I've been using this shoe for a couple of years and as long as I buy a new pair every six months? I don't have foot pain. But I've been wearing my most recent purchase for about two weeks and I'm still having chronic foot pains.

I got these for my husband to wear at work since all his other shoes get destroyed within months. He said the show fit well and was comfortable, but when he bent down (which he does constantly at work), there was no padding or protection from the steal toe and the rubbing would give him sores shortly after wearing - we ended up returning the shoe because of this.

There a little to wide for me and they hurt my ankles

These are super heavy and the soles are rock hard. I cannot recommend these at all. I returned these and I'm still waiting for a refund.

I purchased these work shoes and after 2 days the bottom of my left pinky toe has been aching. I ended up having to buy a better pair of work shoes since your company won't let you return them unless they are in original shape. I bought for work purposes and this means they are not in the same exact shape as when they were purchased. I will never buy another pair of new balance shoes and will spread this by word of mouth to everyone I know!!

I bought a pair of these just like the previous 3 pair I bought and wherever made them put in a bad toe metal in them. It was way too low hitting/rubbing the top of my toe. Making these impossible to wear. I waited and waited on my replacement pair, but they never came, even after sending these back. They even said I had to pay to send them back even though they were flawed. I have been an avid new balance user for a long time, but now, I am rethinking about that. Bad enough they got rid of my most favorite mw642's, now this. I still have yet to be refunded and its been weeks. I will be doing a chargeback on my credit card. That will get their attention.

I am usually a diehard new balance purchaser. I buy my work shoes because the company doesn't offer new balance in their purchase program. This last pair I bought had the most dreadful insoles ever. Every time I wear them they kill my heels and arches.

Way too heavy and was scared to wear outside the house. Returned and was refunded. If a local store stocked, I could have saved NB shipping. I still like the shoes, just not these.

Ordered these for warehouse work on a cement floor. They had no give or cushion. It was a very stiff shoe almost like wearing a brick. They also started falling apart. New Balance fan but not of this model.

Quality of the shoe was there but the size was smaller than other New Balance shoes I have purchased before. For many years I have been using 13 4E. The width on this shoe was more like 2E and the length was also more like a 12.....and I didn't feel this was because of the steel toe. Had to return the shoes.

These shoes feel like you're wearing concrete blocks on your feet. There were supposed to be great for someone standing on a concrete floor all day. No way. They have almost no cushioning in the soles.
