Just what I was looking for - a pair of comfortable, cute, supportive black flats with a touch of sporty. Keen did not disappoint. The width wasn't too wide, but has some give. I have a small bunion on my left foot, and they still feel comfortable. Love!

Originally I bought this shoe to walk my dogs in the woods, but them I decided they are too nice for that, and I bought a similar but more outdoorsy one for that purpose. These I keep for nicer occasions.

Love this flat! The color goes with everything. Keen designers build the best arch support of any brand.

All I can say is I fell in love with these shoes the minute I put them on right out of the box. I have a major problem with shoes causing big toe pain on both feet, not with these. Getting ready to clean out closet and many pairs of shoes are going to be donated. I talked to a sales rep Sunday regarding size. She suggested going up 1/2 size to allow for socks, didn't do this and very glad. In fact with hose or thin socks an 8-1/2 may have worked. Other than their Keen sandals with the toe guard, most comfortable shoe I have found in years.

Best shoe buy I've made in a long time! I'm a nurse and on my feet all day long. I lost track of the time the first day I wore these because my legs and feet didn't start aching! When I first put them on I was skeptical because they didn't feel super supportive, especially the arches, but after I wore them around a while I was sold. Definitely recommend them to anyone who walks a ton.

I squealed with joy when I saw Keen had now begun making my favorite shoe in leather. This style requires no break-in time, even with a wide foot. The color is a beautiful rusty brown. These will be great shoes for the Fall weather and can be worn with jeans or shorts. Every time I wear this style of Keen people ask what brand of shoes they are. I buy 100% of my Keens from Zappos!

I have 4 pairs of the leather and 1 pair of the canvas. Deliciously Comfortable from the first get go. No breaking in needed. Love these! Wish they came in more colors. I have the black, yellow, green and pink in the leather and the brown in canvas (not as comfortable bit I still like them). Wearing them year round. I wear size 6, medium width. Probably going to buy the grey soon.

These are great little slip on shoes. I have worn them to work (on my feet most of the day), hiking and camping, and around the house. They are very light and comfortable, offer great support to the feet, and allow you to "feel" what you are walking on -- they conform to the terrain. I have had them for a few years and they still look great -- almost new -- despite getting them wet and muddy multiple times. I also like that they are outdoor shoes that don't scream "outdoor" and you can wear them all four seasons.

Fit and size as expected

I wear Keens because my feet are just a little wide but not wide enough to wear a W width. I own the Keens Presidio ll MJ and they fit like a dream. My Keens hiking boots also fit like a dream. Every pair of size 8-1/2 average width Keens has fit me until these. They were super narrow but plenty long. I'm returning them. Maybe I can find them in a wide width...

I wish these worked for me. They were 1/4-1/2 size too long and the strap was too loose to hold my foot in. I have many older pairs of Keens and they used to be my go-to shoe, but they just don’t seem to fit me the same anymore. That being said, I loved the look of these shoes, but even if they had fit me, I don’t think they would’ve been as comfortable as my 3-5 year old Keens. They would’ve still been ok, just not built the same inside the shoe. I’ll keep looking!

I really wanted to like these! My old brown Keens are SO old and I need to replace them, but just can’t find the right pair. These were slightly too loose all around and the strap didn’t hold my feet in. Would be great if they fit. Back they go and will try another pair - thanks Zappos for an awesome return policy.

These shoes feel comfortable ... I haven't really tested them yet. The elastic strap is not too tight but the front edge is. I trust it will stretch out a little. I'm not sure about the vents in the arch on rainy days. I wish they were a little higher up. Love Keen sandals and can walk all day in them. I hope the shoes are as good.

I liked the look of these shoes, but I felt like they did not have enough cushioning for me. Also, the toe box was not quite wide enough and the heel was a little loose, but I seem to have exceptionally wide toes and narrow heels. Unfortunately I'll have to return them.

I have a grey wool pair of Keens without the strap and absolutely love them, but these seemed slightly smaller. I wear a 5M and have trouble finding shoes that stay on. These surely did, but the strap seemed a little confining and might grow uncomfortable if your feel swell during the day. Also, you can remove the insert and install your own custom insert which is a plus. But because they were a little tight, they had to go back.

Still TRYING to get a Sienna that WORKS for me. I went up a 1/2 size and the leather is firmer than Wool or Quilted version: so that I am not flopping with extra room in Front half of shoe. But......the edge of the leather does rub on top of foot (between the toe area & instep). I might have to go back tot he Wool version - but my Bit Toe was too close to the rubber bumper!

I would love to give this a whole-hearted five stars, but like all three of the Siennas I have owned, and unlike any of my Keen sandals, this shoe continues to offer poor support. This has been complained about in reviews on various websites for years, so it’s a mystery why Keen hasn’t responded. I only put up with it because I can replace the insole, though at some expense, and they are otherwise good-looking, comfortable, and very long-lasting, even for someone who wears her shoes hard. But really, Keen could do better. This updated version was half a size small, so I’m exchanging it.

These shoes were very cute. Unfortunately they were too wide in the heel and didn't have enough arch support for my mom's hard to fit feet.

I love these shoes! Comfortable and slim. Barefoot I could have used a half size down but I know I will where them with socks come fall so I decided to keep them as is. These shoes have a really nice look. I generally have good luck with Keen shoes.

I have wide feet but have had luck with Keen shoes after wearing them for a while. These were a little tight on the sides of my feet out of the box, but I thought they would stretch out, which they are. They are fitting better after a few weeks of wear and becoming comfortable. I wish Keens came in wider sizes, but theses are molding to my feet nicely. They look and feel high quality.

I am a teacher and spend about 10-12 hours a day on my feet. On top of that, I have a bunion that makes finding cute flats very difficult. These were comfy right out of the box. I have worn them with leggings, jeans and think they will be cute with tights and dresses for the fall and winter. I am planning to order another pair in a different color and these will be my go to school shoes!

I LoVE Keen brand shoes. I wanted to love these but they are much narrower than any I've purchased before and they're a little short -it's tough because I wear an 11 so no 1/2 size for me. I considered wearing them to stretch them - the leather is beautiful but I don't want to take the time.

I have my first pair in the denim, sz 9 fits perfectly. These, (because they're leather??) are huge both in the width and length. I love them but they have to go back.

Cute shoes, but they are cut a bit high in the toe area and I fear they would be very uncomfortable. These are going back, though with regret.
