I am now returning my thrid pair of Flip Flop slippers for exchange. They are so warm and comfortable but the fleece wears away too quickly. I owned a pair of these many years ago and they lasted forever until I left them in a hotel. You stopped making them for a while and I was thrilled to see them back in your collection. Im just disappointed with how they wear and they could also use more sole cushioning. Your guarantee allows me to retun for a new pair. Thank you

I just wish the fuzzy flip flop slippers had more cushioning in the sole. They are ok , but not the best for tired and sore feet. I would recommend these if one only wanted superficial comfort. They are nicely warm, however. Good for fall/early winter wear.

After approximately 2 weeks of wearing these around the house, the material under the toes has already started to wear away. This happened at a much faster rate than it did on the ones that I owned previously and just replaced with these new ones.

I bought these slippers for my daughter for Christmas. Within 6 weeks the fur under the toes wore through. We've owned several pairs of Uggs and always have had long wearing boots so this surprised me. Even other styles of slippers have lasted years.

They're very comfortable for the summer or winter, but the fur fell off in the toes and heels area a few days after I started wearing them, this is my second pair and that happened to both of them.

I feel as though I have to get a new pair of these every 2-3 months as they wear away so quickly and easily. They are lovely as soon as you put them on, but that only last for about a week or 2. I am trying the new version and once I receive and wear them I will comment on those ones.

I purchased the same flip flop slippers about four years ago. The change in quality is so noticeable. The upper straps are thin and less fluffy. There is less shearling on the footbed. If the quality does not improve, I won't purchase again.

After wearing for a couple months...all the fur on insole wore off...I returned them and got credit to get something else but I love the flip flop style...non of my ugg boots or other slippers have done this...Scared to get another pair

Very soft and pretty, but you can tell the sheepskin quality is not the same as other Uggs. It is much thinner and wears out incredibly fast. There were bald spots on my slipper from wear and tear within a few weeks.

Fur started falling off within 30-45 days. Only wore around the house. Much of tje time stuck in bed....chemo/surgery/radiation zap your energy. But super comfy....if fur didn't fall out I would own one of each color. Was disappointing.

I bought this product for my fianc. She LOVES them. Unfortunately, the product was delivered with a small tuft of fur missing from the "big toe" area. She decided to keep them anyway. She's now had them for 2.5 weeks and the missing tuft has grown such that most of the fur is missing under her toes AND the same has happened in the other foot as well. So she loves the look, says they are super comfortable for wearing around be house, but bummed that they came damaged and barely lasted 2.5 weeks before they started falling apart.

The fur underneath the toes came off --- or --- was non-existent. I was walking on the bare floor of the scuff the very first day. Sorry --- I returned them.

Fur was missing/too thin under toes.

For being slippers, I expected them to be soft and comfy, they are really tight and not very soft.

When I first got the slippers I was happy, until I wore them for a while and they got flat.

The fur rubbed off a within a month of purchase and look ugly.

I was excited to receive the Fluff Flip Flop. After a few times of wear around the house ONLY. The inside bedding starts shedding & becoming bald which leaves no cushion, so they become very uncomfortable. Overall a cute slipper but if you want comfort DO NOT GET!

These were absolutely darling but they are not made for older feet. I am 74 and the cushioning in my feet disappeared years ago. I did not realize that the only cushion in the shoes is the Ugg wool that they are famous for. I had to send them back.

They are absolutely adorable and comfortable until they start to shed.

I use these slippers only at home.They are covered in wool, but at their bottom these slippers have no cushions it feels like my bottom of the feet are pressing against a wooden piece covered in a thin layer of wool.After exactly 7 days of wearing these around the home my bottom of the feet are hurting.I have to wear two thick socks on each feet and then put these slippers on otherwise the pain on my feet will begin.

This is a great product but in 4 months the fur goes away so it's not what you bought

I love Ugg & have never had a bad experience before now...these slippers are super cute & comfy; however, the fur rubbed off by the toe area after about a week! I expected more from Ugg & for the price!
