The fit was just perfect! I wear a 9 1/2 narrow shoe, and the length was just fine. The width worked as well, since you can adjust with the laces. The heel was plenty narrow enough for me too. Haven't tried them in the water yet, but I'm sure they'll be just what I was looking for!

The fit is great and they will make getting in and out of the pool much easier! I have fallen arches and need some arch support all the time. The lace drawstring makes them very easy to get on and off and also they are very cute!!

Perfect for aqua therapy and aerobics in the pool.

Great fit Very comfortable

I really like these Ryka watershoes. In 2015, I purchased 3 pairs from Zappos. Those shoes are totally worn out, so I decided to order myself replacements. I walk 2 dogs who love going into the river. These shoes are great for that; no stubbed toes, the soles are excellent for rocky bottoms, and, they dry quickly. Also, I can walk long distances in these shoes without any adverse foot issues. I normally wear a double wide shoe. However, these in a 9 medium are just fine. I have room to wiggle my toes, which is a plus. I had already received my other 2 pairs from Zappos, when I received an e-mail from Ryka, featuring this water shoe. The color is new, and I really like it, so I immediately went to Zappos, and thank goodness, they had this watershed in my size. The colors are awesome! I think the reason I can wear these is that the toe bed is wide and one does not wear these watershoes with socks. I highly recommend!!!!

Great for my water aerobics class.

These shoes rock - they look great and give you a bit of traction and help you keep grounded in the pool so I get the most out of my Aqua Zumba classes. They are definitely worth the investment compared to the cheap off the rack type - no comparison whatsoever. I wear a 9 - I ordered a 9 - and they fit perfectly, stay secure through the entire class, and dry quickly. I have not experienced any of the expanding or insole separation that other reviews may indicate.

Great shoe right out of box wore to beach. The rocks were no problem. Good traction and drain.

I was hoping that this great looking water shoe would run wide enough for me, but it did not. Had to return.

I bought my normal size in American made shoes, size 9. The fit was perfect. For comparison, I need size 40 or 41 in Ecco sneakers, and size 39.5 in AGL dress flats. The Ryka Hydro Sport shoe has plenty of room in the toe box, and fit my narrow heel and narrow foot well. It provided great support and was light weight. It also has great cushioning in the insole which is very important for me because of knee and arthritis issues. I got it in the black. I also liked the styling. The shoe looks good on my foot. The toggle on the laces worked well and did not loosen in the water. I use the shoes for aqua jogging and water aerobics. I love the shoe!!

I have always had foot issues - low arches, bunions, plantar fasciitis, torn tendon, etc - so I knew I needed the best possible supportive shoe for water aerobics. This is it!! I love the support these shoes give me. I pull the laces tight with the slide, then do a double knot tie and they stay tied for my full hour class. The water drains out quickly so they never feel like they're weighing me down. After class, I rinse them well in fresh water and then they take 2 days to fully dry. So I bought a second pair so I always have a dry pair for class. My instructor recommended getting a slightly larger shoe for the water so I bought a size up. I have a little extra toe space but I think it helps to not cramp my toes when the shoe is passing the water through. I agree with other reviewers that this is a highly recommended shoe.

Overall I love this shoe. It’s great in the water. I have to jog in the pool for physical therapy and they keep my feet from getting ripped up. I wish it had better arch support, so I’ll need to see if I can hit glue an arch support in there or something. But overall I’m very happy with them.

I wear shoes for water aerobics and find these to be perfect for my use. Nice color, easy to get on and off. The only issue might be the plastic tightener on the laces. I had another brand of shoes with this same tightener and one broke. I trust Ryka will not have this problem, as they are very well made.

I liked these shoes & had never tried Ryka before. The shoe was cute but felt narrow for a medium width. I might try a wide width in the future. I felt the heel area came up to high for me.

Worked perfectly for serious water walking! I immediately bought another pair!
