These jackets were a great price. You do get what you pay for. My son likes the material but these jackets use to be fluffier for sure. Runs a little small

I'm fairly new to the Columbia family. I purchased my first jacket last year...fleece. I love it... So much that i searched for my boys the same for this year. I liked the diversity of the colors. Each one has their own unique color scheme so that no one gets confused. I was a little disappointed at the colors in person. They looked more crisp on line. I was also a little disappointed at the stiffness of each jacket. Maybe i should wash and fluff before i make a true decision. But these are my thoughts getting then straight out the package. I wish the fleece was softer... But otherwise my kiddos are satisfied and they are warm.

Even though this is a boys coat, I bought it for my daughter. Orange is one of the colors they can wear to middle school. She says it has an awkward fit and isn't very comfortable.

He material is thinner then my sons other Columbia fleece jacket. But overal we still like it.

Was a little smaller than I hoped and the color was more salmon pink that I was aiming for too.

Great coat. Only gripe there isn't a loop for hanging the coat up. Why would a coat not come with this basic feature? My 4.5 year old doesn't want to wear it to school because he has a hard time hanging it on the hooks that are provided.

I bought the red color. I noticed there is a hole in both pockets. My son loves his fleece jacket. I am disappointed because the jacket is not even a year old. I was curious I decided to check my adult jacket too. Low behold it also has two holes. I noticed the material used for the pockets is too thin now. I don't think I will be buying any more fleece jackets.

I buy these jackets every year for my grandsons. This year's version is not the same fleece. Cheaper and not well made!

The sleeves are super long but the "body" of the jacket is not.

Looks cheap and weird color. This was the first and only time wearing it.

Bizarrely long. Also a bit baggy on my slim 11 1/2 year old. Looks very odd on my him, so I'm sending it back. I guess it could work for a kid who's very tall for their age.

Zipper wouldn't work from day one. Not gonna do any good if it won't zip

This was MUCH lighter than I thought it was going to be. I thought it was going to be heavier to keep the kids warm. A little disappointed.

I can't speak for any other color but the black. I ordered it twice thinking they sent the wrong color. It's more of a charcoal grey than black

I purchased this for my son and it is for sure one of his go to items to wear when it's a bit chilly out. He says he loves how soft and warm it is. We have it in the light blue/dark blue/red zipper style. I am very happy with this purchase.

I ordered 2 of these jackets, same size. The fit is not consistent - one is very loose at the hips, the other tight at the hips.

Ordered size small (sizing chart says Size 8) for almost 7 year old; very small, had to return.

I am hoping it's a one off that after one use the zipper is coming apart to the point I would need to replace it...I can't count on a 5 year old to maneuver a defective zipper with a tear...and really shouldn't have to, so I will be returning it to see if it can be replaced and give it another try. The feel of it however is amazing - and my younger child wants to basically use it as a sleeping bag under his covers....

This jacket fits my son well, but the second day he wore it, there was already fabric pulling apart at the seam between arm and wrist. The quality doesn't seem to be as good as other Columbia clothing I've purchased. I probably should've returned it, but we were leaving on a trip. It looks good, but the seams aren't great.

The "Dark Compass" color is bright. Size XL is quite long compared t0 the Steen Fleece Jacket I purchased in 2012. The fabric is thinner than the jacket I bought in 2012. I returned the jacket because I was not satisfied with the thin fleece fabric.

I am fan of kid fleeces. Ordered this one to substitute overgrown one, and material is poor and thin. I compared with old fleeces we have ( at least 4), the country of origin is different, maybe that is the issue. Definitely fan of fleeces which were produced in Vietnam.

Poor quality, we purchased this over the holidays just it's barely a few months old and it is already splitting at the seams in few sections. It's definitely from poor manufacturing not from west and tear. Disappointed with Columbia on this one.

If you buy it they will nag you to review it. Fits fine. Lightweight fleece.

Fleece is so thin, not thick as others purchased..

Poor shipping terms. Ordered on Nov 30 & still hasn't been delivered. Scheduled for Dec 15.
