Amazingly comfortable shoes - soft and light. Design is nice for casual look. Warm enough to keep you comfortable at -5C weather.

I love the look, feel and style of these shoes, you really need to order a smaller than expected size though! I wear an 8.5 for most athletic shoes, read the reviews and ordered these a half size smaller, and I still need to go all the way down to the 7.5. Really excited for the new pair to come, but be warned you may need to go down a full size in these.

Great shoe! Wish they fit to size. After return is processed, will try another pair a 1/2 size smaller.

I'm completely satisfied with these shoes; they are comfortable all through the day. I ordered a full size smaller based on prior reviews and found that these shoes do run a to the large side. After a couple of days, I realized I went too small and requested an exchange for a half size smaller that what I normally wear. Zappos agreed to an exchange and sent me a replacement pair, within days, that worked out and wore much better. They e-mailed a return shipping label as well for the pair I no longer wanted. I couldn't be happier with the level of customer service I received and the quality of the shoe I ultimately settled on.

Great shoes, I use them in Chicago's snowy winter and they don't show any snow stains and feel very comfortable. Careful with the size, I had to buy a full size smaller than usual!

Thanks to previous reviews, I ordered a half size smaller and I'm happy I did. They are comfortable and just what I was looking for.

I really love these shoes, they are comfortable and truly weatherproof. Keeps my feet dry and warm while walking thru snow, which is what I really wanted. Something weather proof, while still staying classy at the office. Like the other reviews, they truly run a size larger. I'm usually a 11, a little skeptic from the other reviews I wen't 1/2 size smaller, but could probably gone a full size. However, I feel comfortable walking in them! so you might want to start by trying a half size smaller than your regular size!

Bought these for my husband, and he loves them. He took them to Germany with him and said they fit great and were comfortable.

Just what I was looking for. I did head the advice of others and ordered 1/2 size smaller than usual and found that to be a good fit. I swapped out the laces-my prefernce. I wore them a full day first time out, made 10,000 steps and had no discomfort. Very satisfied.

These shoes definitely run large, but are worth the price for its simple, sleek design, comfort, durability, and easy to clean material. Make sure to order a size or half a size down depending on how close you want your toes at the tip. Even if you don't order the right size, Zappos does an excellent job of exchanging them as soon as you give them a call (the whole call about exchanging literally took me 5 minutes). By the time, I was done with my phone call, an email confirming my exchange request with a free return shipping label for the shoes I had was ready for me. They do an excellent job in terms of customer service so don't feel like you have to worry about ordering the wrong size for these otherwise great pair of shoes.

Definitely consider ordering a full size lower than what you normally buy. If you wear your shoes like how I do, with about less than the end of my thumb's length room in the shoe than definitely order a full size lower. Even if you don't the shoe's tip isn't so narrow that your toes will feel cramped. As far as these shoes go, they're definitely Timberlands with that tough, yet sleek leather that's durable and is perfect for walking through the weather. Mud and rain aren't a real big issue, but if you're going out into the wilderness obviously get yourself boots. Timberlands are also known for being easy to clean and these are no exception. They also look great and can be worn casually with some slacks or for formal occasions with suit and tie without looking out of place. Simple, clean design, comfort, and durability make this shoe ideal for almost anything.

Extremely comfortable shoe. Love that it's waterproof with all the rain and snow expected this winter. Great for work, they can be worn under dress pants n you'd never know you were wearing a boot. Overall a great shoe!

This was the third pair of Chukka boots I have ordered from Zappos. And it was the only time that a problem occurred. The boots were clearly mislabeled, not even close to my size. I phoned the company and within two days they sent me the right size, trusting me to return the originals. I was very impressed!

Before I review this product I want to recognize Zappos for a five star shopping experience. It "really" took one day to deliver the product and the one day shipping is free. On to the shoes. First impressions; these boots are the best looking chukka's I've ever seen. The water proof material is just smooth it looks amazing. They look very sleek with a pair of jeans. I brought a 1/2 size smaller and the fit is perfect. They are extremely comfortable can easily wear them all day.

It is difficult to find shoes with a wide toe box and these are pretty good. I'm on my second pair as I wore the first pair out. They are a good value for the price.

Just bought these boots. Really comfortable - great inside cushion and light weight, genuine leather and decent style. The right stuff to keep your feet comfy and warm during winter. Just be careful with the size. I normally go for size 9 but as almost everyone here had said "half size smaller is better", I went for size 8.5 and bingo! You may want to consider following that tip too. I'd definitely recommend these boots to anyone.

I am really liking these boots. I had a problem with the first pair and Timberland was no help. However, Zappos was great about taking care of my problem and sending a replacement. I usually wear 10 and these are an 8.5.

These boots are great. I've had mine for a full year and they're still holding up. I usually wear a size 16, but I ordered a 15 in these and I still have plenty of room. They look great and I can wear them for hours with no discomfort at all. Great shoes.

Great shoes! I ordered these for my son and he's very happy with them. We ordered them 1/2 size smaller than his usual size (based on many reviews that said they ran large), and they fit perfectly.

I wore these a year straight to work. They are very comfortable shoes, especially over time. I work outside, not in construction, but I do beat up my footwear and this leather has held up nicely. Waterproof to a reasonable point. I didn't use any conditioner or protector and I like the way the leather has aged. My only issue is that the rubber sole, especially in the forefoot, has worn down to almost nothing because it's soft material. Anyway, I'm getting another pair for 2015.

These boots look good and are comfortable. They are narrow and they do run long. I wear a 13 normally, and I ordered size 12. My feet are also narrow, and they were snug when I first got them. They have stretched a little since then.

Ordered for son. Love these boots. Great style and fit - looks professional with dress slacks and feet stay warm and dry in Chicago winter! Zappos customer service/order process is fantastic.

These shoes are perfect for walking in the rain and cold (have yet to try it out on snow). They're completely waterproof, warm, and have great traction. Also looks nice enough to wear to the office. The only thing is that with only two pairs of eyelets, it doesn't lace up very high and can come undone easily.
