These boots are made for walking! They are very comfortable and look great with jeans. (And I never wear anything with a heel.) Well worth the cost.

Wow. So I am a heavy girl with super super high arches and recently discovered Sorel. These shoes fit like a dream and are quite fashionable. They can easily be worn all day in full and total comfort. I was looking for a fashionable yet functional all-day boot to bring on some ski trips when space is short with all of your ski luggage. Can't wait for some heavy duty snow action in these puppies. The entry price is steep, but these appear to be built to last.

I absolutely loved the ways these looked online, but i was not prepared for how fabulous they would be in person! Super comfortable...like amazingly comfortable. I can't wait to rock them when the weather gets a little cooler. 100% satisfied.

Very excited about these boots! I'm a true size 6 but got size 6.5 so that I'll have room for thick socks and it worked. They are stylish without looking clunky, and they're not very heavy which I liked.

I was excited about these boots that I had spotted in an ad on a model wearing clothing similar to something in my closet. Unfortunately, the top of the boots was too wide for my thin ankles/calves. This surprised me since this had not appeared to be the case on the model. No amount of lace tightening solved the problem, so these are going back. If you have larger ankles/calves, these may be for you. Even with slacks tucked in, they weren't working for me.

I loved this boot, but it doesn't like me. The style is beautiful and it's eye catching, but it doesn't protect you from the cold and it's still feeling like a new shoe. It has left a mark on the top of my foot where it rubbed with every step.

I get compliments on these everywhere I go. While the footbed is pretty comfortable as is. I bought mine a half size larger to accommodate insoles for extra support and comfort. I can and have walked in these all day every day for most of the fall/winter season. The fact that they're waterproof makes them even better. The finish will vary by pair on the brown, but they have a wonderful "worn in" look from day 1.

I LOVE this boot. I actually kept the charcoal grey color and returned the brown. This is the most comfortable wedge ever. I never thought winter/outdoor boots could look and perform this awesome for having a heel. I appreciate how much grip is in the boot, that it fits well against my foot, that it took zero time to break in, and that its water resistant. Living in MN and trying to look any sort of fashionable while its the dead of winter can be a challenge...but Sorel just made that feat a little easier. I've had these boots for about 3 years now and they still look brand new. I'll be buying them in black next :)

Everything about this boot is awesome! The warmth, the heel height, the quality. All excellent!

Comfortable and stylish. Couldn't be happier with these, I've been able to dress them up too Fit well, as expected and very comfortable even after hours on my feet.

These are the best boots ever for winter! I can wear them on my commute and not have to worry about changing out of "ugly" boots when I get to work. The grip is great but yet they still have a wedge. Friends loved them so much they ordered their own pair!

Amazingly comfortable boot with wedge. I have walked more than 6 miles in one day wearing this boot and my feet felt great. I receive compliments on a regular basis as well. Worth every penny.

I love these boots. They were comfortable from the beginning. I am not normally a fan (from a comfort standpoint) of heels, and this does not feel elevated. Great with jeans and leggings. I highly recommend.

I love these! They are good in the rain and snow. They are now my favorite boots to wear and totally worth the price when looking for weather boots.

I love these boots and often wear a 9.5. Based on some of the reviews I ordered the 9.5. These shoes seem to run large. Even with heavy socks they felt too big. I purchased insoles to wear with them. If I had sized down to a 9, they would be perfect. Otherwise totally comfortable and great looking.

I love these wedges. I typically wear and 8 1/2 or 9 and the 8 fits perfectly (I purchased the 8 after reading other reviews). The two tone is beautiful and height of the wedge are perfect - they look great w/ all jeans but love wearing with skinny jeans the most. The only minor complaint that I have is that I have to double knot the shoe strings cause they come untied with a single knot (the shoe strings are thick, but long enough). They're my favorite pair of shoes to wear!

I love these boots. I've been wearing them since they arrived in early January. The one thing I was worried about was that I have crap ankles that like to give out when I'm wearing heels or wedges. That's only happened once in these, and I'm also pretty sure that the wine I had earlier played a part in it. I've had tons of compliments. They're cozy and definitely waterproof. If you're wearing them in the snow though, know that they are not insulated and you'll need a thick sock.

These are comfortable, lightweight, beautifully made, waterproof (I wore them in a marsh!), quality and to boot super cute and a bit sexy in a sporty way. I read so may positive reviews before I posted. I could not believe how others were going on and on. But really, all the hype is true. A must have! I purchased a 9½. I always wear a 10 but the review said that the boots ran large. the 9½ is great even for my wide foot. These boots would rock the rain, snow or cold. I highly recommend them. They are worth the price.

All the reviews are true!!! I'm totally in love with these. I'm nearly impossible to please when it comes to footwear, especially heels. Well I have never worn such comfortable heels in my life. Not even close. These feel so stable, and I can walk for miles in them. They are even surprisingly cute given the style, especially viewed from above, and VERY cute given the comfort level. They are waterproof (just wore them in a downpour - no leaks). I hesitated because they're so expensive but they really are worth every penny.

I love these boots. This is my second pair and they are very comfortable and stylish. I would say they runs maybe half a size big (lengthwise) - but is fine for me because I put in and extra heel support anyway as I have extremely narrow heels.

The Joan of Artic is a fantastic boot! So glad that I finally ordered them, my only issue was which color to pick. I found the fit was true to size and width also very comfortable. Great style to add to your leggings/skinny jeans.

I love these boots - they look great with skinny jeans, very trendy yet practical for winter. I would not wear them in a snow storm but for regular winter weather they are great, warm, good tread and incredibly stylish. I got lots of compliments.

Love this boot!! I thought they would be the type of boot I would wear occasionally. After I wore them for the first time I think I've worn them just about every day since. I purchased the grill/black. Beautiful color. More like a shaded brown and goes with everything. They are stylish yet comfortable enough to wear them food shopping or to pick up the kids from school. I normally wear a size 8 1/2. I bought these in an 8 and they fit perfectly with enough room to wear a heavier sock if I wanted to. They've been great for the little bit of snow we've had lately. They were worth every penny. I had been eyeing these since last year. I wish I had gotten them sooner and would love to get them in the black as well.
