I thought these looked great, and I was ready to love them…but not worthy of the UGG name…more ugh than UGG. These posh slippers looked oh-so-comfy and they were--for about two wearings. Almost immediately, the fluff got smashed down, and very soon it completely wore off around the toes. So, instead of wearing a pair of comfy, pretty slippers, you're basically standing on a piece of rubber that looks more like a well-used cat toy than a pricey pair of slippers. Full disclaimer, I'm not sure that my pair were Fluff Flip Flop II (versus perhaps an earlier version), but I'm not willing to bet $80 that they've improved.

Ugg really missed the mark on these slippers! I was hoping the first pair were just defective, but unfortunately the second pair is showing the same poor material quality. Returning this pair as well. Had the slippers 48 hours and the fleece under the toes is worn bare. Looks like fibers were glued on. I'm sending a complaint to Ugg as well, no excuse for such poor quality especially when they are asking this much for a pair of slippers!

Super cute and fit well (minus the lack of arch support, but hey they are Uggs). Almost immediately the shearling under the right toes started to fall out. Too late to return because I cut out all of the tags. Disappointed in the quality and wasted money.

Do not waste your hard-earned money on these flimsy Ugg flip-flops. Ultra-thin footbed of barely flexible rubber or plastic. The sheepskin begins to wear down immediately and then simply disintegrates, leaving gaping empty spots on the footbed. These were my first and will be my last purchase of an Ugg product. Lousy product for sure.

I usually love Uggs and even though I read the other reviews that these were not comfortable, because they were cute I took the chance anyway. I should have listened. They are not comfortable at all. They are fluffy, but no where near the boot in comfort level. It is basically just minimal fur wrapped around a really, really hard inflexible sole. I kept them because I needed slippers, but I would definitely not recommend that you even waste your time or money. They will be used until they fall apart and then thrown out with no sorrow. I really wish that I had better things to say because it was extremely disappointing to wait for them and then have them not even be close to what I expected. Find something else!

For the price these slippers were not plush and the sole was stiff and hard. Disappointing. I'm returning them.

My experience with Zappos was fine. The order arrived on time and was correct. I am, however, extremely unhappy with the UGG slippers I purchased. I spent money, expecting good quality and longevity, and after one month of indoor wear, they are falling apart. Literally, the sheep hair has separated from the sheep skin on the sole. I would not recommend this item for purchase.

Love the look, but they are not as comfortable as you would think. I like that they are not too warm. We heat with wood and the house gets very hot. So for that, they are perfect in summer and winter. However, the fur under my toes totally wore off in less than a month. I was given them as a gift and did not have a receipt. My husband tossed out the box so I had no way to return them. Big disappointment. Fur totally gone under the toes and ball of my foot. I am now looking at the ratings for the other Ugg slippers to see what reviewers are saying to see if that has been an issue.

The fluffy lining wore off in about 2 months. Not acceptable for something that cost so much! If not for that, they would have been great.

These do not hold up to minimal or normal wear. They are already worn down to the sole under my toes and the ball of my foot. Usually love Uggs, but these are a huge disappointment! Do not recommend.
