for being comfortable beyond a quick lap walking around the house. Once I find some orthotic insoles that will work in casual shoes like this, I will try ordering up a 1/2 size and remove the insole and replace with an orthotic to see if that combination will work. They are much cuter on than they are in the photo, and since it's not easy finding footwear that is cute, supportive of my flat arch/PF problem and/or a removable foot bed, I will try these again some day!

I love the casual look of these shoe. They are easy to put on and kick off but I wish they had a little more cushion for my feet. Overall, they are comfortable but the sole feels a little thin.

These shoes are SO cute on, and they make my size 10 feet look smaller! The padding on the bottom is sufficient for short walks, but there isn't enough padding for all day shopping sprees. I got a size 10.5 which leaves plenty of room for an insole under the Keen footbed and some thin socks. There's also plenty of toe room. I don't have high arches so the footbed is fine, but I can see that it may not be enough for someone with high arches. The elastic strap does not dig into my foot, even after wearing them all day. They look good with jeans, capris, and workout pants.

I have a fat, thick, wide foot. I found the elastic strap just a tad too tight, and it's not adjustable. Sadly, for that reason, I had to return them. Otherwise I would have loved these shoes.

My feet pretty much live in Birkentock sandals in the summer and Dansko or Birkenstock clogs in the winter, but I needed a pair of flat closed-toe shoes for chasing my kids around the playground. I really like the style of these shoes (but be aware the gargoyle color is a slightly olive greenish-grey, which I really like). Some reviewers said the strap was too tight but it was perfect for me. I usually have a problem with my heel slipping out of shoes, but not with these. The soles are soft and comfy but I think my feet are used to more arch support from my Birkenstocks so I don't really like wearing these for more than a couple hours at a time. I wear them without socks and haven't had any problems with them rubbing or making my feet sweaty. Overall I would really recommend these shoes unless you need more arch support.

Finally a flat that fits my hard-to-fit foot!! Most are too short in the forefoot or too narrow for my duck-like feet with high instep. This fits like it was made just for me -- the toe cap/vamp comes back far enough to cover my long toes and forefoot without giving me toe-cleavage or coming short on accommodating the wide part of my foot. The leather is really soft all around and the elastic strap snugs it to your foot without being too tight. Really comfortable and even manage to make my 9.5 foot look small. Looks really cute on and will go great with casual skirts and pant. Will definitely have to buy another pair to keep a spare around.

I was looking for a comfortable shoe that was just a tad bit dressier and this met my need. While it is comfortable, it lacks the substantial sole and arch support found in most of the other Keens I own. It fits true to size and with the elastic strap it was easy off/on at the airport. The leather was soft and needed no breaking in. I wish they had a little more padding in the sole and a little more arch support.

I am happy with them. I wish the strap was a bit looser. They have better support with an orthotic after removing the keen inner sole.

I had to try several styles of Keen before landing on these. Previous reviews were very helpful. These shoes are as comfortable as slippers! I have not walked miles in them yet, but feel that I can. I like the softer leather that you don't often see in Keen. I'd recommend them! I'm between 8-1/2 - 9 and usually find that I have to go 9 with Keen which was a good fit. In alot of other shoes 9 seems sloppy.

I ordered these and the kanga, Keen slip on shoes. I think these are a tad dressier then the kanga ones but felt a little on the small side. I got a size 6, but also tried the 6.5, and decided to stick with the 6, hoping they'll stretch out a little. I haven't really worn these like I have my kanga that are sized good. These are also lighter then the kanga I think. But look dressier. I think if they had the 6.5 in the black I would have gotten that, maybe. Without socks it's fine but with its a little snug. Well see.

Like most Keen shoes, these needed no breaking in. They were pretty comfortable right out of the box. They have a little bit of arch support and they look good enough to wear with a casual dress. I was worried the pink dots on the toes would look weird, but they're hardly noticeable. Despite some minor cons, I like them enough to keep. Cons: They get sweaty in the heat. I had wanted canvas shoes, but Zappos didn't have my size. The leather doesn't breathe at all. The sole under the ball of the foot is quite thin, which might make light hiking uncomfortable. The wide shape of the wrap-around toe cover, while good for a little extra protection, looks pretty clunky. For the first few days I felt like I was wearing flippers.

I LOVE these shoes, however the sizing on these shoes is very inconsistent. I ordered a half size up according to the reviews and they were way too big. My regular size fit just fine. Then I tried to order a second pair in my size and they were huge on me. I ordered another pair a half size smaller and they were way too small. I give up.

While comfy, these shoes are too large in the heel.

I tried 4 pairs of Keen shoes and these are noticeable bigger than the others (same size). They also look scuffed right out of the box. Nice color, but I'm returning.

Keens used to be wider. I bought a pair of Keen Mary Janes (different model) in the same size as these several years ago and they fit my wide foot great even before being broken in. These new ones were so tight they might as well have been narrow.

I’ve likely had close to 10 pairs of the Sienna over the years, and this is the first one that didn’t fit. The strap of this model is looser to begin with and less elastic , with the result that the heel slips. Perhaps if they were fabric rather than leather and more flexible I could have gotten away with it, but these were impossible to make work. Hoping the strap length was an anomaly and due to the fact that the shoes sent had clearly been worn (second time this happened in total of three pairs ordered from Zappos) I ordered another pair elsewhere but the fit was the same. Even if tighter I doubt that the new strap with appreciably less elasticity will hold up. If they switch it to all models it will be the end of an era for me, as I tend to wear some version of the Sienna so often it’s become part of my uniform.

The size 10 were too short for me. The width was good but the shoe did not have good support for my foot. The shoe was cute but I need a shoe that has support.
