These shoes were so comfortable, right out of the box. Super cute, and they look great with jeans tucked in or out.

I had high expectations for this boot based on other reviewers. I was underwhelmed with the actual boot. Chose a more stylish waterproof boot.

My feet hurt in just about everything but sneakers and they are amazingly comfortable and I love the look. They are waterproof and keep your feet warm! I can not say enough!

These are magical. They are great with short summer skirts, skinny jeans, non-skinny jeans, cool funky shorts, and just about anything else in this world because they are absolutely fantastic. My six month old puppy (while I was out the room) chewed through one of the boots and it was devastating - never in my life have I purchased two pairs of something but they are so great I bought another pair to replace. An "investment" boot that will last years (well, unless your dog gets them). They sre a little bit cowgirl, a little bit urban, and find a union between rural and urban; I get compliments every time I wear them. If you are considering these boots, do not delay. They stretch just a touch and mold to your foot over time. I am 5'7", 125 pounds, and wear a 9 and they fit just like a 9 should fit. I am an active person and a chef who is on her feet 10-12 hours a day and they hold up nicely (although I do wear my Crocs [hot!] in the kitchen mostly) amidst active days. Waterproofing is solid. I live in the northernmost part of Minnesota and endure all sorts of wild weather and they have endured through all two seasons (winter and almost winter).

I bought these boots before a three month trip to the Netherlands and around Europe because they were small enough to pack, waterproof, and leather. These shoes absolutely were the best thing I purchased for the entire trip! I wore them every single day and my feet and back were never tired or sore after walking all day with a travel backpack (which is amazing because I have back problems if shoes do not provide enough support). They never developed any smell and looked great with everything I brought. Plus, they also looked a bit European once they were broken in. They will have scuff but if you just keep wearing them, they will eventually look really cute worn in! They really are waterproof too!! I ran around in the the waves in Nice, France and walked to school almost everyday in the rain and my feet never got wet. Buy these shoes!

I love this boot! It's super comfortable, and can be dressed up or down. I love the height, as I am short, and finding tall boots that don't come up past my knee is nearly impossible.

These are beautiful quality boots! They definitely scuff easily when they are new, but I think the worn-in appearance that develops is very nice. The soles are sturdy and the water-proofing has held up!

I'm standing at my computer right now and I'm wearing these boots. Yes! I stand at my computer at my Kangaroo Pro and these boots are the most comfortable, I don't even change into shoes when I come into the office. I just leave them on all day. They're light and warm and have no soles to grip the snowy pavement in Chicago. and my feel don't get overly heating leaving the boots on inside. I believe I went up a half size. When they arrived, I put them on and wasn't sure. I took them off and was contemplating a return and then put them back on and walked around a bit in them. I have no regrets. it was a very fine purchase and I'm glad I gave them a second look.

I live in NYC and have been searching for the perfect pair of medium-height black boots that were durable enough for city winters but cute enough to wear with jeans and leggings. After being very happy with a new pair of Teva hiking sandals recently, I figured I'd give their boots a try. Best decision I ever made (telling my hubby I wanted these for Xmas)! I am totally in love with these boots. I wore them for the first time right out of the box to head to work in a snowstorm. These kept my feet warm (with regular socks) and DRY. And they are soooo comfy. I have basically worn them every day since, through rain and several blizzards, out dancing/to concerts and walking miles a day. They are amazing. Teva has really stepped up their game lately and I approve! Now if only they would add a gray leather pair so I can buy those too. They did get scuffed-up looking pretty fast, but like I said I have worn them non-stop in all kinds of weather, and anyway I like this look; in fact I have always wanted that perfect worn-in-looking pair of leather boots, and very quickly these became it.

I liked the look of these so I bit the bullet and ordered, 3 pair, not being sure what color I would like. I kept 2 pair and probably should have kept all 3. I LOVE these boots. I can wear them all day and not have sore feet. Even my bone spur doesn't give me grief!

Love these boots! I originally bought the taller version of these and had to buy a second pair because they're so comfortable and stylish. I can easily fit my orthotics inside them and they go with everything including skinny jeans and leggings. They're not too rugged either. The cut is stylish enough to go with dresses.

I don't know how I lived without these boots. I got them for Christmas to wear to work and within the first week I found myself in multiple sloppy puddles trying to get from one place to another. My feet were warm and cozy the whole time. These look awesome and keep out the elements. I gave them 4 stars for comfort because they could use a softer lining for my bony ankles. Even so, I'd buy them again in a heartbeat.

I love these boots. They are extremely comfortable and true to size. I usually buy Clarks and Dansko so I wasn't sure these would work with my comfort needs, but they are great for both comfort and arch support. I love the look and they are good for my new England weather. My only complaint is the leather scuffs easy but I guess it just adds to the rugged look.

These boots are amazing! They fit like a glove, right out of the box. With a pair of wool socks, they've kept my feet warm and dry walking across campus all winter so far. The boots don't cut into my huge calves, and in fact, they have made me not care about finding riding boots that fit. In fact, these boots seem to slenderize my legs and make me look less stocky. These are super cool looking and cute with leggings or tights under a mini skirt.

I was super pleased when I first saw these boots. They definitely have a pre-scuffed sort of finish, which is right up my alley. For people who want more of a sleek, professional boot, this might not be the one for them. (The toe is not as shiny as it appears in the picture). I immediately started wearing these boots every day. I wore them walking around Seattle, then hiking on the Pacific coast and through the (temperate) Washington rainforest. I have narrow feet with very low arches and slimmer ankles, and my one issue with these boots is the weird crinkling that happens around the ankles, and my heel has a tendency to slip upward if I'm not wearing really thick winter socks. But still comfortable! The leather is very supple, not stiff at all. No breaking in necessary! Though I wouldn't wear these for a fancy or professional occasion, these are great every day boots.

Since I received these boots, I haven't worn anything else. They're comfortable right out of the box, true to size (I'm an 8-1/2), and waterproof. They even fit with light wool socks, which increases their warmth. Oh, and they look very cool...the scuffed up leather may bother some, but it's all part of the laid-back vibe of the boot. I get lots of compliments on these. Would definitely order these again.

I'm not usually a boot person, mainly because it is hard to find a pair I like that fits well and doesn't look ridiculous. So this is my first pair of boots that worked, in a long time. First, they are super comfortable, I have broken and sprained both ankles and have had surgery on one of my arches, so comfortable shoes are important. I also do a lot of walking and so far I haven't had any problems. The color is as it appears, individuals have complained of the scuffing but these aren't dressy boots so i don't mind because it doesn't look bad they just look broken in, if you want these boots to look perfect forever they may not be for you. The sizing was accurate, I'm a 9, so I bought a 9 and they fit well, even with thicker socks. The leather does stretch a bit especially the more you wear them, but not enough to be a problem. A few things I have noticed is that the end of the belt thing is curling a bit, the zipper tab does not tuck snuggly into the top and sometimes sticks out which is annoying, and a few threads have started to poke out around the zipper. Bit overall, none of these things are deal breakers, and I'm very satisfied with the boots overall. These boots are a little narrow in the ankle, they are not booties but hit about the top of the ankle to the bottom of the calf, I do not have super skinny legs and find it looks a little strange to wear these over my skinny jeans but it can be done. They do go nicely under boot cut or straight leg jeans though.

I just spent two weeks wearing these boots while touring all over Italy, and they were fantastic. Very comfortable, no blisters, wore them for hours and hours without any pain or soreness. I definitely recommend them as a stylish option for a very practical boot. I still need to test them in the rain, but I have high hopes.

These boots are great. My daughter wanted some low heeled comfortable boots for college and she is very pleased with these. She says they run slightly roomy, but not really a half size larger. The footbed is really comfy. They are great for walking around campus. I tried them on and was tempted myself.

As I live in Hawaii, I was thrilled to find a *real* pair of shoes for winter on the mainland. Extreme comfort (I did switch out the insoles with my own which have a bit more arch), style, weather-resistance, and warmth. I'm almost sorry to return home where I need to wear them less!

These boots fit like a glove - from the moment I first put them on, they felt like they were custom made for me. No hot spots, no break-in period. They have been perfect from the start. They are indeed waterproof, but my feet do not sweat in them. Worn with wool socks, they keep me warm and dry walking across campus. No slipping either, so they are great for winter. My husband even said they are some of the coolest looking boots that he has ever seen!

Oh, how I love these boots. I was looking for ankle boots since I only own mid-calf to knee high boots, and these fit the bill. I usually wear a 7.5 and am glad I ordered an 8 after reading other reviews. I put these on and they fit great. I wore them all day after getting them and they didn't even need to be broken in. Super comfy, didn't rub anywhere, and I didn't have any arch support issues like others have mentioned. The only thing that is a little weird is how narrow they look from above. Don't worry, they're plenty roomy inside though. Happy I purchased them.

These boots are really wonderful. Like other reviewers noted they do scuff up pretty quickly upon wearing, but after wearing them around they look beautifully worn in. I've worn them in the rain and snow, and so far they're waterproof and fairly warm. The one downside I've found is that they're a bit too snug when worn with thicker socks, but I've only been wearing them for a month, so there's a chance they'll break in more.
