I bought this because I needed a coat that I could move & be warm in without feeling confined. When it arrived i thought "how can this be warm for winter if it's so thin" but It fit great and is very warm !!

I looked everywhere for this Columbia coat but nobody carries the extended sizes in store. I was wary of ordering it online due to possible fit issues but this is perfect! It's so lightweight that it feels like you're not wearing anything at all but it keeps you toasty for sure. The fit is fantastic and even though it looks like a puffer coat it doesn't add any bulk to your figure. It also doesn't make that irritating noise that most puffer coats make. It's soft and the attention to detail is impressive. Love the Omni heat! If there were any suggestion I could make for improvement it would be to add the Omni heat fabric to the inside of the hood & the outside pockets. I love this coat.

I've got to tell you, I absolutely love this jacket. I wore it for the first time yesterday, the fit is perfect and it's so light weight and comfortable. The actual air temperature here was -8 yesterday morning and I stayed warm walking from the parking lot to my work. I was skeptical because it's so light but this jacket does the job of a heavy winter coat without the bulk. It is easy getting in and out of the car and my purse and backpack actually stay on my shoulder without sliding down. I'm only on my second day of wearing this coat but I am absolutely sold. If you want a warm coat without the bulkiness of a heavy coat I highly recommend this one.

Bought this coat for walking and love it.

The length is perfect for whenever I dress up for work to help manage skirts in the wind. Lite weight and very warm. To pockets are big and deep to fit bulky wallets.

It's almost 2018, the arctic blast and constant below zero temps and windchills are here. This coat has proven to be warm and toasty yet super lightweight! Love it. Thanks to my sister for telling me about this. She loves hers and now so do I. Lightweight enough for in and out of cars & stores and warm & windbreaking enough even out walking the dog in this frigid weather.

When I got this jacket I was worried. It's extremely thin for a winter jacket and I'm always cold. Well.... let me tell you... it is currently -20 with a -37 wind chill and, even though my face hurts and I can't feel my fingers any longer, where this jacket covers is completely warm. I'm in awe! I know a lot of reviews say that it is tight in the arms, but I don't have an issue and it actually fits perfectly. Amazing!

I bought this coat for my mom as a Christmas present to protect her from the Wisconsin / Illinois winters. Even with a heavy coat she often complains that she is cold. This coat seems well made, warm and light enough for her (She is not a fan of heavy coats). She loved the beautiful color (red). The length was perfect for her and the coverage almost reaches her knees. I love how it looks on her, how it covers her lengthwise and how - around the wrist area - it has that extra length that covers the wrist/arms area so that the wind will not seep through it, like most coats. Although it fits her, unfortunately, I will have to return it and exchange it for a larger size as it is a bit tight around the chest area (Mom's a bit endowed in that area) and I am afraid that the zipper may burst upon sitting, (better safe than sorry) other than that, it is THE perfect coat for her. I can't wait for her new size to arrive.

This jacket is great. It fits great. It fits great. It keeps me warm, but not sweaty! I am so happy with it!

I had been wearing a wool peacoat for winters where our temps average 0-25 in the day. Then I was spending time in cold ice rinks and colder locations--time for a proper winter coat. I love this coat. I just wore it for travel to a very cold location and stayed toasty (I was wearing appropriate winter clothes underneath--no tanks or shorts). I also like how flattering it is on my. I get complimented on it all the time. The only thing I wish it had was regular pockets instead of zip opening. Otherwise, it's perfect. Oh and I'm glad I bought the size up. It's a little roomy in the body which is great for layering. But I would have been unhappy with arms any tighter or shorter.

I use the Mighty Lite jacket both when the woods of NJ state parks and in the cold winds of downtown NYC. In both cases I find the comfort, fit, and superior quality of this jacket really gets the job done! I love that the jacket is so lightweight yet generates so much warmth. I bought a 2x size to leave room for bulky sweaters and winter layers, but find I can just wear a tee shirt under the Mighty Lite jacket and I'm still kept warm. Would definitely get this jacket again.

I'm really loving this winter coat and I've been on the hunt for a while. It's super lightweight & thin - but very warm - and I love that it is not bulky. I went with a size up so I can wear sweaters underneath while maintaining good movement and not looking sausaged in.

I bought this coat for my mom last year and became very jealous so I got my own this year. I love this coat. It is warm and doesn't bulk up like other down jackets. The omni-heat makes it warm and the length is amazing. It will keep your backside warm when outside for lengthy amounts of time. I am obsessed with this jacket!

I absolutely love this coat. It's thinner than I anticipated however, it is super warm. I live in Portland Oregon, with all the wind and rain this coat has been amazing! It's both stylish and warm! I am very happy with my purchase:))

This is the second mighty kite jacket I have purchased. It was because of the quality of the jacket. It is extremely comfortable. I have purchased one for my Mothet. She loves hers too.

This jacket is attractive and functional. It keeps you warm without making you too hot, and the extra length is nice for those colder days. I love the little thumb holes in the lining that give you that little extra without having to wear gloves. I wore this jacket in 10 degrees in Colorado with no extra layering and was very comforable!

I love this jacket! It fits perfectly, comes to right above my knee and I'm 5'3! I'm happy the most about when I'm in the car not all stiff from a thick jacket! I can maneuver without struggling no matter what I do and it keeps me warm like a heavy winter jacket!

Love this jacket, its lightweight but warm! Not always easy to find plus size jackets that fit well but this fits true to size. The color is beautiful! Its washes well and looks brand new!

My husband bought this coat for me. Very light and soft and very warm. I hate a heavy coat that wears you down. This coat is perfect!! Especially when driving I don't have to take it off. Very comfortable and my pocketbook stays on my shoulder, other coats are so thick you can't wear your bag. Great coat! I would order another color!!

I love this jacket. I have severe muscle pain and this jacket is like wearing nothing. It is so lightweight and comfortable. I own 6 of them. I wish they would make a true navy blue one. If you are just sitting outside it is a cold jacket but any bit of body movement and the omni heat layer kicks in and you are warm.
