Great jacket, and got a really good price on it. Comfortable and warm. I have a longer torso than normal, the XXL fits absolutely perfect.

The coat fits grate and is very warm great gift! for my son. I got a men's small the jacket is true to size.

WOW, Great jacket, lightweight, warm, fits just right

I know this piece isn't necessarily designed for hardcore backcountry pursuits, but I've put it to the test in that arena and it has performed beautifully. It's relatively light, packs small, holds up well, and has a proven design. I love that I can stash it in my pack when I know the temps will dip and it won't let me down, but can also throw it on for a winter night in the city. Don't think there's a better value out there on a belay-type jacket.

I have had this jacket for years and it still holds up. I work in the outdoors and its durable, warm and even stands up against a bit of rain. The zipper functions with ease and the soft layering inside the pockets keep your hands warm. I would buy another if mine ever decided to fail.

I cant say enough about this coat. For years I was cold during the winter. Finally, I decided to invest in a coat I knew would keep me warm. I have had this jacket now for I think 9 years and every winter I look forward to putting it back on. I even came on the website just so make sure Marmot was still selling this coat so I can recommend it to other people because I get people expressing interest in getting it themselves. It still keeps me warm after all this time. I have done hikes in negative degree weather absolutely no problem. Extremely comfortable. Best coat I've ever had!

First timmer with Marmot items, and I'm glad I bought this coat. I live in Montana and needed something warmer than my other puff winter coat without having to wear a full on insulated jump suit. Best item I've ever purchased.

I got this on an awesome sale. It's got lots of down in it my other 'light weight down jacket" had like hardly any down so it was ultra light weight but also couldn't keep me warm so I upgraded to this and I'd say it's 2-3 times more down in it... It's also heavier and made out of heavier supplies than the other but ultra light isn't everything this has the quantity of down I need and the thicker shell will be a better wind break as well. I'm happy with it.

Fantastic coat, my total favorite, all weather a New York City winter can throw at you.

It's a beautiful light warm jacket, I like it so much however there's a problem with the insulation down layer on the right shoulder is missing so I'm still working with marmoth to get the problem resolved. Will update.

This purchase was insurance that it would not get cold in Atlanta again this season. It worked! I have tried it on and love it but will have to wait until December likely to wear.

Well designed. Good materials. Sewn well. Super fluffy throughout...warm to -7C...good hood...functional pockets. I am 6 foot and 180 lbs and a XL fits with room for intermediate fleece layer. I paid 80 dollars, best deal of the decade!

The Guides Down Hoody is well done, straight ahead jacket. Strong points are the pockets with hand warmer fabric and the adjustable tab on the wrists. The hood fits well and has a good visor built in. Very solid design.
