This is perfect for spring and fall, it ran a tiny bit big but the price was right so I ordered a second one down a size.

Purchased 2 for my boys during a sale. Couldn't beat the price for great Columbia quality.

Grandson loves the feel and all the secret pockets. It was a hit for Christmas.

Bought for my son, it's a bit small but other than that the sweater quality is great

My kids love their Columbia fleece jackets! They are not too thick but keeps them warm.

These jackets are great for kids, lightweight, and warm enough for fall/winter/spring in the PNW. My kids wear them year round and rarely have to pair these jackets with additional layers. They wear them out and I buy the next size up when it's time. Love them!

Bought this in a medium/big kids for my grandson for Christmas. Although he liked it, it runs a little on the small side especially if you plan on wearing a sweater underneath. I sent it back. I suggest maybe going a size up.

I bought this for my son after misplacing a much loved fleece he wore all of the time. It's a nice, lightweight fleece and I'm hoping over time it becomes softer and less stiff-feeling. Don't get me wrong, this is a good fleece . I've just yet to find one as soft as the one lost. The good news is my son likes it and its perfect for our cooler nights in San Diego. It will also be great for layering when we head to cooler temperatures.

Two of my 3 kids practically live in these jackets. A must for a Minnesota winter!

I would have given this 5 stars but this jacket runs very thin/narrow throughout the waist. Luckily my son is thin. It is is so narrow that he would not be able to wear a sweater and this jacket at the same time. As for the quality of the material and zipper is excellent. My son is 13 and in middle school.

Ordered this for my son who is thin and tall for his age - the XXS was a good pick, the sleeves are a little long.

Overall it is great but I don't like how the interior is made of. The interior is irritating sometimes.

Ordered this in a size XXS (4/5) for my 3.5 year old son who wears size 4t clothing. I chose this size instead of the 4t because the measurements were a bit larger, and reviews of the 4t said it fit small. It just arrived today and it looks more like a size 3t. Returning it and getting a size XS and hoping it fits!

I have always liked Columbia, and have a couple products from them. The fleece is like most, it won't stay soft forever, over time the soft stuff will wear away. When wind blows it does not block it to well, but it is very warm, especially inside.

This is wayyy too long and big.

Didn't understand sizing chart. Ordered this too big for him. However, he loved it! Turned around bought him another!

Honestly disappointed with this jacket. I have several other Columbia fleece jackets throughout my house and this one is much thinner and less warm than the other ones we have. Not sure if this is just the new fleece that they went with beginning this year, but I'm not impressed (nor is my kid who said he's still cold!)

Love the weight and quality of these fleece jackets. These are our third ones. I give it 3 stars this time because the "gold" looks more like a sage green in person. It is not that vivid of a gold color.

Fleece does not seems as thick or high quality as previous Columbia jackets but hopefully this gets the job done. Also wish I could find the jacket we purchased about 2 years ago like this that is almost the same but has more water resistant/ waterproof material along the shoulders, too if the back and halfway down the sleeve. Would help with stopping wind too but was unable to find it on the website.

The material is lot thinner than I expected. Unlike other ones I've purchased in the past, this one feels rather like felt (yeah it's that thin). I can see it will look super busted after few times of wearing, especially this is for young boys. I'm keeping it anyways only because it's not worthy of trouble to return.

My boys like their fleece for sure, they even wear them around the house. I think the material's a bit coarse and the sizing is off. They have three other Columbia jackets (size 8), that fit with a little room to grow and these sleeves are an inch short and the body is snug. For reference my kids are 53-55 ins, around 65 lbs.
