I love Taos sandals. I have had spinal fusion surgery and have arthritis in my knees and the sandals are always comfortable and they look nice for all occasions. I normally wear a 10 to 10 1/2 and go up to a size 11 in the Taos brand. I think it is because of where the toe bar is placed in these shoes. If you are looking for a soft footbed these are not the shoes for you, but if you want great support all day these are the ones to go to. Buying from Zappos is always a great experience!

Truly a comfortable sandal. I normally wear a medium width shoe, size 6. However, because I have a high instep, it's tough to find a strappy sandal that fits right across the top of my foot. I ordered a size 6 but it was tight. So I returned them and ordered a size 7 which was a much better fit over my instep and gave me a little more room as well in the footbed. I would definitely recommend these sandals!

This is my 3rd pair of Taos Trophy, and 7th pair of Taos. Comfy and easy to wear, and no break-in time. I ordered these late yesterday afternoon and they arrived today in California. Zappos is the BEST!

I absolutely love these shoes! These are my first pretty and comfortable shoes in a long time. They are now my go-to shoes- works with skirts, capris, shorts, pants. I am a band director, so the ultimate test for shoes is to wear them on the day of concerts, when I am moving tons of chairs, stands, tubas and baritones. Typically my feet are killing me by the end of the day. These shoes worked so well that I wore them for the performances as well! I love the adjustable strap on top so I can make the width just right. No need for orthotics in these!

I bought this sandal because it has a bit of a heel. My back problems keep me from wearing a flat shoe. This one feels great. Love the subtle red color and little tiny flower at the tee of the straps. I wear a medium width with a high arch and the straps work fine for me. The lower strap doesn't really touch my foot. Love the sueded footbed of the sandal. I will be using these on my trip to France this summer. My friend admired these and ordered her own.

These sandals are quite comfortable and they have been from the first day I received them. I wore them for a long day in Washington DC and did get a blister on the bottom of my foot but I think that was an extreme amount of walking. For everyday walking, these sandals are quite comfy.

Amazingly comfortable despite my wider foot. Comfortable foot bed feels great, and they make my feet look good! Thanks for previous reviews that led me to this shoe!

I really like these shoes. They are comfortable and cute. My feet are a medium width and the adjustable straps fit well. They offer a medium arch support. I highly recommend these.

This is the type of sandal I am normally unable to wear because the straps are too tight across my bunions. With these sandals, the adjustable strap across the widest part of the foot solves that problem and all I feel is the very comfortable footbed. It is so nice to have a good walking sandal that is not big and bulky.

Very comfortable right out of the box. Had a similar pair last year and wore them out. Like this color. These were for my granddaughter whose foot can be a little wide, but because of the adjustable straps they fit her great.

Great shoe. I like the style and the adjustable straps. I wear a 9N and the width with the adjustable straps is right on target. But the "metatarsal support" fits to far down on my foot making the shoe uncomfortable. Since the shoe does not come in 1/2 sizes, I am very disappointed that I have to return the shoe. The only reason I gave 4 stars to comfort is the "metatarsal support."

LOVE these sandals! They are super comfy and still stylish and cute. Honestly, they look even better on. I know they are a bit pricey, but I have trouble finding truly comfortable sandals/shoes, so they are worth the price for me.

These are my favorite sandals. I got them last summer in white and love them. these red ones will be a great addition to my summer wardrobe.

It breaks my heart to have to return these. The Pewter is stunning! But they bother the callus on my little toe.

My third pair of Taos sandals, just as great as the other two. Excellent arch support for a sandal (and I have high arches). Love the velcro straps, adjustable but not bulky. I'm an 8 1/2 but bought the 9, which was a good choice, fits perfectly. The other sandals were very well built and lasted over 3 years, with constant summer wear. Worth the money for a quality, long-lasting product. I walk a lot and my other Taos sandals can go the distance.

Love the sandal, fits well, width, true to size, etc. But, I kept the same sandal in bronze and just last week bought a black sandal, so I had to send them back.

I loved these sandals, originally wanted blue, but they were out, so I ordered the bronze, and its very pretty. True to size, width and I loved the support. I really, really, like these sandals.

Not your run of the mill sandal! I was pleasantly surprised. Usually wear a 6.5 or 37 in most shoes. Ordered a 7; it is perfect for my narrow heal and comfortable on my picky feet. The fit, style, thoughtful details, and embossed pewter finish are all spot on! The only thing better is Zappos, of course!

The Taos Trophy is ultra comfortable, beautiful in the color pewter, but also in black (I ordered and am keeping both), looks also nice and feminine with casual skirts and dresses (the latter is rare for a comfortable sandal); it has adjustable straps in two places which is perfect for wider feet. Straps are not scratchy, and I have very sensitive feet. Highly recommend it for casual skirts, dresses and shorts, etc. It is a great alternative to flip flops when you need something more comfortable and better for the feet to walk in. Good arch support, too. This brand I would not have found, if it weren't for Zappos! Thank you from my happy feet!

Very cute looking sandal and finally one that is not only comfortable, but also looks good. Got them in gunmetal/pewter and black. Adjustable in two spots, so they sit perfectly on my feet. With wider feet its hard to find a sandal that looks good also with a casual dress or skirt. This is the one, however. Good arch support. No scratchy straps! Just perfect. So used to wearing cute flip flops with skirts and dresses, but cannot do that any more due to a knee surgery. Found a great alternative. Zappos is so easy to shop and return with, one can order several brands/models whose reviews seem to confirm that the shoe is an option, and within no time I found all my shoes and sandals for the spring and summer. I am done, and it was so much fun to shop with Zappos online!

I'll admit: I was worried after I ordered these shoes. I've been searching for comfortable sandals or flats for years and nothing ever fits me in the toes where my feet are widest. These arrived yesterday and I was elated when I put them on. I need tons of room to stretch my toes due to arthritis & cramping, so I ordered a size 9 (I normally wear 8.5, no half sizes here and these are a true size 9) and they actually have enough wiggle room to keep my toes happy. The straps are Velcro and for someone with wonky feet like me, this is key to a perfect fit. Note: the 1st strap near the toes is not adjustable. The bed of the shoe does have toe grooves, but I don't find them uncomfortable and I find everything uncomfortable. The tread on the soles is great so far, not slippery or weird in any way. I will definitely look to Taos next time I buy shoes.

These look attractive, not clunky, but have enough straps and support to be ultra comfortable...and all of the straps are adjustable.

I really like Taos sandals! This pair was a little tricky, as I have another similar pair in a size 10 that fit me perfectly. I ordered these in a 10 and they were too small, so had to reorder in an 11. I put the footbeds of the two pairs together, and the Trophy 10 was about half an inch shorter than my other pair of 10s. All of that being said, I measure as a 10 1/2, so these are probably closer to being true to size than my other pair. Anyway, the embossed leather is very attractive and gives them a dressier and very versatile feel (silver being pretty neutral). They are very comfy, so a great package over all.

Very pleased. Ordered a size 6M and they fit perfect. There is Velcro on the ankle strap and one of the cross straps for fine tuning. Were slightly stiff at first but wore them for three days of walking and felt supported and no blisters. Look classy, go with everything. Tried Dansko and Noat but glad I choose Taos.
