These shoes are great! I have really "picky" feet with bad arches and have had a terrible time finding nice-looking semi-dressy shoes that don't kill my feet. These are perfect. They don't need breaking in. When you first put them on the arch doesn't feel real high, but after your feet adjust to the shoes it is enough and feels supportive.

I LOVE these shoes. As I've aged my toe area has widened, but my heel is narrow. That makes it difficult to find shoes that fit well and are comfortable. These shoes fit the moment I took them out of the box and put them on. They're a dream come true. They also feel and look very feminine. Will order another pair in another color soon.

Love these shoes. I just bought my second pair. They're dressy enough to wear to the office on days that I don't have meetings. I like the rubber on the toe, because they'll last longer. The leather is very soft, and so it does scratch more easily. That's the price you pay. The best part of the shoe is the elastic strap. I didn't realize how much I need the support that strap offers.

I love this shoe. Super comfortable and easy to wear all day long and be on your feet!

Oh Keen, why do you keep changing a good thing when you have it? I have worn this shoe all day nearly every day (with a cheap ProFoot insole under the Keen insole for extra cushioning) through four seasons for two plus years. After that long, I finally wore a hole in the sole, so it was beyond time to replace. However, these shoes now not only seem to be tighter around the top of the foot (maybe just a factor of my old ones being so broken in?), but they also have two little grommet air vent holes at the arch of the foot. The grommets are so low in the shoe that you can actually see the yellow underside of the Keen insole in the shoe! There's no way this would work in the rain or light snow any more; I'd end up with very cold, wet feet, and probably a rotting, stinky shoe as the water would leak in under the insole. So disappointed. Returning.

These shoes take a day or two of breaking in but after that I promise you they will become your most comfy pair...and it takes forever before they wear out. I just bought a second pair and still haven't thrown out my first pair from maybe 4 years ago.

Totally agree with all the other rave reviews. Fits great, looks great, even makes my size 9 feet look small.

Love the canvas version and own a pair in every color. Needed to go a 1/2 size up in the leather version.

I LOVE this shoe. I've had four pairs over the years and was very sad when they were no longer available for a time. Now that they are available again I just bought another pair in black. They are comfortable right out of the box and hold up really well with lots of wear.

The shoe wasn't comfortable. I read reviews that it didn't require breaking in. Not true for me! The top opening rubbed on my foot and felt very stiff. Just a few steps was enough for me to determine this wasn't 'the shoe.' While I thought the shoe was entirely black, there were rust colored flecks on the sole and left toe cap. It looked like I had just splashed in some mud. I thought the random flecks took away from the style.

The sole on this shoe hurts the bottom of my feet after a very short time of standing. The "leather" is flimsy and ugly at best. It smells and looks like an old plastic-coated tarp- very disappointing in a pair of Keene's.

I know this review will not be published because it is not praising the product, but the truth is; these are the worst shoes I have ever put on. Uncomfortable, even in small walks, I have bruises in my foot right now after walking in those for 10 minutes , they don't deserve paying 1 dollar for them. Sadly it is just like I threw money in the trash.

I love Keens, and these didn't disappoint. These shoes are super comfy and just dressy/non-descript enough to wear with about anything. The first pair I got had a sharp corner on one of seams that would likely have rubbed a blister quick, but I exchanged it for a new pair. They are exactly what I was looking for a trip abroad!

These are just the best casual shoes - comfortable from the start, plenty of room for quirky toes, good enough support to walk several miles/all day, and easy on easy off. Great for travel! With all that going for them, I don’t really care that they aren’t really stylish. My feet are so happy, I now have 3 pairs.

I am on my second pair of these shoes! They are super comfortable.

I have several pairs of these shoes, different colors for the seasons. As typical with Keens I order a half size larger. I do have a little extra room in the toe area, but I don’t think I could go to a smaller size. I have disc issues in my neck and lower back but these shoes work great not causing me any back issues. I always get compliments on my outfits when I wear these shoes!

BEST shoes I've ever owned! I discovered Keen Siennas about a year ago, and now own 4 pairs, all from Zappos! I have a wine-colored leather pair that I wear inside as my "house shoes". My brown leather pair is worn for "out-and-about". I have one canvas pair that I wear as a summer shoe, without socks. Finally, Santa will be bringing me a pair in black leather, which will be my "dressiest" pair. The Keen Sienna shoe is so comfortable that you forget you are wearing it! And it's one of the few shoes that has no heel slippage. Never in a million years did I think I'd be buying my shoes by mail...but then I discovered Zappos, and have fallen in love!

Comfortable out of the box. Looks great with leggings. This is my 4th pair, got the leather for winter.

I bought this shoe in black and it fit perfect. I loved the black so much that I bought them in brown. Guess what???? In brown they were too wide. I had to return them.

I LOVE THESE SHOES!!! After searching for a shoe that would feel comfortable on my difficult to fit feet I found the perfect ones. My feet are narrow in the ankle and instep, but not so in the toes. I needed a shoe that would fit both. This shoe was PERFECT. The elastic strap holds it on my narrow instep and the toes are plenty wide for my toes. Right out of the box it felt GREAT and needed no breaking in. They also look good and can be worn with everything except for a dressy occasion. I immediately bought a second pair in another color and wish there were more colors to buy. Please tell Keen NOT to discontinue this shoe.

I have this shoe in black. Received it on Friday and put it on right away to go to the store and it fit as if I had worn it for months. Perfect comfort. Perfect if you need a shoe that may help keep your balance and perfect for my hard to fit feet which are very narrow on ankle and instep, but normal to wide across the toes. A total winner for me so I went and bought the only other color. I think they are the most comfortable shoes that I have ever owned.

I love this shoe, but had to order a half-size larger than a pair I bought a year ago in a different color. I don't know if the size difference is just this great brown tone, or is now also true for the black. But with the quick shipping through Zappos, I had a new pair in the correct, larger size right away.

Super comfortable casual shoe. Nice alternative to sneakers. Bought 3 pairs over the course of several years and wore each one out through extensive use.
